The location is great. But there was a cockroach on the room the day I arrived and after seeing that I had to beg to change rooms, and the receptionist told me I could only change rooms for that night, and in the next day I’d have to go back to the room with the cockroach. I wind up having to beg him not to go back to the cockroach room for a while. Other than that, it was fine

Good things: Room was small but fit for just sleeping and showering which is what I needed. The AC was brilliant. The location was quite handy beat lots of shops, restaurants ferry/boat trips. Staff were very nice when I spoke to them. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Bad things: There was a cockroach in my room the first night which gave me anxiety all the other nights I stayed. The elevator just didn’t work half the time I wanted to use it. Booked a basic economy room with no view so didn’t have super high expectations but the window opened to a ventilation shaft and an AC unit which blocked natural light getting in. The doors use actual keys and locks on a big keychain which you hand to reception before you go out. Not sure if it was just my door but unlocking it was a task, I had to turn it in a specific way multiple times to open. Bath tub was a bit small with little standing space. I couldn’t really move in the shower. It didn’t have grip mat so was scared I’d fall and the shower head didn’t detach so was stuck at its height.

Nous avons été satisfaite du service par contre le ménage des chambres est à revoir. L'hôtel et très bien situé proche du ferry et bus régulier avec une vue magnifique depuis son rooftop. Nous y avons passe 4 jours très bien.

Pros: Great location. Roof top terrace nice. Cons: Very slow lifts. Poorly located electric outlets in room. A hot water kettle was provided, but had to put on the floor for cord to reach outlet. Room lock was tricky.Nothing a locksmith or maintenance man couldnt fix. And the giant cockroach in my room was unsettling.

I love the fact that the property is so central everything is within walking distance, especially the fairies the staff at the hotel welcome me with open arms again and they seem to go out of their way to assist. I will be returning here.
