Segunda vez que vamos neste hotel em Punta Cana e amamos tanto quanto a primeira vez. Algumas coisas mudaram desde a última vez, mas continua tudo ótimo! A comida é muito variada e de qualidade, os funcionários são prestativos e educados. Gostamos muito que diferente de outros all inclusive, eles tem um sistema de jantares a lá carte muito legal, com culinárias de vários países diferentes e é uma experiência bem diferente do comum. Indico e voltarei com certeza!

We traveled with a group of 10 people and had a great time. I highly recommend the swim out rooms so you also have a place to hang after being by the big pool or beach. The resort was able to accommodate us and get us into the same building, but not all next to each other. Dinner reservations were always ready before we arrived. The food was fine for a resort. The swim-up bar was the main spot we hung out. The beaches are beautiful and they were even clearing out the seaweed in front of the resort. Lots of activities. I would suggest a 4-night minimum to add on an excursion to explore off the resort as well. It is nice that Ambar is adults only, but we had access to all of the others within walking or tram distance. Had a fun time at the casino. It was smaller and didn't get much action until after 10 pm. Surprisingly not super busy and crowded for July.

This hotel is no longer a five-star property. The price is excessive given the quality of the facilities and services. The room furniture is dated, as are the bathrooms; the soap and shampoo dispenser was falling apart. The TVs are old and small—lacking Smart TV capabilities—and the bandwidth is limited, causing the picture to freeze constantly. We had to have our fridge replaced because it wasn't cooling. They swapped the TV too, but the improvement was negligible. The hotel no longer offers a free nightclub for guests; the existing one is located in the "pueblito" area and costs $30 per person per night. Entertainment options are limited, shows last about an hour, and everything wraps up by 11 PM. There is nothing to do afterward except the Sports Bar... which serves nothing but drinks. The key person at this hotel is Jesus in Guest Services. He seems to be the only one who knows how to run a hotel, handle guests, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently—and he ALWAYS keeps his word. He ought to have more responsibility in a hotel with so many problems. I don't think we will ever return.
