Annabell Gardens

Such a cute and quiet place! Easy, flat access for my senior mother with bad knees. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having laundry in the room after a Long trip was a great perk. I think the only suggestion I would have is blackout curtains. We did have to hang towels and blankets on windows because every single porch light is on all night.

This hotel was amazing! Now I regret not booking it nearly 3 years ago when we were visiting Lincoln for a week in preparation for a possible move to the city. Everyone was friendly, the breakfast was great, the location is perfect, and it really is a pretty nice and safe area, as we don't live too far from it now! My husband and I just wanted a little romantic getaway, and this is the perfect place we plan to visit in the future. The amenities the place offers are also outstanding!

this place has everything! 24 hr snack and beverage bar, really nice washer/dryer in room, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with charming outdoor area, complementary breakfast, spacious rooms with chairs outside to relax, close to good grocery store, flower store, movie theater. it was very clean with helpful staff!

Annabelle Gardens is my favorite spot in Lincoln! The rooms are great with a kitchen and laundry machines. Breakfast is the best and snacks all day. The gardens and outdoor pavilion are great do meals, coffee, and hanging out. I love this place and have come back at least 10 times.

The motel was great! If you have a family group that needs a place to stay, everyone can have their own rooms (familywise) and meet in the Courtyard to make plans! We didn't use the pool, games or Courtyard, but if we had children we would have! The breakfast was good, just a little tight, when everyone is trying to eat - no enough table, etc., but the weather was nice and could have sat outside in the Courtyard. Parking is really tight, had to park away from our room several times, but weather was nice, so didn't mind the walk. Will definitely use them again!
