O quarto onde ficamos estava precisando de uma reforma. Pisos desgastados, piso do banheiro velho e com manchas, ralo da banheira solto. As áreas comuns estavam tumultuadas devido a um evento. Tive uma impressão completamente diferente da que tive quando me hospedei nesse hotel em 2013, quando fui acomodado em um apartamento recém remodelado. A equipe do restaurante merece elogios pela cordialidade e educação. O acesso ao quarto é muito complexo, exigindo o uso de dois elevadores e um labirinto até chegar ao quarto. O estacionamento continua amplo e bem localizado.

The hotel was beautiful and close to the plaza but tucked away so it was so busy. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The rooms could be updated and the bed was very uncomfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel and it is huge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. The only negative is the bathroom did not come equipped with wash clothes. The dining options are available but with too many rules so we did not participate. The location is superb and the parking is easy.

Best staff and customer service experience! The hotel is very centrally located. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay and would be definitely return.

O hotel é um show a parte, maravilhoso, vontade de voltar só para ficar hospedado lá. Era um mosteiro franciscano que foi reformado, misturaram o antigo com o moderno, ficou fantástico. O café da manhã é uma loucura, super farto, com muitas opções e o restaurante, parece a sala do conclave, nunca vi nada igual. Muito bem localizado e muito próximo da catedral. Hotel nota 1000.
