Im Zimmer fehlte der Rauchmelder, es gab keinen Tisch und keine Nachtischlampen. Im Bad war ein großer alter Wasserfleck an der Decke und es roch aus den Abflüssen, trotz geöffneten Fensters.

Im allgemeinen war diese Unterkunft eine Zumutung. Der Preis rechtfertigt nicht alles. Als erstes kommt man erst gar nicht rein ins Hotel. Ohne Code geht die Tür nicht auf und den bekommt man erst nach dem Einchecken. Ein andere Bewohner in diesem Haus hat uns die Tür geöffnet. Die Rezeption ist dann im ersten Stock. Die Treppe dort hin hatte mindesten 5 lose Stufen, meine Frau und auch eine Andere sind gleich gestolpert, und das mit Koffern in der hat. Sie können froh sein, das nichts passiert ist. Dann standen wir auch dort vor verschlossener Tür. Ein Schild sagte uns, wir sollten eine Handy Nummer wählen, dann würde jemand erscheinen. Kam dann auch jemand irgendwann (15 min). Das Einchecken ging reibungslos. Nach dem wir die Zimmer inspiziert hatten wollten wir eigentlich wieder auschecken. Alles in den Zimmer war verwohnt, alt, es roch sehr unangenehm. Den schlechten Geruch haben die Betreiber mit Spray versucht zu überlagern, aber das hat es noch verschlimmert. Matratzen vom Bett durchgelegen, Kopfkissen waren innen klumpig, wir haben uns unsere T-Shirts unter den Kopf gelegt. Steckdosen ohne Funktion, offene Kabel, Dusche spakig. Teppichboden klebrig, Fensterrahmen vergammelt. Die Fotos im Internet sind eine Frechheit, eine sehr guter Fake und wir sind darauf reingefallen. Das einzig Gute war das Frühstück und die Bedienung Maria, die hat das ganze aufgewertet. Ich erwarte eine Entschädigung für das was sie dort vermittelt haben. Thomas Dursun

the room was clean, however the window didnt fully close so at night it'd get cooler than you'd expect. the path to the room required going up some steep stairs with a foul old smell. breakfast is 12 euros so didnt take it. its very close to a metro station which is one station away from the s bahn.

Even though it is located on a main avenue in the center of Berlin... on the Max Mara store... however, it is the worst structure, a mousetrap, that I have ever touched in my life... That's not a hotel, not even one star... that's the back of a dump!! The horrible walls, the beds fall, the Wi-Fi is defective, I even had to connect the TV myself... there is no air conditioning, the bathroom with a dirty curtain and all stained... no soap, not even to wash your hands... .. terrible .. I think that a barracks in a jail is better .. Separately from all this, without prior notice, the room that I was given did not even have normal and safe access... a spiral staircase without walls and from where you can see the shaft of the elevator shaft... so that they could give me another room Horrible, they charged me €50 more in cash and without issuing a receipt... I would like you to refund me half (at least) of what I paid.. It's not fair to be cheated like this.. Friendly staff but with no hotel training. In the end they gave me an option for breakfast!! It was something .. !! Expidia should be more carefull with The strictures you offer! I feel cheatted!! I Have The photos of that structure if you want i can send It to you!!

Es war nicht so übel, wie es manche Bewertungen hier "versprachen". Aber das Hotel hätte eine grundlegende Sanierung nötig.Es macht alles einen ziemlich heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber sehr hellhörig. Die Wände schienen aus Papier zu sein, so dass man manchmal den Eindruck hatte, da steht jemand im eigenen Zimmer. Für eine Übernachtung ok.

Kom till ett väldigt nergånget och sunkigt hotell.Det var inget som i själva beskrivningen på sidan.Rekommenderar inte detta hotell.Mögligt badrum,trasiga lakan,sovkuddar som va äckliga.Fönster som inte håller ljud ute,kändes som att ha trafiken inne i rummet närman skulle sova.

The accommmdation was located in Berlin om the Kurfurstendamm. Perfrct for seeing Berlin. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the state of the hotel is rather old. Beds are not really comfortable and although it is quiet from the outside, on the inside you can here everything. Price quality is ok.

Separately from all this, without prior notice, the room that I was given did not even have normal and safe access... a spiral staircase without walls and from where you can see the shaft of the elevator shaft... so that they could give me another room Horrible, they charged me €50 more in cash and without issuing a receipt... I would like you to refund me half (at least) of what I paid.. It's not fair to be cheated like this.. Friendly staff but with no hotel training. In the end they gave me an option for breakfast!! It was something .. !! Expidia should be more carefull with The strictures you offer! I feel cheatted!! I Have The photos of that structure if you want i can send It to you!!

Es war nicht so übel, wie es manche Bewertungen hier "versprachen". Aber das Hotel hätte eine grundlegende Sanierung nötig.Es macht alles einen ziemlich heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber sehr hellhörig. Die Wände schienen aus Papier zu sein, so dass man manchmal den Eindruck hatte, da steht jemand im eigenen Zimmer. Für eine Übernachtung ok.

Demasiada engañosa la publicación del hotel. Te dicen que puedes quedarte en el piso X y es más barato, luego al llegar te dicen que no hay acceso a ese piso para luego acabar pagando otra cantidad adicional para poder quedarte hasta donde si hay acceso, y por último, solo reciben efectivo.

The accommmdation was located in Berlin om the Kurfurstendamm. Perfrct for seeing Berlin. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the state of the hotel is rather old. Beds are not really comfortable and although it is quiet from the outside, on the inside you can here everything. Price quality is ok.

the room was clean, however the window didnt fully close so at night it'd get cooler than you'd expect. the path to the room required going up some steep stairs with a foul old smell. breakfast is 12 euros so didnt take it. its very close to a metro station which is one station away from the s bahn.

Im allgemeinen war diese Unterkunft eine Zumutung. Der Preis rechtfertigt nicht alles. Als erstes kommt man erst gar nicht rein ins Hotel. Ohne Code geht die Tür nicht auf und den bekommt man erst nach dem Einchecken. Ein andere Bewohner in diesem Haus hat uns die Tür geöffnet. Die Rezeption ist dann im ersten Stock. Die Treppe dort hin hatte mindesten 5 lose Stufen, meine Frau und auch eine Andere sind gleich gestolpert, und das mit Koffern in der hat. Sie können froh sein, das nichts passiert ist. Dann standen wir auch dort vor verschlossener Tür. Ein Schild sagte uns, wir sollten eine Handy Nummer wählen, dann würde jemand erscheinen. Kam dann auch jemand irgendwann (15 min). Das Einchecken ging reibungslos. Nach dem wir die Zimmer inspiziert hatten wollten wir eigentlich wieder auschecken. Alles in den Zimmer war verwohnt, alt, es roch sehr unangenehm. Den schlechten Geruch haben die Betreiber mit Spray versucht zu überlagern, aber das hat es noch verschlimmert. Matratzen vom Bett durchgelegen, Kopfkissen waren innen klumpig, wir haben uns unsere T-Shirts unter den Kopf gelegt. Steckdosen ohne Funktion, offene Kabel, Dusche spakig. Teppichboden klebrig, Fensterrahmen vergammelt. Die Fotos im Internet sind eine Frechheit, eine sehr guter Fake und wir sind darauf reingefallen. Das einzig Gute war das Frühstück und die Bedienung Maria, die hat das ganze aufgewertet. Ich erwarte eine Entschädigung für das was sie dort vermittelt haben. Thomas Dursun

Even though it is located on a main avenue in the center of Berlin... on the Max Mara store... however, it is the worst structure, a mousetrap, that I have ever touched in my life... That's not a hotel, not even one star... that's the back of a dump!! Very disappointing experience. On Hotels.com, the room was described as a 25 m² single room with a very large bed with corresponding photos. Instead, I was given a tiny room of approximately 8 m² with a very narrow bed. The room was in poor condition and looked extremely worn out, felt more like a hostel than a three-star hotel room. The window in the room was impossible to open and in the bathroom it was impossible to close. The hotel indeed offers this type of rooms, but at smaller price than I paid. When I asked at reception to change room for the one I paid for, my request was refused in a rather unfriendly manner. They also refused any reimbursement / compensation. I addressed them also with Hotel.com support, it was useless as well. The breakfast was also disappointing. Poor food quality and assortment, not even a coffee machine - only solvable powder. Overall, I got the impression that guest comfort and satisfaction are not a priority for the hotel staff. Both the condition of the property and the level of service felt outdated and fell far short of what I would expect from a hotel in Germany.

Um cativeiro em localização maravilhosa. Carpetes imundos, travesseiros marrons de tanto mofo. Móveis antiquíssimos, TV tb. Não tem ar condicionado, apenas um ventilador barulhento. Recepção fica num andar diferente e vc explora o hotel sozinho. Corredores enormes de carpete sem uma saída de emergência em caso de incêndio ou acidente. Elevador pequeno que só vai até o 4o andar. Experiência horrível e traumática.
