Everything about our stay—from start to finish—was truly remarkable. We stayed in the Tonkin Suite, and from the moment we walked in, the quality of the design, fixtures, and materials was immediately apparent. The suite is beautifully executed and absolutely worth booking if available. Ahead of our arrival, I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond. When we returned from dinner on our first night, we were welcomed with a thoughtful surprise—a beautifully presented cake with fresh fruit and flowers, a fruit platter, a bottle of wine, and a handwritten birthday card. It far exceeded our expectations. The spa was another highlight. We booked a 120-minute couples massage, and the therapists were confident, attentive, and highly skilled. One of the best massage experiences we’ve had. Breakfast each morning was beautifully presented, with an excellent mix of local Vietnamese and Western options. The location is ideal—just outside the main hustle and bustle, yet still walkable to the Old Quarter, with West Lake, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Excellent hotel for business traveller or family. The room is very nice design at all angle. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again
