Un edificio moderno de unas 8-10 plantas, con habitaciones sencillas, todo muy moderno, en tonos blancos y claros, con cama, pequeña repisa de madera a modo de mesilla con una lamparita, un perchero y mesa copn una silla, nevera y caja fuerte, en el pasill, luminoso y largo, hay un baño compartido pequeño con ducha, lavabo, con salientes para colgar ropa, dispensador de jabón en la ducha. En la planta baja hay una zona con mesas y sillas a modo de zona común, otra en la planta 8 y un gimnasio y lavandería. El edificio está situado en la Calle de Alcalá, cerca de la parada de metro de Manuel Becerra, a diez minutos andando del Wizink Center y a media hora del centro. Todo muy limpio aunque, al ser compartido los baños, se ensucian pronto.Muy bien la atención personal. Lo más molesto es que al hacer el checkin te piden muchos datos, te piden la tarjetas para comprobar su validez, aunque no te cargan cantidad alguna, y para asegurarse de cubrir posibles daños en la propiedad, lo cual hace parecer que te están tratando como lo que no eres.

Front desk staff A +, Still working out the kinks, such as Housekeeping and water in certain areas. Willing to give it a pass. Launching a hotel isn’t easy. Will check it out again in the near future. Should do well. Great for the area. Keep up the good work! B -

Hotel novinho. Tudo muito lindo e de bom gosto. Áreas comuns do hotel súber bacanas. Ótimo atendimento e localização bem perto do aeroporto, com restaurantes, mercado e perto de lojas. Bom ponto de partida para passeios a pé. Maravilhoso!

Grata estancia, buena ubicación zona con restauración y bien comunicada con parada metro cercana, y muy buenos servicios(lavandería terraza ático, caja fuerte, nevera en la habitación) Camas dobles pequeñas y no hay tele.

O hotel é pequeno mas eficiente, tudo novinho, quarto e wc com enxoval bom, ducha excelente, tudo funcionando muito bem. Área de convivência com cozinha e cutelaria, academia. Vem localizado, região de restaurantes, mercados e metrô. Adorei. Café da manhã servido no vizinho muito bom por 12€. Não tem tv no quarto mas não fez diferença.

Hotel nuevo, buena atención del personal en recepción, no hacen limpieza diario, el internet o Wifi no es estable y no llega a las habitaciones . Las instalaciones están muy bien, con servicios de cocina, sillas y mesas, salida con TV en la terraza y también servicios de cocina en el primer nivel.

spotless, extremely quiet, temperature controlled rooms. friendly and helpful english speaking staff. yes the rooms are small but for the unbelievable price you can't really argue. if you're planning on spending your trip mostly inside your hotel room then this isn't for you but otherwise it's a perfect and affordable accommodation

El hotel es nuevo y la ubicación es buena si te mueves en transporte público. Si vas en coche, no hay parking y el hotel no te lo gestiona, te lo buscan para que llames tú. La habitación no tiene televisión y las almohadas son bajas e incómodas. Por último, la limpieza de habitaciones es en días alternos. No recomendaría este hotel.

Room was clean and pretty but very basic. No complementary water or coffee. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin and only had 2 for a queen bed. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t get our room tidied up or the toilet paper / towels replaced. The building itself is very beautiful and a good location. However the noise from the hallway was quite loud as our room was close to the lift and stairs. The price is quite high for what the room is but everything in Madrid is very overpriced.

Só fiquei chateada que não teve serviço de limpeza no quarto o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia e teve um dia que a área do chuveiro transbordou de água devido um entupimento no ralo aí ficamos com o banheiro todo molhado pq devido o horário ser anoite não tinha ninguém para limpar e secar a água
Só fiquei chateada que não teve serviço de limpeza no quarto o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia e teve um dia que a área do chuveiro transbordou de água devido um entupimento no ralo aí ficamos com o banheiro todo molhado pq devido o horário ser anoite não tinha ninguém para limpar e secar a água

The hotel was small but clean. However, there was a major problem with the internet connection, and the staff showed no sincerity in trying to resolve it. They kept insisting that the issue was with our devices, while they were busy chatting among themselves, which made me even more upset. For reference, we had six different devices, and none of them could connect — do you really think all of them were at fault?

Al llegar con reserva confirmada nos dicen que hay over booking y que nos dan una habitación sin baño, que teníamos que compartir baño con cuatro habitaciones. Una vergüenza, al quejarnos u decir que no es lo que habíamos pagado nos dicen que busquemos otro hotel o nos quedemos en esas condiciones, y que verían si nos compensaban de alguna manera, cosa que hasta ahora no ha sucedido. Nos dijeron que había desayuno gratuito y luego era mentira.

The hotel was small but clean. However, there was a major problem with the internet connection, and the staff showed no sincerity in trying to resolve it. They kept insisting that the issue was with our devices, while they were busy chatting among themselves, which made me even more upset. Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación, el hotel es nuevo, la cama bien, la ducha excelente, las sábanas confortables, tiene azotea y puedes echar un café ahí. El personal muy amable. Sin duda recomiendo. Y volveré a hospedarme ahí. Hay punto de autobús en la puerta y metro en la plaza de toros

Das Design vom Hotel ist schon toll, ABER… das Badezimmer und das Waschbecken sind nicht sehr groß und es riecht. Die Handtücher sind sehr billig und trocknen nicht richtig. Das Hotel liegt fast direkt neben einer Feuerwehr Station, macht braucht also auf jeden Fall Ohrstöpsel.
