Comfort Inn Nashville West

The front staff when arriving to check in was not informative at all. Just checked us in with no greeting or info about the hotel and services. The bfast in the morning ran out of milk so cereal was not an option. The room was comfortable and neat. The weather was hot 80⁰-90⁰ and the pool was closed up already.

The electric on the outlets some of them don't work. I had to unplugged and plugged till i found the working ones. The room smells like someone smoke and they spray so much stuff was horrible. The elevator out of order. The toilet seat won't stay up for the males to urinate. Not a good place to stay for the money. To much money for the place. I will not recommend to anybody.

This hotel's elevator does not work properly. I read reviews where this was an issue 3/4 months ago. I figured they would have finished the repairs by now. This is very poor and should be disclosed before someone makes a reservation with them. Extremely inconvenient. Very poor.

Pool was awesome. Location was good, safe but just hard to get in and out depending on which way you were going. Rooms clean. Beds were small and we didn’t sleep well. Overall worth it

Lobby is under construction but it was still quiet. Beds were super comfortable! Clean bathrooms! Easy access right off the interstate.

Very quick and easy, comfy stay for just a night while traveling through ☺️ Love the pet friendliness! Us and our dogs were content!

Entry and exit to property is difficult for someone unfamiliar with the location, especially in the dark. Parking is limited. The renovations are nice.

They are in the process of remodeling the dining area as you enter the building. It was not a problem. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. A little tricky getting into parking lot with traffic but not a problem.

Would not sleep in a room with other people's hair in the bathroom, and in the bed.

I stayed one night while driving through Nashville. In the morning, I spotted a bed bug crawling up the bathroom room. I snapped a picture and hightailed it out of there.

Woke up in the middle of the night to spot a couple cockroaches scattering across the floor. I left immediately.

Check in was easy with frindly staff,room was very clean,breakfast was hot and good and check out was simple.Great stay!

Elevator floor disgusting. Tub did not drain. Faucet leaked water at the sink. Boogers on bathroom door and curtains... Legit boogers.

Overall, the property is a bit dirty. The updates appeared rushed and not professional looking. The bathroom sink and tub had hair in it. Problems with their satellite box/remotes were annoying. From a price standpoint, it works but would not go back.

The room smelled like smoke and it was hot. There was a roach in the bathtub (alive) and one walking the bathroom floor. The fixtures were all rusted and hair on the walls and tub.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and all other areas were exceptionally clean Great value

We have stayed at other comfort inn’s that were in much better condition than this one. The comforter had some stains on it and it is very well worn. It is nice that the floor does not have carpeting and so feels a little cleaner.

Room had dirty floors. Feet were dirty after walking around for only a few minutes. Pillows were awful. Air did not seem to be working really good as we had it set on 68 and got hot at night. Breakfast was really good and staff was really friendly and helpful.

Location was alright, about a 10-15 minute drive to anything downtown. Room was super tiny. Literally fit the furniture, and a tiny walkway. Hotel was HUMID as all get out. Felt like we were outside the whole time.

Renovations happening in the dining area. We didn't bother to see if that affected breakfast the next morning. First room they gave us smelled of cigarettes, so they gave us a better one. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Location was inconvenient, but nearby a Japanese restaurant that was great for take out. Stayed just one night.

Wreaked of cologne in my room and definitely the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When guest were walking above my room it sounded like the ceiling of my room might cave in.

Room was constantly muggy. Asked for a fan and they didnt have one. Knocked on our door at 930 am to i form us checkout was at 11...why? When our shower flooded the bathroom theres a sign that specifically says not to throw down towels. We alerted them and they still left a puddle on the batbroom floor.

Lobby is under construction but it was still quiet. Beds were super comfortable! Clean bathrooms! Easy access right off the interstate.

It is very loud. We were woken up at 6 this morning by someone walking above us. Absolutely no insulation for sound damping.

This was my first stay at a Comfort Inn and I really enjoyed it. The room was great, spacious, had a couch and kitchenette area. Bed was super comfy. It is located right off a major highway/intersection, so moderate noise levels, but nothing disruptive. Would definitely stay here agai !

The room with a King bed and pull out couch worked great for us. The pull out couch was terrible - a mattress topper would have been nice. But the air conditioner worked, there was a decent breakfast offered, and the location was great for our needs

It was convenient to the expresssway but most are and it was clean except for the elevator. We could hear nearly every step the person above us made. The mattress in the hide a bed was worthless with springs pushing through. Our daughter slept on the couch as a couch.

Very clean motel, excellent location, friendly staff who were very helpful regarding room selection for a mobility impaired person, and a very decent breakfast.

We were here for a one night stay after an event downtown. When we first arrived, we saw a dead rat on the side walk in front of the building (should have tipped us off). The room was clean and despite a gut feeling, we were crunched for time and decided to stay. During the night we heard multiple car alarms and the hallway was loud with people laughing and carrying on up into the early morning hours. While at breakfast, we overheard a group of people discussing their vehicle being broken into with the clerk. During check out, nothing was mentioned of the incident during the night. We came out to our vehicle and found a window broken out and all of the compartments opened inside. After going back in to report this with the clerk, she said “oh I thought everybody that had a break-in, knew about it”. There was no communication of this via email, in person, or phone call at any time. After speaking with Metro PD, we concluded that they were there earlier that morning and yet the property management made no attempt to alert their customers. The clerk did provide a trash bag and tape for our 2 hour drive home and the number for Metro PD, but there was absolutely no concern for our safety nor knowledge of the potential risk when the incident occurred. When I asked about the liability of the property she stated there signs in the parking lot releasing them from potential damages which we never found. If you’re looking for a safe place to stay, look elsewhere.

The staff at checkin was friendly and very helpful. We had a queen room with pull out sofa. Do not recommend!! The pullout was awful. Ended up sleeping on the sofa. The dining area was so small it was hard to navigate. The mirror by the elevators On our floor was nasty the whole time we were there. Have stayed at comfort suites many times and this did not live up to the usual standards.

I stayed here twice in the last week, very nice and liked the area. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff knocking on my door 2-3 hours before my checkout time waking me up, and I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. Check out time is 11am, should not disturb your guests before that.

We came to Nashville for the 2025 Coldplay concert and stayed a few nights. The hotel stay was terrible and so disappointing! It stunk (smelled musty) and was dirty. There was bags of garbage laying by the elevator. We were in a non-smoking room but smelled cigarette & marijuana smoke. The pool area had used towels laying around from the day before. The water was dirty with liter and bugs. We used the skimmer and tried to clean it out. There were only two clean towels available for use. Free breakfast was a joke! They had 3 types of cereal and oatmeal but no milk! The worker helping with breakfast was rude. Also, she stood by the automatic doors the entire time we were sitting at the table which caused the doors to constantly open and shut. It was 90 degrees outside and hot inside.

Easy, friendly check-in. Safe, secure parking in the front area of the hotel (no so much in the back). Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was OK. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. TV and the remote worked fine. Heating and cooling were excellent. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to the hotel is difficult & confusing.

Nice place to stay. Only negative thing I can say, is that this motel is located on a dead end street and it’s difficult to turn left out of the street onto Whitebridge Rd, due to heavy traffic. No stoplight at that street. Motel itself is fine.

There was a CVS and dining options within walking distance.

Close to hospital and easy access to Interstate. Staff was very nice.

Great location.

Worked well for our purposes. Just a couple minutes, easy drive to Broadway, which was what we came for. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was not great, but we weren’t wandering around as there was nothing to see around there. All this being said, I would stay again if I came back to Nashville.

Will definitely stay here again! Decent free breakfast eggs, sausage, bacon were our favorite. Clean, price was great, easy to get to all that Nashville has to offer. A tip for Nashville, Broadway, parking options is use Spot Hero. Staff is very nice and attentive! Thank you for making Nashville an affordable option for my family!

Different floor style (non carpeted). Made it look, feel, and smell clean. I'm sure it is easier for the cleaning staff as well. The young lady in charge of the continental breakfast area, never stopped moving with replenishing food and jeeping the area clean.

Hotel was close to I-40 and made it convenient to get to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The bed was clean and comfortable. I like that there was no carpet on floors. There was coffee and lemon water in the lobby. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, pastries,,fruit, etc. Staff was very friendly! Good value for price of room compared to some others in Nashville.

Not really fair to give an opinion on a hotel that’s in the middle of renovations, but I will comment on what I observed on areas that look like they may be complete. The eating area was decreased in size. Everybody now is crammed into a corner. Tables are way too close together. Haven’t had breakfast yet so I can’t comment on that. Can’t comment on the fitness room because it’s under construction need to work on magnetic keys everybody seems to be having problems with them. Soda machine, auto water, guest laundry room is actually a closet. Both machines are old washers has an agitator that looks like it’s missing the cap very dirty inside build ups open softener

Right off the interstate which didn’t make for a peaceful night, I’m typically a heavy sleeper and was awaken a couple times from noises from the interstate. Morning staff was not friendly also not rude but definitely not welcoming. Breakfast was not that great but was happy with the choice of regular or blueberry waffles. I wouldn’t go out of my way to book here again but if need be would if I had too.
