Ondo Hotel and Spa Jongno by Anook

Room was new and clean with a big soaker tub.. the tub was the selling point for me. I had a Superior Spa room. Unfortunate that when i first arrived, i was earlier than the 4pm check-in time so i wanted to leave my bags and explore before checking in. The young lady (who spoke perfect English) says, "Check in is at 4pm, so youre here for what?" I was taken aback as I said to leave my bags.. i also asked about my next day's reservation which i had made separately since deciding later i would need another night. I asked if that meant i had to checkout and then checkin again the next day and she promptly said "Yup" without even looking at me or looking at my reso. This first impression of their service was brutal. Fortunately, when i returned to check-in, another agent was there to assist me and was able to accommodate me by keeping me in the same room and no need to check out/checkin. She was very pleasant and understanding. I was happy to not see the previous agent again during my stay. If it werent for her, it would be 5star review overall. But the room was great. Wireless charging, a tea kettle with Osullac tea provided (a nice touch) and Bluetooth speaker and huge tv and great AC. Simple breakfast included. But also so many food options just outside. Lots of shopping within walking distance also. Bonus is a small parking lot which was convenient for getting picked up by car. Id recommend this hotel.

窓はあるけど全く陽が入らず暗かった。少しでも陽の光が入ると良いなぁと思った。 排水溝のせいなのか洗面所の臭いがキツく過ごしづらかった。 設備や部屋が広さ、場所はとっても良かった。

Room unfortunately not clean, especially the floor and the area around the bathtub, where there were still food leftovers from previous guests. A simple breakfast is offered.

10시 이후 체크인한다하니 신분증 필요하다함, 신분증 필요한 안내는 그 어디에도 없는데 전화하니 어디 적혀있을거라고 하면서 전화 도중 일방적으로 끊는 불친절한 여직원. 조식은 녹아서 물렁물렁한 치즈, 작은 컵라면, 시리얼밖에 없음. 모텔과 일반숙소 사이 그 어딘가. 욕조엔 얼룩있고, 비데엔 더러운 자국 안쪽은 안닦나봄. 배수도 엉망이라 샤워하면 물이 옆으로 퍼져나감. 가격이 싼것도 아닌데 두번다시 안감.

Prior to arrival, have informed Ondo about the late arrival at 1am and was assured that it was 24hr. Front Desk closes at 10pm which was not mentioned (and opens only at 10am!) and I have to checkin via its kiosk. I could not self checkin as the Reference # required is not the one stated in Expedia :( Stayed at Room #501 for 7 nights and definitely not sound proof as stated in its description. Noise of every footsteps from Room #601, from next doors as well as doors open and close. Housekeep was not done twice :( Worst is the security. You leave your card key with Room # visibly stated, openly at the front desk. Need to improve on its poor coordination and poor communication. Does not worth what is tagged on its room tariff

O primeiro quarto em que ficamos era ótimo, bem Espaçoso, o banheiro também era muito bom. Éramos em 3 pessoas e o espaço foi suficiente para nós. A limpeza do quarto era boa, quase todos os dias as toalhas, roupas de cama e pijamas eram trocados. O café da manhã era apenas um apoio no refeitório, com pouquíssimas opções e sem ninguém pra ajudar. Frequentemente faltava café, açúcar ou queijo. Mas no geral foi uma boa experiência, perto de uma estação de metrô e ao lado de uma conveniência. O segundo quarto que ficamos era muito apertado, claramente não cabiam 3 pessoas alí, mal conseguíamos andar, pois as malas ocupavam todo o espaço.

備え付けのブラシにたくさん毛がついたままであったり、排水溝に毛が溜まって流れなかった。下水の匂いがすごい匂いであった。

下水の匂いなのかちょっときつかったです。 前の滞在者の髪の毛や、ペットボトル化粧品が隙間やベットの下にありました。 ヘアブラシには髪の毛がついていて少し嫌でした。スタッフの方々はとてもいい人です！！

They have NO IRON! Mold on the ceiling. Room was only superficially tidied. Got the room with other people's hair. It was never mopped. Was there for 6 days and I could even see my hair on the floor or at the sink. Would not book again and would not recommend. Too expensive for such a poor conditions.

+ Great Location + clean room - small room had no closet

Overall, great experience. The room was clean and a bathtub in bathroom was plus traveling with a toddler. It was surprisingly spacious and continental breakfast was much appreciated(Loved the bowl ramen for breakfast!). The mattress and memory form pillow was more on the firm side so we loved it. Cons - We slept on the 6th floor. If you are tall over 6 feet or 180cm, you might have bad luck on touching the celling. We were less than 6 feet shorties, it didn't bother us at all. The fabric on bedding must be catching the hair well. There were short hairs on beddings but we loved the feeling of them. The bedding was super comfy too!

친절한 직원, 깨끗한 방 모두 좋았지만 방이 생각보다 작았습니다. 주변에 먹거리도 많고 조식도 객실가에 포함되었다고 하여 좋았습니다.

주변거리가 다소 시끄러운게 좀 아쉽지만 그 외는 다 마음에 들었습니다. 공간도 쾌적하고 룸은 방음도 잘 되네요. 바닥이 카펫이 아니라서 더 좋았고..지압신발은 깨알 cute point 입니다. ^^

女性の1人旅で利用しました。 駅までのアクセスが良好で、部屋もとてもきれいでした。 チェックインの時にスタッフがおらず困りましたが、それ以外は特に問題ありませんでした。 いい点 アップグレードしてくれた、テレビが大きくNetflix・YouTubeが見れる、清潔、日本語を話せる方がいた 気になった点 ドアのチェーンなし、入り口が暗く1人だとちょっと怖い

The first room we were given had someone in the room already. It was solved right away and we were given another room but it was concerning that it happened because of security / safety.

We would like to file a formal complaint regarding a very serious issue during our stay. On the day we changed rooms, your staff assigned us a room that had not been checked out by the previous guest. This is an extremely unacceptable mistake. When we opened the door, we realized it was still occupied. This is not only shocking but also a major security and privacy breach. What if the guest had been inside? How could such a basic and irresponsible error happen in a hotel of your standard?

スタッフが明るくて親切でした

アクセスも良く、快適に過ごすことができました。

Hotel molto carino,con una buona posizione,camera di dimensioni normali,sia con doccia che con vasca,dotata di tutto il necessario,dalle ciabatte alle creme per il viso. Pecca per noi italiani la colazione….. Posizione ottima,con fermata della metro molto vicina.

The hotel is located in a convenient location accessible by bus and train and is surrounded by eateries and convenience stores. They provide a simple breakfast which I didn't try. The room is large and spacious, but the front desk staff may be a little curt and cold.

少し歩けば　飲食店が色々とあり いい場所でした。

주변거리가 다소 시끄러운게 좀 아쉽지만 그 외는 다 마음에 들었습니다. 공간도 쾌적하고 룸은 방음도 잘 되네요. 바닥이 카펫이 아니라서 더 좋았고..지압신발은 깨알 cute point 입니다. ^^

룸 상태는 정말 만족스러웠어요. 이부분만으로도 다시방문하고 싶은곳 1위입니다. 이 컨디션이 계속 유지가 되길 진심으로 바랍니다. 저와 저희가족 모두 너무 만족했거든요 다만 룸 외 다른공간들은 지속적인 환기 혹은 환풍 시스템을 재점검 하시면 좋을것 같아요. 그리고 그정도 퀄리티의 조식이라면 방에 조금씩 비치해주시는것도 좋을것 같아요. 비치되어있는 기기들에대한 설명이 있으면 좋겠어요. 프론트에 문의했으나 직원분또한 모르시더라구요.
