This property was amazing! The location to the malacon was exceptional. The entire resort exceeded my wildest expectations. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable! The spa—gym-rooftop pool-& beach chairs are all excellent. Cannot recommend this property more! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Loved the hotel & loved Las Palmas!

Staff were friendly, pool area was nice, food options were good. The lifts were not very reliable and the pool was closed on our last day without any notice. It was a shame there was limited lunch options at the hotel, but there were plenty of other options around. No lounge area at the hotel apart from the large foyer but not very practical for sitting with people.

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and one gentleman from the front desk was outstanding. However, the property is not really handicapped accessible for the spa. My elderly father who is 92, could not access the spa/sauna/hot tub on the top floor since there is no elevator and requires stairs. Also, we had tried to book our spa services in advance and they would not share the menu or information. When we got there, all the massages were booked and we had to go somewhere else which was very frustrating. Finally, we decided to tour the rest of the island and forego the half board dinner. We tried to tell 2 front desk managers and they would not let us change it with advance notice and said we had to do that through hotels.com. However, since we paid at the hotel, hotels.com could not credit us and had no success reaching the front desk. What was even more frustrating is that they would not hear us out with hotels.com on the line at the hotel or afterwards online, even though they had credited my dad’s reservation of 2. Ultimately, our party of 4 had to pay for 2 nights dinner even though they made us dinner reservations elsewhere. That does not seem customer-oriented or fair. Therefore, please be cautious before booking this hotel for the reasons mentioned.

The staff were all friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, with the exception of the Marinas bar, which is a franchise. The room (suite) was OK, but daily cleaning less thorough than might be expected (glasses and cups not washed). The curtains were good at light blocking but extremely noisy to operate. We were on 6th floor so relied on lifts which were swift, but one was unreliable in direction or refused to move occasionally. Breakfast buffet had a wide choice but quality was below expectation. Soggy Croissants, runny yoghurt and although there was a choice of strength of coffee in the two machines (strong in one, "soft" in the other) it wasn't very good and a third machine would have alleviated queueing. Considering this and the unappealing menus posted, we did not feel inclined to sample the dinner buffet. The dedicated and inclusive sun lounger area on the beach, right outside the hotel was the most enjoyable feature. The beach is fantastic. The roof pool looked attractive, but was rather busy and a little noisy for us. The signatute Lily display in the foyer is impressive but the scent is quite strong and can be an issue for those with allergies.

Our room had a few problems, flaking paint from ceiling, socket not working, toilet seat badly fitted…minor issues but important…basic maintenance is not undertaken. The hotel TV is highly biased to EU channels…no BBC1 or 2 or ITV. The rooms facing the sea are nice but the hotel faces north and you do not get sun on the balcony. The restaurant is mediocre…food needs to be served hot.

Lo unico que estaba acorde al nivel del hotel, era el bar de la piscina. Polvo en los muebles de las habitaciones. Restaurante cerrado, el otro solo sirve bufet. We saw several cockroaches at the hotel room, there was a cigarette smell coming in through the ventilation system, the bed was very hard, and we could hear the neighbour watching tv. The spa and pool area was nice though, and also the breakfast was good.

Reina Isabel was great last year and we came back, which shows, how much we liked. The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The swimming pool on the roof was our favorite location. We will be back next year. We even recommend Reina to our son, who will go there this February.

I was disappointed with the room I got having paid around €700 for 3 nights. The Junior suite was almost like an office. The view was dreadfull as it looked onto the car park and other residential buildings. I thought having ordered a suite, it at least came with a sea view!

Rigtig dejlig beliggenhed lige ned til stranden og med mange forskellige restauranter lige udenfor. Tæt på busstationen og Catalina Park. Flink, venligt og imødekommende personale. Jeg ønskede late tjek out. Desværre var det ingen mulighed, da hotellet var fuldt booket. Jeg fik lov at være på hotellet, bruge faciliteterne og beholde håndklædet til poolen, indtil jeg skulle afsted. Derudover fik jeg mulighed for at låne et værelse for at tage bad om aftenen, før jeg skulle afsted til Lufthavnen. Helt fantastisk morgenbuffet.

Lovely hotel. Was on hols with my teen daughter and we wanted a mix of relaxing and exploring. Loved that the hotel was on the beach in one direction and city in another. Would stay again. Couple of criticisms 1. Spa was v busy each time we went and water in the indoor spa pool and salt water pool could be hotter 2. Not enough reception staff. Had to wait long time to speak / check in 3. Tea bags and small milk cartons in room on arrival but not replenished daily. When I asked the receptionist if we could have a couple of tea bags and milk left we were told v firmly that they don’t get replenished after day one. V strange when you’re paying for quite an expensive hotel

Our trip was fantastic! Friendly staff, very kind and always ready to help. Large room with wonderful sea view made every evening and morning great. The hotel is located in a great location, a minute from one of the best beaches of Gran Canaria. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff was very attentive to our every need. The spa of the hotel was relaxing and available to all guests - an absolute treat. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

I would rate the hotel excellent but had a bad experience when we arrived at the hotel. Night person was evil. Changed my whole experience. We arrived late and had a terrible flight and we just wanted to get to the hotel and relax. I got the hotel cause it had parking and when we arrived he said parking was full. We didn’t know the area and he didn’t offer much help. I told him I was upset about not having parking and he said if I don’t like it leave. It was 2 am. Next morning people at the front desk were great. I liked the hotel. Just that experience we had changed everything.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Only stayed for two nights but it was lovely stay. The hotel didn’t have a filtered water facility, only bottled which you had to purchase. Also I thought the spa closed too early, maybe a 20.00 close would be better. Just two tiny complaints there but overall the stay was perfect for what I needed.

We were looking for some late winter sun and on a recommendation booked the Reina Isobel. The hotel is large and great facilities including a rooftop swimming pool and bar. With great sea views and, weather permitting, a glimpse of Tenerife. The breakfast buffet is vast and varied and includes vodka. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and again there was a wide selection of appetisers, mains and desserts. The resort was busy in late February and we enjoyed an early evening walk along promenade choosing a restaurant for dinner.

Wunderschönes Hotel wie auf den Fotos. Es duftet angenehm im Hotel nach Blumen. Ich hatte 16 Kleiderbügel in meinem Schrank. Concierge Helmut ist sehr charmant. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. In 14 Tagen dort Abends immer abwechslungsreich und lecker am Buffett gegessen. Promenade auch direkt vorm Hotel, war für Spaziergänge super und immer was los. Würde jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen.
