Reception staff friendly, but useless when it's about to solve problems. House keeping knocking at your door before 8am. Beds are old and unstable. Walls are thin. Water gets cold after 5 mins. Sometimes there's no pressure in showers. And sink stinks. Elevator is noisy if you're staying on the upper floors. Staircase between floor 3 and 4 smells cat piss. Wi-fi is bad or non-existent in the upper floors. Sauna isn't working. Poolside not too bad but no views and surrounded by higher buildings. Breakfast is fine and the only thing worth the price in this hotel, and the staff there are really friendly and professional. You'd better pay twice the price and go somewhere else, they know the building is old, they know many things are not functional and they just don't care.

I was worried about staying here because of the previous reviews. It’s not 4 star but you’re not paying 4 star prices. Room was basic but clean, cleaners came in every day. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Genti on the front desk. Pool area was nice, location was great, 2 minute walk from promenade and beach. It’s not luxurious but it was cheap and good value for money

I stayed here as there was meant to be a pool and jacuzzi and sauna but on my arrival I discovered both the sauna and jacuzzi were out of action. This was very disappointing. Reception said they might be ok tomorrow. They weren't and even worse the pool area was locked with a sign saying the pool was closed due to works. No works occurred all day so to lock us out of using the sunbeds was outrageous.

Wi-Fi spotty. Down all night. Cable went out. Elevators (lifts) on their last legs. Rooftop pool was ok. Refreshing. Breakfast was sufficient.

Disappointing yet you get used to it. 2 lifts are provided but 1 was out of order and the second is slow and stops at every floor or sometimes stopping at wrong floor. It is a 4 star hotel for the services yet you really cannot use the services such as bar, we'll I didn't bother trying to us. I really wanted to use the jacuzzi and swimming pool, but they were too dirty to use and Jacuzzi out of order. Room was tidy but the condition was not clean enough. Each floor had mould smell, they were trying to mask the smell and the mould with painting. The breakfast building had strong smell of mould that hurt my throat for 3 days. Half the time the provision was not provided by concierge because they didn't have what we needed. The noise was not good as the noise of the lift was constant, you can hear it operating. No sound proof as people in corridors talking, you can hear. Aside from the bad stuff, these are the good things: tv works, air con works, water and toilet works well. Room door key works well, I love it as it is easy to lock and unlock. They provided things we needed the next day. Breakfast food were right temperature and abundance supplied. A HD smart TV was added on my last day of the breakfast. Staff were nice, they did their job and cleaned well. This is clearly NOT a 4 star hotel, it is a 2 star hotel. Strange thing is I started growing custom to the hotel, or getting used to it.

Well located hotel but poor facilities. The hotel needs renovation.

Nous sommes resté 10jours dans l’hôtel et nous ne reviendrons pas. La première chambre que nous avons eu était horrible et très sale. Heureusement nous avons pu changer de chambre grâce au réceptionniste qui était compréhensif et très gentil, la 2 eme chambre était mieux mais le nettoyage restait à désirer. La piscine à fuir ! Pas de nettoyage ni de remise à neuf de la piscine. Il y avait un projecteur qui se détacher de la piscine et la piscine était vraiment très sale, celle de l’intérieur était plus propre.

Hotel segnalato 4 stelle, in realtà 2. In terrazza, la vasca idromassaggio non funziona da mesi e l'acqua della piscina non sembra molto pulita. Nella stanza, anziché box doccia c'è la vasca senza però maniglie per usare la doccia in sicurezza. Tv non utilizzabile, i canali non sono accessibili. Chiesto letto matrimoniale, invece ho trovato 2 letti separati. Chiesto alla reception altro cuscino, ma niente. L'unica nota positiva, la posizione e la gentilezza del portiere (ma inutile in quanto non in grado di accontentare il cliente).

Très décevant concernant l’état de la chambre : pas de draps à l’arrivée (on a dû attendre le lendemain), serviettes mouillées, abattant des toilettes cassé et trop petit, fuites au lavabo et au flexible de douche, porte fenêtre cassée, rideau de douche degueulasse ainsi que la cuvette des toilettes et les matelas, pas de piles dans la télécommande, sommier cassé... Heureusement nous avons été bien accueillies par Yendi et Genti qui ont été très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Nombreux services mis en avant sur le site hors service : bar, jaccuzzi, hamman et piscine non entretenue (eau trouble, bord moisis).

Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant trägt keine masken, bedient sich selbst am Buffet,und das mit den Fingern. Vorlegebesteck gesammelt auf einer Platte. Servicepersonal im Hotel trägt keine Maske. Bar im Hotel ist geschlossenen. Pools auf dem Dach sind nichtmehr existent (Baustelle). Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Durch Unterbringung von Jugendgruppen nachts laut bis in die Morgenstunden. Zimmer-Telefone sind außer Betrieb.

Horrible. No hot water shower two days. No breakfast. WiFi bad connexion. Swimming cold, jacuzzi cold, sauna out of order. Room old and dirty room, no change of towels during the stay. very horrible

Hôtel bien placé : plage et transport en commun et restauration à proximité... Accueil impeccable ... Hygiène : pas de changement de serviettes et de drap en 1 semaine : lamentable vu qu'ils disent ménage journalier... Piscine sale et qui n'en ai pas une...

No towels, dirty, not sound proof, very old/ugly settings, staff not very helpful/welcoming (ended up sleeping without wifi or towels in the room, didn’t bother asking as I was only staying 1 night). Toilets were dirty

Séjour très décevant. L’hôtel manque cruellement d’hygiène : la chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée, la salle de bain sentait l’humidité et les draps semblaient déjà utilisés. Aucun suivi du service — personne à la réception pour répondre à nos demandes, et le ménage n’a jamais été fait pendant plusieurs jours. Le petit-déjeuner est pauvre et mal présenté, sans aucune attention aux clients. Franchement, cet établissement ne mérite pas ses étoiles et ne reflète pas du tout les photos du site. Je ne recommande pas du tout, surtout pour le prix demandé.

Leider wurde der Zimmer Service nicht richtig gemacht. Es wurden höchstens Handtücher ausgetauscht und das Bett gemacht, aber man musste mehrmals nachfragen und die Toilette war nach wie vor dreckig und wurde nicht gesäubert. Die Tür der Toilette war komplett kaputt bzw der Griff, sodass wir uns garnicht getraut haben diese zu schließen.

Chambre sale , piscine sale ! Je déconseille vraiment à fuir ! 4 étoiles ??? Inadmissible ça équivaut même pas à 1 étoile en France La piscine est pleine de saleté ( cailloux , bétons ..) Des bêtes dans la salle de bain Les portes qui ne ferment pas .. Le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas Je déconseille fortement ! L’hygiène n’y est pas du tout

Bodde 9 netter. 2 dager ble ikke rommet vasket. Den tredje dagen måtte jeg klage for å få det vasket. Måtte selv hente håndklær i resepsjonen. Forventer mer av et 3 stjerners hotell

The room was fine for a short stay and for what you pay. Staff were very helpful both on arrival and leaving. Although walls are very thin so as a light sleeper I could hear everyone coming and going! Other than that no complaints

Centrally located, walking distance to the beach and eateries. However, the hotel needs updatiing-place is old, rooms are small, needs painting, beds in poor condition, everything looks old. For one night may be good.

Very noisy rooms. Every door in neighbouring apartments can be heard. Voices in corridors is loud and the lifts are very slow and only accommodate 2 people at a time. Probably wont stay again

The property is so so! Location is good, quiet and safe. Room is not good in terms of pricing, elevator works but makes sound, no internet in 4th floor, no intercom or telephone in the room. Room service nil. Breakfast has limited options and very same everyday!

Overall the place was good. But the rooms was in a bad shape, cracked tiles on the floor. Potential dangerous when walking barefoot, quite sharpe edges. It was an hole in the wall, and the paint was sloppy done. Several areas that needed patching. In the bathroom there was no shelves for storage, and the toiletpaper holder was broken off. Besides that, a big room with good aircon. Also very sentral location, close to the ocean.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the promenade for the bus, so a great location, I would happily stay here again.

古いホテルです、値段相応な部分は正直ありますが。数か月前にあるような状態ではなくエアコンも鍵などもちゃんと動いています。 フロアはそもそも、土足想定で考えているためそう言う意味では不満に思う人もいるかとは思います。 壁やドアの関係で、音は響きますがいうほど悪くはありません。ただ、水回りはかなり古いためお湯は残ながら出ませんでした。あと、部屋によってバスルームの形がかなり違い、シャワールームタイプは扉が全部ないためにバスルーム自体が水浸しになってしまいます。 スタッフはちゃんと話せば対応は快くしてくれます。ビーチには本当に近くある意味マルタの住宅地に住む雰囲気が本当に楽しめます。

We loved the location of the property, walking distance from the fond gadir and many restaurants which made it easy. The room was nice and bathroom also good. The only thing I would mention is that the balcony handrail was not secure.

Disastro totale – un “hotel” da incubo! Peggiore esperienza mai avuta in un albergo. Struttura fatiscente, sporca e trascurata, sembra uscita dagli anni ’70 e mai più toccata da una mano di manutenzione. Avevamo prenotato e pagato in anticipo, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che l’hotel era pieno e che la nostra prenotazione “non esisteva”. Il tizio alla reception, completamente impreparato e menefreghista, ha finto di non capire. Dopo pochi minuti è arrivato un altro gruppo con lo stesso identico problema, prenotato tramite un altro sito. È evidente che questo posto vive di truffe e overbooking, prendendo soldi senza garantire camere. Un comportamento vergognoso, scorretto e da denuncia. Evitatelo come la peste — ci sono ostelli che trattano meglio i clienti!

Hotel is in decent condition. However reception staff needs to be more friendly and better trained. Twice they could not give my change for the fees they charged me. And one of them forgot to give it back to me. Not very helpful reception staff as well. Needs to have better focus on customer service.

Very nice and kind personnel. For confort, there was none unfortunately because of a bunch of italian teenagers who ran up and down the floors and hallways. Their teachers nor the hotel management had any control on the kids. It was chaos. No education at all. Therefore, the hotel has lost a positive comment from me. They should hire someone to check the floors often....

This is the third time 2024 that I enjoy staying at the Windsor Hotel in the heart of Sliema, great location close to the sea, restaurant, supermarket and transport, I thank the manager Trever for his services and always welcoming me, topman, as well as his staff Mr. Asvin, honest man. I forgot my cell phone at the seating earea at the reception and handed me my phone when I returned to the hotel as well as Ms. Silvia ( hopefully spelling correct ) the wonderful social girl who offers all the help I need, a responsive and positive girl. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel which is great for a special breakfast. I am really very pleased with my stay at the hotel and I feel active during my holiday I can't wait to go back. I definitely recommend this hotel. In fact, the manager Mr. Trever and his team making the Windsor hotel more shiny and lively and positive feeling for me as a customer. Thank you Mr Trever for everything 👍

Check in was a mess. Staff argued about rooms available, and my room wasn’t available until 2 hours after the check in was supposed to start. Elevator was constantly broken, had to go up to the 4th floor via stairs that wound past construction work. WiFi was constantly out, pool and sauna were not open. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Shower had no door, so bathroom floor was constantly wet. Breakfast consisted of horrible eggs, raw bacon, decent sausage, and beans. Toast and cheap packaged pastries, cereals were also available.

Worst Hotel we have ever stayed in. Door card never worked half the time. Hand and bath towels were taken away during cleaning and never replaced. Bath towels took six days for clean ones. They were soaking wet and just folded back up and put on the bed. Door handle came off everytime we opened the door. Fridge was not working except for the light. Tv was not working. Water bottles and buckets outside of the door from water leakage. Doors punched in, indoor swimming pool closed. Outdoor swimming pool had glass at the bottom of the steps. Staff rude when we complained. Bottom sheet was taken away on the second day and not replaced.

The Windsor Hotel getting better and better It is my favorite hotel. The service is excellent. The manager, Mr. Trevor, is very professional, kind, and friendly. He always welcomes me. Also, the receptionist day time top man Ganti, is very polite and provides high-quality service and night time Vikhan professional work and kind too. I always feel comfortable and safe during my stay I can't wait to go back again and again.👍

Good value. 15-walk to Silema ferry point for Valletta. 10-min walk to Ballutta Bay beach.

Ottima soluzuone ...fermata bus Ghadir a 4 passi da hotel ed intorno molti ristoranti hotel datato ma pulitissimo aria condiziknata e tv in camera. con piscina al 6 piano inclusa nel soggiorno aperta e chiusa .soggiornato 2 notti mi sono spostato con facilita ovunque ed anche per aereoporto fermata e' vicinissima .Consigliatissimo

It is what it is, 4 nights bed and breakfast for £118.00, comfortable rooms in an area a couple of minutes away from the lovely Sliema Prom.

Prisvärt, enkelt och rent, trevlig personal, enkel men helt ok frukost, men ett hotel med nära allt, bara 50 meter från den underbara strandpromenaden!

A very dated hotel. Thankfully I only booked a single night there. Air conditioning didn’t work so they placed a noisy pedestal fan in the room. Bathroom was very old and a bit dirty. The elevators were terrible with a long wait for them. The greeting was not exactly polite and zero information given on arrival. There are two positives. The breakfast is in a different building and is worth taking. The location is pretty good.

Det hotel er ikke til 4 stjerner. Jeg kan til nød sige 2 stjerner. Der er 2 små elevatorer, hvoraf den ene har sit eget liv. Du skal være heldig at komme til den etage, du vil op på. Den anden var ok, men en dag kom elevatoren ikke efter 17 minutter. Måtte tage trappen, for knægten i receptionen var ligeglad. Han skulle snakke privat i telefon. Morgenmaden er heller ikke 4 stjerner, men ok, hvis man ikke selv gider at gå ud og finde noget. Det eneste, der var til 4 stjerner, var rengøringen.

Ok for the cheap price. Maybe that's why there was lots of young people (who are not so quiet on the hallway during nights). Small balcony in the room was nice. Breakfast wasn't great and the coffee from the machine was not drinkable.

I stayed at this Hotel 8/9 yrs ago , today it’s like a very low warn out establishment Only 1 out of 3 lifts work, No Restaurant, rooms extremely sparce, I had 3 rooms, first room already occupied, 2nd room bathroom flooded, 3rd room door card constantly not working. Breakfast appalling !! Very very little choice, sliced white cheap bread, scrambled egg, sausages, bacon & beans, fruit juice, tea/coffee machines, 3 cereals, whole milk, yogurt. Guests constantly complaining at Reception, see pictures

No hot water nor pressure on cold water throughout my stay, Breakfast was terrible..!! This Hotel is not 4 Star I can recommend 2 Star…
