It appears that the property is undergoing renovation. It is in need of a facelift. The quilt cover on my bed was ripped and they were patches on the wall. The pillars could also use an upgrade. The mattress was very comfortable.

Great check in, great staff. The only issue is the soda vending machine. It did not take cards (vender option it said) It would only take 1 dollar bill, but that's it. Nothing the front desk could do.

Room was small with king bed but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly with plenty of parking. It's in an office park and a bit difficult to find as trees block the sign but just look for the red colored roof on the left.

Nice affordable place. One FYI - it is more of a motel in that the room door is external, which is not as safe as a hotel with interior doors. But the room was clean and bed very nice. Worth the price.

We stopped for the night during a long road trip. It was great. We had our 3 dogs and it was perfect. A nice dog walking area as well. Very clean and comfortable room. Would recommend.

It was comfortable. The beds were encased which eased my mind about bedbugs. The beds were comfortable. The mattresses were just on metal frames and slid over so when getting out of bed my legs hit the metal frame. The shower curtain could use a washing. There were plugs in every light fixture which was great. The room was a good size and had a desk and side chair. No breakfast but they had coffee in the office and vending machines. I felt safe at the location. The price was right for a no frills hotel. I’d stay again.

It's easy access to the interstate. The room was clean and serviceable. Being on the second floor it has no elevator so I had to lug my luggage up the staircase (not fun). The check-in personnel had an ugly attitude. I would still stay there because it was clean, comfortable and easy access to highway.

Great location, easy access to 81 and downtown Harrisburg. The room was a bit small but it served the purpose for the 2 nights we stayed. AC was super cold, which was great since it was in the 90s during our trip. The bed was comfy, but it was also very high...shorter people or persons with physical limitations may have an issue getting into it. The toilet on the other hand was very low, and it was hard to close the door while using it. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the price was reasonable. We would stay again if back in the area.

Staff was terrible. Booked 2 rooms 8 people. First night they refused to give us more then 2 towel and wash clothes per room. Wanted us do use and walk dirty one down before two more people could shower. Ended up having to go buy my own towels and wash cloths. Day 2 wasn’t any better. Staff was told again make sure when room gets clean we have 4 towel and wash cloths per room. We get back to one room only being cleaned with 2 towels and wash cloths hanging and other room not touched nor any clean towels or wash cloths to use at all. Never again will I stay here or recommend it to anyone. I’ve never been treated this way staying anywhere in my life and as a truck driver I stay away from home a good bit. This was totally unacceptable. We also requested conjoined room due to traveling with 4 young children. We called ahead weeks requesting in which the guy was very room said he would deal with it when we got there and hung up on us. Never telling us they didnt have the accommodation we were requesting so we could have booked somewhere else that did. By the time we got there it was too late to cancel our booking so we chalked it up to dealing with the situation until the rest of it happened during our stay the whole time. I will be reaching out to corporate on this because I feel this put more money out of our pocket when we had to purchase our own towels, more stress on us traveling with a total of 6 kids and completely avoidable situation. Very unprofessional staff.

I booked this room for one night. We went to see Kendrick Lamar in Hershey & wouldn't be spending time in the room except for sleeping. Check in was a little weird. I obviously booked & paid $47 through Expedia. When we arrived they said I had 2 reservations.( I didn't). Then they tried to charge me $87 there. The manager had to come over to assist the associate. Then all of a sudden they found my booking that was already paid for. I wonder if they do that to people that book through these type of websites so they can try & get more money. Checking in to a hotel can be a hectic experience & some people may not even pay attention & will over pay or even pay again, like they tried to make me do. Other than that the stay was great. Clean room & very quiet!

The room was clean - but the staff was lack luster and very rude. We got in at 1am and they double charged us. I told them the transaction went through the first time as it reflected on my credit card right away - but we were told we were wrong and made us swipe our card again. We were refunded the next day... just be very aware of your charges if you stay here... otherwise the property was nice and room was very clean.

Overall it was not a bad stay. I did have an issue with the gentleman checking me in, hitting on me, and making me extremely uncomfortable and repeatedly asked me to take a picture with him, despite the fact I am married, although not traveling with my husband. And yes, I do wear my rings (pregnant female traveling with my son). I did report it to management the next day, and hope that it was handled. Otherwise, the room was clean, although didn’t love it being so near a gas station. I will say, I did feel it was a little overpriced for the age of the building and rooms/furnishings.

Front desk staff was very friendly. room was updated. The bath towels could use replacement as they had stains on them. Other than that no frills stay was very good. Cracker Barrel very close for breakfast.

It was comfortable. The beds were encased which eased my mind about bedbugs. The beds were comfortable. The mattresses were just on metal frames and slid over so when getting out of bed my legs hit the metal frame. The shower curtain could use a washing. There were plugs in every light fixture which was great. The room was a good size and had a desk and side chair. No breakfast but they had coffee in the office and vending machines. I felt safe at the location. The price was right for a no frills hotel. I’d stay again.

This was just a typical motel. It says 100% smoke free, but it still smelled like smoke. I asked for a different room when we smelled cigarette smoke in the first room, and was told it did not smell like smoke. But the second room smelled even stronger. And the room smelled strong of cannabis for a few nights, which most likely is due to someone smoking outside and the AC blowing it in.

The property is nothing fancy, but served that purpose nicely: The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable--plus available at an extremely reasonable rate. I'd recommend bringing a towel or two, as, to my eye, the ones in the bathroom looked a bit dingy, but overall, we had a perfectly fine experience there.

Would've gotten a 5 if it weren't for the janky towels that showed they were badly stained as soon as they were wet, nearly see-thru, and did very little to wrap around a normal size human body. Otherwise it was very clean, updated, quiet, comfortable and safe. Would 100% stay again.(I'd bring my own towels)
