Quality Inn Harvey - New Orleans

Didn't use the pool but it looked fine, also there was a space to do barbecue. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Breakfast room is okay, you can eat there whatever you buy at walmart. Easy to access just in front of the road.

Everything good but no cold water.

The hotel front needs work, but surprisingly very comfortable and clean.

The room’s hot water was scalding and I made the front desk aware and I was told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. Showers were difficult, ended up take a bowel wash because the water was too hot. ☹️

Check in was basic front desk clerk didn’t greet me or even look up during check in unless I asked him to repeat what he said. Room was spacious and clean. Called front desk twice because I couldn’t locate ice machine no answer just gave up. Another issue was shower knob it came completely off and we couldn’t turn on shower. Called front desk after second call he answered. He sent someone to check it after 20 mins. He came looked at and walked out. I had had to stop him to find out next steps. He had to send someone else. Twenty minutes later he came and said he couldn’t fix it, he actually talked to us. He said he would have to tell the front desk and move us. We just stayed in the room and took a bath, because it was already late. Not a good stay.

Place was nice, quiet, secure, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure and temperature were good. Only issue I had during the stay was the bed was a very very firm mattress and was uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep on it. The pillows were amazing though.

Check in was slow but they were nice. Parking is in a cage area. Good for safety but worried as to why it needs caged. Was told pool is closed but water looked good and weather was great.

The property was easy to find. Liked that it had a fenced in parking lot. Room and property were clean and in good condition.

This place was HORRIBLE. Unclean floors. Unclean linen. Unclean furniture. Dirty towels. No housekeeping. Unfriendly front desk staff.

The room smells so bad like if it has not been occupied for a while. The receptionist was also not professional.

1st room was dirty, staff had an attitude at first contact. Breakfast was not what was advertised. Room was broken down with minor stuff that could have been fixed.

The room was disgusting i will be asking for a refund.

The photos are misleading. Inside the rooms is okay, however, outside the rooms the grounds are not kept clean. It looks like an old low income apartment complex turned into a hotel. You can tell the people outside smoking cigarettes and leaning on the railing at all hours of the day and night live at the complex. That's okay if they actually stayed at a different area of the complex. (The hotel is big enough to accommodate this). But don't place the people staying for a few nights next to the rooms where the people live there.

Room was large, clean and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was terrible. It is nothing like the pictures show it and they do the absolute bare minimum that they need to, sometimes even less. You will likely encounter Robby at the front desk. He wears the same clothes multiple days, will barely say anything to you as you just stand there at the front desk waiting for help. Then, when you finally ask him for help he just kind of mumbles and asks what you want. Our room keys stopped working MULTIPLE times through our 3 night stay and come to find out, Robby was only making our keys for 1 night at a time instead of for the entire duration, this was according to the evening front desk person. Robby seemed like he was very out of it, almost as if he was intoxicated or something... When we were trying to check out Robby was just standing outside on his phone and we stood there for a few minutes waiting to see if he would look up at us, but he didn't, so I had to go out and get him. The breakfast is bare minimum and is not always stocked up, it is up to Robby to stock it. He will use a glove to restock everything but then will touch all the door knobs with that same glove and then leave the food container lids open. We did not have house keeping come by even once to our room. One night it was 7:30pm and house keeping was still making there rounds. They seemed very under staffed or something. When it rains, there is a huge gap under the doors and water comes in. They give you bar soap to use for your hands and as body soap.

Only thing that bothered me was the sizeable gap from the bottom of the door to the ground. Other than that everything was okay

The best part about my stay was the hospitality. When I book the room, I didn’t realize it was a motel, and the bathroom was really small. I brought up those concerns with the guy working the front desk and he was really gracious and was going to allow me to check out early and get a refund for my unused days. I ended up staying because if I’m in a whole different city, I’m not going to be cooped up in my hotel. Has customer service was outstanding.

This room was just what my family and I needed. We drove all night after a scrimmage game. Booked the room when we landed. The staff working was a nice gentleman, got us checked in quickly. Went to return the keys same gentleman checked back with me, making sure all was good. We were safe, got to explore the city and everyone was so friendly. Definitely recommend here.

Robby seemed like he was very out of it, almost as if he was intoxicated or something... When we were trying to check out Robby was just standing outside on his phone and we stood there for a few minutes waiting to see if he would look up at us, but he didn't, so I had to go out and get him. The breakfast is bare minimum and is not always stocked up, it is up to Robby to stock it. He will use a glove to restock everything but then will touch all the door knobs with that same glove and then leave the food container lids open. We did not have house keeping come by even once to our room. One night it was 7:30pm and house keeping was still making there rounds. They seemed very under staffed or something. When it rains, there is a huge gap under the doors and water comes in. They give you bar soap to use for your hands and as body soap.

Room was ok. I asked why the room was not cleaned they told me that they cleaned every 2 days and my day would be the next day. I told them I had been there 2 days and that I needed towels they then told me that they were short staffed and had no clean towels or wash clothes. Unacceptable.

The staff took extra care to see that I was safe and comfortable with an especially refreshing kindness mindset.

Check in was ok once arriving to the room floors needed to be swept and mopped. When making reservations i pacifically put in I have four adults which I was charged for four adults. They only gave me towers for two people. I went and told them that I needed more time due to. I pay for four adult adults in the room. They tell me that they only give towel for two at a time two of us will have to take a bath, then bring the towels back to them so they can give me some more, which I think that was very ridiculous especially when I was charged for it. I also explained to them that the floors needed to be swept and mopped because there was very dirty and sticky. They never came to do it. I was there for four days and not once did housekeeping come to do anything I had to walk up to the front every time I needed something. Customer service was rude, especially with the men breakfast. You only get waffles and cereals bread and orange juice. The only good thing is that it was quiet, but people walk around all day.

Everything about this place was sketchy..

The stay was alright until, on the second night, A groups of about men hanging out in the courtyard asked my daughters (ages 10 and 12) if we had any dr*gs.
