This hotel is brand new. The people working there were exceptionally nice. It was clean and quiet. The only downside was they were still doing some last-minute construction, making it a bit noisy during the day.

Only complaint are the 3 wheeled luggage carts. Very tippy and all my stuff hit the ground twice.

This place is awesome and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very happy and surprised beyond what I expected. You have a small stove, sink microwave and refrigerator. Location is great near many shopping needs and wants. I stay 11 days and loved my stay. Laundry and small gym as well. Highly recommend and worth the money.

I think only recently opened, and they have some growing pains. The ice machine didnt work. The vending credit card readers didnt work (and they are cashless at the front desk, so they xoupndt help ther. They coulnd find the hair dryers. The keys stopped working on the day of checkout at 8am, long nefore check out. All things i imaging they will straighten out in ti.e. but havent yet

Everything about this hotel is super cheap - except the price... ROOM - no closet, comforter, iron, hair dryer, safe, carpet. BUILDING - no breakfast, pool, or even a real lobby. ONE elevator. STAFF - generally well-meaning but not given the proper tools or training to do their job. Window in room left open; room was 48 degrees upon arrival. One check-in station; average of ten minutes per customer.

Definitely a low budget hotel without the low budget price. self checkin did not work, only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel, 3 days without an ice machine, no hot water was common, only 2 towels, no take out lids at the coffee maker. Its a new hotel with no bells and whistles.

King suite came with flatware, plates, bowls, and cups for 2. They have packages one can purchase for the stay, but bringing your own would be worth the investment if possible. There is no oven and the stove top is 2 small burners close together. You cannot cook with 2 pans over 9". Trash bags are weak and tear easily. Ice machine was broken for the majority of our stay and there was no remediation offered. Ice trays would have been gladly accepted in this instance.

The room is always spotless and very comfortable. Amenities are not as good as other hotels but I do stay here frequently because the rooms and security are so good.

We stayed 3 nights here. Our room could have been cleaned better. There were spill stains on the floor, Cheetos in the ac unit and hairs in the bathroom floor. Our first night was terrible. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors on all sides, including above us. The first night I was awoken multiple times throughout the night due to hearing the neighbors’ tvs, moving furniture and doing other things. I wanted to leave and get a different room somewhere else, but didn’t due to time constraint issues and traveling alone with 2 young children. Staff did seem nice any time we encountered them.

They sent us to the wrong room twice. Key didn't work twice. When we finally got into a room that wasn't occupied, it had dirty socks under sink. Shower was also unclean. Hairs and debris in the basin. Poor girl at front desk was left blaming and calling an unresponsive manager. Also, only had one towel for our party of 4. Just an overall bad experience during check in and getting to our room.

The property was brand new and very nice in many ways, the room was a little sparce, lacking a cozy feeling. There was no rug on the floor and while clean it made it feel not very homey feeling, kind of cold and utilitarian. The kitchen was very nice with a dish washer and dishes. A full size refridgerator. It would have been nice to have an upholstered chair or couch to sit on; there were only stools at the bar. The staff was very nice, but some of the guests were up and talking loudly in the hallway and going in and out of their rooms untill after 11pm.

New hotel. Modern, minimalistic-no bedspread, dust ruffle, curtains. The only toiletries provided are one travel size shampoo and a bar of soap. The blinds allowed a lot of light in even when closed. Room was spacious, with kitchenette with seating at the bar, full size fridge, DW and cooktop. The floors are laminate so it was very noisy from the guests walking on the floor above us. The towels were fluffy, soft and absorbent and the beds were super comfy!

Pro-This hotel was obviously new and in good condition. Cons- bright lights from parking lot coming through the window (no room darkening blinds), 2 adults in our room and there were 2 bath towels and no bath mat. , the shower had only room temperature water. I’m assuming the shower water temp is on purpose because the adjacent sink to the shower had hot water . The rooms are poorly insulated/constructed - hallway conversations sound like they are inside your room.

The shower control valves are not adjusted properly.Had no hot water for both days.

Bed is amazing and pillows are incredible too. I’ve stayed at hotels three times as high in cost that are half as good as this

I stayed at the new Liv Away hotel the last two nights...the room was very nice and everything looked brand new...there was a nice efficiency kitchen so I got take out...there were no paper towels so i had to use a face cloth as a napkin...went to bed and was woken at 4 a.m by the person stomping around in the room above me...they probably need carpet on the floors...heard every move that was made and doors slamming...got up and took shower and no hot water...said something on way out and they said they had someone workikg on it...was out for the day and came back and there was no TV..called front desk and no one answered phone....went downstairs and person at front desk said cable was out and someone was working on it...never got it back...asked about hot water and they said that it had to be addressed room by room and she didn't know if my room was fixed....went and checked and it wasn't...was too lazy to pack up and move...went to bed to be woken again and this time by something knocking in the walls...no clue what it was but went down and said I needed a new room...i didn't move out of mine as it was middle of night but went to a different room to sleep. Got up in the a.m and checked their water and it was cold too so went back to my old room and took cold shower and packed up and left

Kitchen had nothing to use and Mattress/bed was terrible for a new hotel

The staff was so welcoming, they were pleasant and appreciated my dog! The stay was ideal for pets. Somewhere to bring the dog

We made a reservation but when we arrived at 11pm we were told that cleaning staff didn't so up an so there were no available rooms. Which is fine, things happen but we arrived at 11pm which meant the staff had plenty of time to notify us and we could have made other arrangements. We didn't receive any heads up that they were canceling our reservations and only notified once we arrived. This happened to a number of customers. It was frustrating finding another hotel so late at night. The staff also told us they would cancel the reservation and issue us a refund, which they did not. I had to contact hotels.com and ensure that we were refunded. Once again I understand issues happen but the staff could have been more proactive and understanding compared to the carefree response we were given. The staff acted like it was a bigger issue that they had to deal with customers who had their reservations canceled compared to the customers who were arriving late at night and had to scramble to find other accommodations.

We showed up at 430 to check in. The two people at the desk looked up my reservation and found it. They said we couldn’t check in because the king rooms were not ready yet and needed to be cleaned. They said about a half an hour or so. We had dinner plans and said we would be back later at night. Both associates said that was fine and one person said he would be there all night. We came back around midnight and there was a sign on the manual check in terminal stating check in isn’t available. There were no associates in the hotel. We called the number from the vestibule and we were in the phone with another associate who stated they cancelled my reservation due to over booking and rooms not being clean. We had no place to go last night. I finally got a hotel that I had to pay 400$ for at 130 in the morning. The associate took my info and said a manger would call me this am on the 4th. Which nobody has called me, was never notified of the cancellation through email or a phone call. I have called the main suites multiple times today to be told there was no manager today or they are not sure because they just got in for a shift at 8pm. I called all afternoon and the phone just rings and rings. Two people I spoke to today kept saying a manager will be here later. Don’t stay here!

The hotel called the morning of my reservation and canceled my reservation because they had overbooked leaving my group scrambling to find a reservation for that evening.

Upon arrival at this hotel, we were shocked to find out that our paid reservation had been cancelled without any prior warning or explanation. We arrived late in the evening, tired from traveling, only to be told that the hotel is overbooked. To make things worse, there were several other guests at the front desk dealing with the exact same issue. The staff offered no real help or apology, just shrugged and left us stranded. This was by far one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful to paying customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could!!

Hey, I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! I booked it one week in advance and paid everything, but on the day I was supposed to check in, they called and said too many people came and booked the whole hotel. They canceled everyone’s reservations for the weekend! I asked what they could do to help since we were already on our way, but they said there was nothing they could do. Oh my God, it was a horrible experience — they didn’t even care. Please only book this hotel if you have absolutely no other option in the area. This was crazy!

I looved staying in this modern well kept hotel! Access to shopping was a walking distance!

It was clean, we just did not have to interact with the staff too much so I could not honestly give an answer. We assumed the kitchen included pots and pans, and the heating element (stove top) was not the best; it took a long time to heat up water. But aside from that, we would definitely stay again, just will be better prepared with equipment.

Very nice clean quiet and convenient at a very fair price. Just wished they had kitchen stuff dishes coffee ext. But will definitely be back.

Hot water didn’t work in the shower. I tried 2 different rooms. Same issue. Need a coffee pot in the room. The coffee maker in the lobby is lame.

“Suite” yet no dish soap? Not nearly enough utensils and plates. Had to run dishwasher after every meal? Ridiculous Clean dishes being in dishwasher was weird. Why weren’t they in the storage shelves? Plastic cups by microwave. Tacky and low budget Ac unit makes clicking / tapping sound all night Hand held shower doesn’t work. I was recovering from a surgery and booked this room specifically for a removable shower head that I was unable to use. Low water pressure on the normal shower head. Probably worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Shampoo provided, but no conditioner? Even asked the front desk who suggested I go to the store and buy some? It was Thanksgiving. No stores were open. Could hear ding from elevator all night Severeal dirty / used tissues under bed, back left corner. No coffee in the morning as the machine was broken. Had a three hour drive. No towels in the exercise room? Wiped my sweat with a crunchy paper towel. Low budget No live tv, only Lg apps? Front staff was not very friendly. She made sure to finish on her phone before looking up and moving to desk to assist me.

So clean. Nicely equipped rooms. Keurig in the room would be a nice addition. Service was excellent Can’t say enough great things about the general manager! She made our stay so comfortable and amazing ! Will be back

The newness of property was especially enjoyed. I loved the enormous laundry room. The attention to detail, was everywhere: many outlets, coffee availability in lobby. I would have appreciated a hair dryer from the front desk. I didn’t pack one, because every hotel has had one.
