VELUNA One Hotel Salzburg

This accomodation desperately needs air conditioning. It's a small room for 4 people with a tiny window. It was like a furnace at night and very difficult to get comfortable in. Because the apartment is on the ground floor and near a main road, I didn't want to open it at night. There was one fan in the apartment that kept turning itself down to the lowest setting. In addition to this, the self check in didn't work as I hadn't paid some taxes to the business before arrival. This was not communicated to me beforehand so I arrived and was unable to get in. Luckily I found a phone number online to leave a message for someone. If youre going to have self check in, you need to contact the guests before their arrival if everything isn't in order.

Clean but in an office building turned hotel rooms, no staff on site. No AC, fan in bathroom broken so very hot and stuffy in summer. Tried to open the only window in room but loud road noise, right next to busy Street on ground level. Got ripped off paying for parking, they never even took my license plate number.

Super nemt, når man lige giver sig tid til det der online tjek ind. Parkering var ikke så godt skiltet, men man skal registrere sin bil når man tjekker ind og holde på de hvide nr. så kører det. Super god overnatning, dig ville en aircon havde været dejligt.
