Excellent hotel all around. Best location in the beach. Sea facing rooms have breathtaking views even from lower floors. Beautiful lobby with nightly entertainment, sometimes a bit loud but good quality and not audible in rooms. Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice, helpful staff. Most guests are European retirees. Convenient parking in the underground garage. Plenty of great restaurants in the immediate area, reasonable prices.

Stayed at Hotel for 6 nights bed and breakfast as a couple. First floor room with seaview was very comfortable with fabulous view of the rock. Hotel situated in perfect position, right on beach, close to bars, restaurants and shops and only a short walk from the old town. Very clean with friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast selection. Our only reservation is in respect of the swimming pool area which is fairly cramped for the size of hotel and you will have to be quick to secure a sunbed. Not necessarily early as the pool doesn't open until 9.30 am. If you are lucky enough to get one the likelihood is that you will be in fairly close proximity to another guest. On the plus side the beach is very close and the hotel does supply small parasols and towels for use on the beach. We would stay again in the future.

This hotel is on par with a luxury cruise ship. The pool over looking the beach / sea was a show stopper. The pool staff also made sure that sun beds were not being reserved throughout the day. We enjoyed it so much that we booked an extra night. The reception staff went above a beyond to help us during our stay. The breakfast buffet and lunch at the beach were both delicious with lots of options available.

Bra hotell med forholdsvis nyoppussete rom, fin og stor lobby med stor bar og fin underholdning på kveldene. Bra frokost med stort utvalg for alle og en vær. Eneste negative var basseng området med for mye mennesker som lå nesten oppå hverandre og møkkete sol senger. Men de hadde en tak terrasse som var ferdig for to måneder siden som var veldig bra, med flott utsikt utover Calpe. Alt i alt et bra opphold kan anbefales.

Good points: Very good hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Very comfy medium-firm beds. Lovely feather pillows, decent bathrooms, good views from seaview rooms, enormous and delicious breakfast buffet! Nice spa area with reasonable massage (a bit formulaic). Jacuzzis are a bit cold, changing rooms do not have enough privacy (need extra doors and clearer signs for gender. Not so good: The spa is a completely separate business from the hotel - even payng €200 a night does not give you access. It's €32 per person unless you book a package. This was not mentioned to us when I booked a massage on the phone or at check-in, so when we went down to use the spa this was an extra €64. I had no means of payment as I was in my swim-wear and they do not allow it to be added to the hotel room bill whihch was very frustrating, so I had to go all the way back to the room to get my card. This is a very busy hotel particularly with Cycle groups as its a cycling area, (it's funny to see them take their very expensive bikes up in the lifts to their rooms). Fridays /Saturdays reception is very busy and you have to wait. They seem understaffed. Other minor improvments: Like many hotels, there are no floor numbers directly opposite the lifts. it's hard to know which floor you are on (see photo). Our floor was not cleaned properly. No tissue box in the bedroom. No fan heater over the main entrance - meaning the lobby and bar get frequent cold drafts whihc is unconfortable.

Hotel is fabulous, Brilliant location. Stunning views from dinning room out onto the beach and sea. Extremely clean everywhere. Room service was efficient and great job carried out on the room each and everyday. The Buffet breakfast is the best we have ever had, the range and selection of foods and drinks is just amazing and the quality of the food is top notch, all the staff are so friendly and mannerly. Front desk staff were so helpful whenever there were questions asked about anything. We were last minute the morning of our departure organising a taxi to the airport and the lady at the front desk kept trying to get a taxi sorted for us whilst we had our breakfast and when we returned to the desk after breakfast she had the taxi arriving five minutes time. We had an extremely pleasant 5 days / nights stay and will be returning in the future.

Erg mooi hotel. Zeezicht kamer was heerlijk ruim, licht en modern ingericht. Prima bedden. Alles werd netjes schoongehouden. Ontbijt een 10+. Prettig verrast. Voor ons was een minpunt dat er in de avond eigenlijk geen buitenruimte is direct bij het hotel. In de omgeving gelukkig wel voldoende terrasjes

Verkligen ett ”unusual hotel” enligt sin egen slogan. Många märkliga policies om det ena och det andra. Receptionen bra och vänlig, dock långsam. Rummet rent och fint, dock kan varnas att ”sea view” betyder rum mot gatan där man får en glimt av stranden om man lutar sig över balkongen. En local policy är att man inte får koppla TV till wifi vilket betyder att man inte kan använda några av de appar och funktioner som TVn har, exempelvis Netflix. Frukosten mycket bra, dock lite bitter personal. Likaså i poolområdet vilket för övrigt är ganska basic. Överlag: hyfsat bra comfort och standard men servicemässigt känns det lite mer som ett typiskt turisthotell.

We loved this hotel… we had a room with a sea view which was worth paying extra for 🌅 The room was clean and well presented. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The breakfast was great with a large variety to suit all. The pool area was good but a little small for the size of hotel. It was difficult to get beds at times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to any friends travelling to Calpe.

Flott hotell med god frokost og fine rom, nydelig lokasjon og god service. … Men det er veldig lytt på soverommene så dette drar ned opplevelsen av hotellet. Problemet ligger i dørene ut i gangen, man hører absolutt alt og i tillegg så smeller dørene så hver gang noen går ut og inn i sitt rom, og det gjelder og rom langt nede i gangen.

The hotel was nice. The room was nice and met our requirements. The problem was the noise from the street that kept us awake. Very noisy bin lorries at 3.20am, shouting, singing on the streets between 1-4am. Constant noise 24/7, couldn’t use the balcony. Despite having all doors and windows closed our sleep was disturbed every night which didn’t make for a restful holiday.

Väldigt fint hotell med fin juniorsvit och fin utsikt. Tyvärr var det väldigt nonchalant personal i receptionen. Appen de vill att man använder fungerar inte alls, man får inga svar alls. Frukostbuffé var väldigt fin och trevlig personal.

Great hotel, this was our 9th visitor in 8 years! Most definitely a relaxing hotel. Lovely rooms and views. The pool area needs some improvement, regular checks are needed on the maintenance side. The bar staff take too long to serve drinks. They used to be very quick and very friendly.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed in a sea view room which had a huge double bed and an amazing view of the beach. Everything is extremely clean and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent. The pool is wonderful, overlooking the sea which is beautiful, the only negative thing I have to say is that the hotel policy of removing towels from unoccupied beds is not adhered to, so it’s very difficult to get a bed later in the morning.

So nice hotel! I never saw the best breakfast last five years all around the world, including Singapore and Paris. Fresh squeezed orange juice, ham Iberica, all kinds of eggs, fruits and so on. The room is really spacious, SPA, every evening live music! So friendly staff. Thank you very much!
