Nos llevamos una sorpresa ya que pensabamos que era solo habitación y baño y tenía también cocina y salón y un balcón bastante grande con buenas vistas, todo muy limpio y cómodo, con aire acondicionado, camas muy cómodas...el personal muy amable y el desayuno estaba todo bueno pero para mi gusto no muy variado. La piscina demasiado pequeña para lo grande que es el hotel por lo que no bajamos al final. Lo peor fue el check in y check out ya que hicimos el check in a las 15:00 de la tarde y el check out a las 12:00 por lo que se pierde mucho tiempo sin aprovechar. El hotel está bien ubicado se puede ir andando a la cala de enfrente o a otras playas de al lado así que genial. Sinceramente no volvería a repetir pero no puedo decir nada malo de las habitaciones y el personal.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este hotel. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias y el mobiliario aunque antiguo estaba bien conservado, excepto los bajos de las puertas. El buffet: super rica la comida, sabrosa, variada. El personal del comedor super currante y atento. La situación ni cerca ni lejos de lo principal, a un paseo medio de todo. Lo peor: el café del desayuno buffet era realmente HORRIBLE, sin ser nosotros muy exigentes, no encontramos otro adjetivo. La piscina es pequeña para tanta ocupación pero si es verdad que por la tarde había menos afluencia.

The hotel is very well situated. Close to the centre and just by the beach. Free parking in the street. Reception quick and pleasant. The room was an apartment and with an huge balcony with amazing sea and mountains views. Not very updated so a 3 stars max. The bed was so hard that it might be better to try the floor. The breakfast was good, had the normal stuff. Overall a very good stay!!

We have stayed at the Port Europa Hotel a few times, this will be our last visit. The rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous occupant, the room was dark and in generally poor condition. There is a lot of choice for breakfast but the quality is very poor and we had to queue for a long time every morning for coffee, more machines are needed. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience as it seemed like a free for all every morning. On one of the mornings the swimming pool tiles (which are next to the dining room), were being painted with an extremely unpleasant product that gave out an over powering smell. Incomprehensible that whilst people were eating food such an activity was being carried out, bad management! The positives were that the staff were friendly and the Hotels proximity to the beach and town is very good.

Lovely room, very clean with a nice view over the salt lake. It was very quiet considering the number of people staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and hardworking. The food was adequate, it could have been warmer but there was a microwave provided. It would have been nice to have a little more variety. However, for the price paid it was excellent value for money.

Our first night was not good, the walls are paper thin and our neighbours snored very loudly all night. Reception relocated us to another room the next day. This room was functional, very large but very dated. We had a view of the salt lake and a nice big terrace. Wifi was good, breakfast wasn't great, when items ran out sometimes they were not replaced. The staff didn't appear to be very happy in their work. By comparison we recently stayed at another Ports hotel and the breakfast was excellent and the general atmosphere was really upbeat. The hotel felt dated and generally a bit run down. The elevators were intermittent, especially the older ones. Being on the 8th floor we would oft6give up waiting for the elevator and use the stairs. Luckily we are very fit & active. The location is excellent, easy walk to all of Calpe's amenities. Parking was plentiful and easy.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews for this hotel. The hotel has been painted and looks basic but ok. My room was big with a lovely terrace, did not have a direct sea view but a lovely one. Bathroom was dated but fully functional. The bed was comfortable, some reviews were saying it was hard but i found it perfectly confortable. If you're on the large side you may disagree but for us it was perfectly fine. Breakfast was varied, something to suit everyone except those on a diet, eggs, bacon and sausages quite greasy, the only protein. Overall for the price I loved the hotel, it had everything we needed.

Avoid this hotel. The walls between rooms are paper thin. We were told at midnight that we were no longer able to talk in our room even though my wife and I were only talking quietly. This happened two separate nights. Check in was a disaster, 1 person managing a long queue. Food was average at best, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Myself and family have been visiting Calpe for many many years now but our first time staying at this hotel on a last minute break. We would definitely come back! Had everything we needed and our room & balcony were huge with a fantastic sea view! Breakfast was adequate and pool was usually quiet so we could get sunloungers no problem (early June stay). It is about 10-15 min walk from the Main Street in Calpe but that meant that round our hotel was quiet 😊 we have previously stayed at Gran Hotel Sol Y Mar 3 times but as lovely as it is (and don’t get me wrong there is a big difference) but I don’t know if it’s worth more than double the cost of here! Parking around the hotel is in the ‘orange zone’ which is free all through May & June or there is the salinas land which you can park for free on only a 15 min walk away too. We had a couple of facilities issues with the air con & hairdryer but both were dealt with the same day we reported them- we will return here for sure!

Hotel stay was good but cleaning could be better. Cigarettes stub on the balcony and bedroom floor not so clean. Also if you ask for an ironing board, they take a 10€ deposit from you! Breakfast is. Good spread but cereals were flat possibly because they were poured out in a bowl and kept being presented without covering. It’s difficult to have accurate information because of language barrier with staff.

Nefasta nada mas llegar. Reserva con dos camas y me ponen de matrimonio y no me lo cambian hasta el dia siguiente a las 14 h. Me dices k eso es bajo disponibilidad despues de reservar dos meses antes y k no prestaron mucha atención. Les digo k de disponibilidad nada pq cuando reservas te dan a elegir. pones dos camas individuales o de matrimonio. La chica de recepción super antipática y levantando la voz, a lo k vino otro señor de recepción mas amable, cuando dije k ponia una reclamación. Comida repetitiva y poca calidad. Fritanga.......decidan ustedes si se alojarian en semejante sitio.

Lo positivo: - tienen animación y hacen que pases un buen rato, tanto para adultos como para niños. - cerca del Peñón y delante del paseo marítimo, la ubicación es buena. - el personal fueron todos muy amables. - se puede aparcar justo enfrente en zona naranja ( excepto julio y agosto) Lo negativo: - es un hotel antiguo y sin reformar. Nos dieron un apartamento en vez de una habitación, con una terraza grande. Pero las instalaciones no están cuidadas, techos rajados, paredes desconchadas, etc. - la comida no nos gustó, teníamos desayuno buffet y comimos un día allí del buffet también. Prefiero menos platos con mayor calidad.

El establecimiento perfecto. Al no haber persianas aún con los estores entra luz al amanecer. El desayuno pésimo. Fruta verde,salvo sandía ,incomestible. Fiambre baja calidad. Mermeladas liquidas.Zumos y vafe con leche de maquina malisimo. Si son varios días hay que desayunar fuera.

Ligger fint med havudsigt og nem parkering (ihvertfald udenfor sæsonen), men hotellet virker meget træt. Havde en stor suite med dagligstue med kitchenette, fin balkon og havudsigt, men alt var bare lidt off, som om de har givet op - er glad for det kun var en nat. Morgenmad under middel.

Great stay but food in restaurant wasn’t hot enough. I was on half board and I was worried about the holding temperatures for the hot food. The variety of the food was good though

Clean, spacious rooms in a great location with some terrific views. The price we paid for a midweek stay in winter was an absolute bargain and we'll definitely stay again.
