Marriott's Oceana Palms

The property is nice, sunset tower certainly needs some renovations. Don’t be fooled by “ocean view” label. Depending on the floor you will need to stand on your tip toes to even get a glimpse of the ocean over a solid wall that separates adjoining room balconies. Food options on site are limited, but the bar and grill they have is very good. If you are not already an “owner” (time share), and don’t commit to the 90 minute shpeel, don’t expect to be put in the better rooms, very disappointing given the premium rates they charge. Overall nice, wonderful pool and beach access, but we likely won’t stay there again.

Loved how quiet it was around the property (except for the construction noise next door). The beach was mostly empty in the morning with plenty of deck chairs. The water and sand was lovely. The pool area was nice too with multiple pools for kids and adults. And it was pretty easy to get food at the Marketplace, and the food was decent. The gym is also very nice though i didn't get to use it. The apt was great. Everything was clean and comfortable and updated. All in all a great experience. I would come back to this property.

We stayed in a waterview, 2 bedroom suite and were incredibly impressed. The room was super spacious, the balcony was huge and the view was just as amazing (despite it not being waterfront). We loved the property and the easy access to the beach. The breakfast cafe had good options for quick bites, snacks and such. We also lovedddd the convenience of the bar/restaurant with walk up access to the pool. We’ll definitely be staying here again!!!!!

Room was amazing , view was great , i love having a kitchen so i can cook breakfast or dinner ect. And not have to go out all the time. Only thing that sucks is they have 1 elec charger for an EV and more thab 1/2 their outlets in the car garage were locked so i had to ask a staff member to unlock one so i could charge my car.

On arrival we were taken into a side room and asked if we wanted to listen to a 90 minute sales pitch (after a long drive). When we said we were not interested we were kept waiting over an hour after the check in time of 4 pm. We had to keep checking at the desk and were told by extremely arrogant, surly and frankly disinterested reception staff that the room was still not ready. On the third attempt we were told that the room had to be inspected. When we were finally given a room around 1 hour 15 minutes after check in, we found that the room had not been inspected. There was bedding left in a bag in the second bedroom, and a housekeeper turned up trying to instal another coffee maker which we did not want. We booked an ocean view room and paid a lot of money. The view we had was mainly inland, with a very small view of the ocean. The website in this regard is extremely misleading. Had I known this was the case I would not have booked it at all. The sheet in the master bedroom was too small for the bed. There was no shower curtain in bathroom 2, and the bath did not readily drain. The water in shower 1 was barely warm. The dining facilities were practically non-existent. The shop was closed for refurbishment. The pool area sounded like a nightclub. There is a time and place for this, not constantly every day. The only staff at the hotel who were helpful and very pleasant were the beach staff, they could not have been nicer. All in all a disappointing stay.

We had the ocean front vila amazing and beautiful especially the views Perfect! In my opinion I think that beach Amenities and parking should be free.. Overall the property is very nice and right on the beach. Big plus

We stayed in the villa. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a full kitchen. I loved the in-unit washer and dryer. Everything about our room was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. We had an amazing view of the ocean! The pool was perfect for the kids! The private access to the beach was convenient. I would love to come back!

No restaurant for breakfast available. Only a counter. No maid service, no ice in the ice maker, hallway carpet filthy. Extremely loud around the pool with constant exercise classes. Not worth the expensive room price. Skip this place.

Everything was amazing, just One thing, My room wasn’t cleaned, even though I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days I had to take the trash out by myself and I had to figured it out a way to change the towels, Besides that, great place

The property was well located on the beach. There was only one restaurant on property, with average food. The furniture in the room, including the beds, couch and chairs, was the most uncomfortable we have ever encountered. So much so that we dreaded being in the room during bad weather, which unfortunately we experienced a fair amount of.

What a beautiful place Our room on the 20th floor was a suite for 5 people It was like s full house perfectly decorated, very quiet with very good beds, pillows Etc etc Everyone from my family noted this suite 10/10 Singer Island is wild and beautiful. We enjoyed the beautiful beach with millions of shells. We also got a boat in the intercostal and we were lucky to be surrounded by seven manatees who were swimming with us for 30 minutes as soon as stopped the boat Our kids were so happy

I have stayed at a few Marriott properties and have to say this was the best. I had a two room oceanfront villa and it had everything that I needed and the view was unbelievable. Best money I ever spent…

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was significantly impacted by an incident involving another guest that affected my family. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of proper care and follow-up from hotel management afterward. A situation that clearly called for attention and support was met with minimal concern, leaving us feeling unsafe and unsupported. While the property itself may offer certain amenities, guest safety and responsive customer service are equally important—and in this case, they fell short. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements in how such situations are handled in the future.

Everything was perfect, I’m just still having troubles with the Check In and Check out , That’s no fair , Leave the Hotel at 10 o’clock it’s no fair. There’s no enough time to get some breakfast, I understand that it’s the politic in everysingle place but you can work on that , I think 12:00 pm for a Check out it’s perfect

Great Place. Jennifer Lane has all covered to us prior to arrive. Loved the pool and the sea. Jason Cuerdo and Irina from Sales were also great. Will be back next summer.

Expedia says check in was at 3:00pm, hotel said 4:00, but we had to wait another hour for the room to be ready at 5:00pm! That's 2 hours past what we planned for and expected. Check out on Expedia said 11:00am. Hotel told us in the morning that we had to be out by 10:00am. Room was nice and views were lovely.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. We arrived at check-in 4pm and werent able to get into our room until after 6pm, which was difficult since we had driven all dsy with young children and an elderly senior. We were only comped $50 which was nothing compared to what we paid for the room. They werent that apologetic. It messed up our dinner plans too.

The newly renovated villas are very nice and comfortable. The pool area was clean and fun for the kids although it is very shady in the afternoon. The restaurant staff are very average. Nice enough but not skilled at engaging with customers who expect a high level of service.
