The Historic Setting of this hotel, situated in the heart of Santiago de Compostela's historic center, it is within walking distance of the Cathedral and other attractions. A former monk's refectory, for banquets and meals, serves us excellent breakfast and dinner! The best! Great parking lot for free. I highly recommend this hotel !

Es un hotel estupendo en todo: personal, limpieza... y ademas tiene parking. El único pero es que no tiene opción de tomar una copa después de una hora que resulta temprana.

This was a brilliant choice of hotel after walking to Santiago de Compostela on the Portugeuse Camino. Staff were so so helpful and friendly. Everything was of a good quality, and the service was amazing. I used the pool and jacuzzi which added great value to the stay.

After our final walk on the Camino we decided to splash out on a bit of luxury to finish the holiday off, and we picked well!. The room was well appointed and huge, with a big super comfy bed. The hotel was so beautiful, and we took advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub. the breakfast was excellent, with fresh coffee brought to your table instead of from a machine, and the hotel couldn't be better situated.

After our final walk on the Camino we decided to splash out on a bit of luxury to finish the holiday off, and we picked well!. The room was well appointed and huge, with a big super comfy bed. The hotel was so beautiful, and we took advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub. the breakfast was excellent, with fresh coffee brought to your table instead of from a machine, and the hotel couldn't be better situated.

We liked it but wanted a bit more for the price--restaurant and museum was not open when we were there. Bathroom is spacious and double sinks were excellent. Room was large but very little furniture in the front of the room that would have made a nice sitting room/sala. Beds were hard and not luxury due to pillows also being hard. Due to historical nature of Window it was very difficult to open. Plug to bathtub was not functioning well making it hard to drain. So...not a 5/5 which is what I was expecting for the price. But the staff were great, brought up our bags and were kind to call taxi and be sure we were to airport on time.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hotel zwar schön renoviert, aber Zimmer dürftig eingerichtet. Kein Tisch zum Spielen, nur ein Stuhl, TV in PC Format fast an der Decke oben (siehe Bild), Decke aus zwei Laken und einer Wolldecke (siehe Bild) und Fenster leider nicht zu öffnen (siehe Bild) für ein gutes Durchlüften. Badezimmer auch klein und älter. Frühstücksbuffet aus unserer Sicht knapp für diesen Preis. Auf den Pool könnte man auch verzichten. Anstatt eines kostspieligen Poolunterhaltes wäre ein Fitnesscenter in diesen Räumlichkeiten aus meiner Sicht toller. Ein Plus war, dass wir früh einchecken durften. Probablemente una de los mejores hoteles que nos hemos quedado. Muy bonito. La habitación que nos tocó era grande y acogedora. El desayuno es increíble. Y está estratégicamente localizado en el casco viejo De Santiago de Compostela.

We liked it but wanted a bit more for the price--restaurant and museum was not open when we were there. Bathroom is spacious and double sinks were excellent. Room was large but very little furniture in the front of the room that would have made a nice sitting room/sala. Beds were hard and not luxury due to pillows also being hard. Due to historical nature of Window it was very difficult to open. Plug to bathtub was not functioning well making it hard to drain. So...not a 5/5 which is what I was expecting for the price. But the staff were great, brought up our bags and were kind to call taxi and be sure we were to airport on time.

This is a beautiful hotel and it is huge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. The only negative is the bathroom did not come equipped with wash clothes. The dining options are available but with too many rules so we did not participate. The location is superb and the parking is easy.

Best staff and customer service experience! The hotel is very centrally located. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay and would be definitely return.

O hotel é um show a parte, maravilhoso, vontade de voltar só para ficar hospedado lá. Era um mosteiro franciscano que foi reformado, misturaram o antigo com o moderno, ficou fantástico. O café da manhã é uma loucura, super farto, com muitas opções e o restaurante, parece a sala do conclave, nunca vi nada igual. Muito bem localizado e muito próximo da catedral. Hotel nota 1000.
