Siendo nuestra tercera estancia en este hotel, en los últimos 12 años, resaltar que la reforma que ha sufrido el hotel está muy bien, la cafetería dando a las dos piscinas, y lo bonito que ha quedado el restaurante invita a hospedarse más veces. En general todo muy bien, pero quizás respecto a las otras estancias, hemos visto menos variedad y cantidad de animaciones, y con un horario más reducido. También nos llamó la atención que a las 12 de la noche actuaciones, y cafetería cerraran. Antes de la pandemia tanto las actividades en el escenario empezaban al terminar el horario de la cena, y se alargaba más el horario, lo que en verano, invita a quedarse más tiempo disfrutando de una copa. Pero en general todo muy bien.

Just a 2 night break to meet with friends for the Moors & Christians festival. Hotel recently refurbished. Spotlessly clean room with sea view balcony. Lovely spacious, modern dining room and excellent choice of food. Friendly attentive staff. Super new well equipped bar area, inside with air conditioning and outside seating with access to pool area and gardens. A massive improvement. Will definitely stay again.

Nos hemos alojado en un apartamento y nos ha encantado!!! No se escuchaba ni un ruido, habitaciones muy amplias y limpias Íbamos con dos nenas de 5 y 2 años y se lo han pasado bomba en la piscina de niños y en el miniclub El año que viene repetiremos! Creo que es una muy buena opción para niños pequeños, para algo más mayores buscaría otra cosa ya que al menos la piscina temática está diseñada para niños muy pequeños, para 8-9 años en adelante creo que se queda corto

Las zonas comunes del hotel no están mal. Se nota que el hotel tiene unos años pero es agradable. El salón del desayuno sí que está reformado y es precioso. La calidad del desayuno también es buena. Lo que para mí es imperdonable es que no se cuide la limpieza de la habitación. Teníamos dos telarañas gigantes sobre cada cama, en la esquina, y llegaban a la altura del cabecero.

Las zonas comunes del hotel no están mal. Se nota que el hotel tiene unos años pero es agradable. El salón del desayuno sí que está reformado y es precioso. La calidad del desayuno también es buena. Lo que para mí es imperdonable es que no se cuide la limpieza de la habitación. Teníamos dos telarañas gigantes sobre cada cama, en la esquina, y llegaban a la altura del cabecero.

Varios dias no nos hicieron la habitación y las veces que la hicieron tan sólo mal hicieron la cama , dejaron toallas y barrer eñ suelo, pero nada de limpiar baño ni nada más. La higiene es para mi algo importante y rn un hotel de 4 estrellas, que en 6 dias 2 no te hagan ni la cama...deja mucho qje desear

MAla suerte en el checking con la señora que nos atendió, no sabía ni lo que era el gasto checking que previamente había recibido, mala suerte con la habitación, de la cuál nos tuvieron que cambiar, vimos hormigas en la habitación, y cucarachas por los pasillos de la séptima plaza y por la piscina.

Llegada el personal de recepción,encantadores,un gran hotel ciertos trabajadores hacen que no volvamos nunca más,el primer día ,solo hicieron la cama, papelera, cenicero terraza, polvo etcétera sin limpiar, bueno uno se calla,mucha gente no pasa nada,el día igual, reclamamos en recepción ,me pregunto,a mí de que me sirve,he pagado un hotel,sin darme los servicios,a día de hoy no han llamado para disculpase, bajo a la piscina, pido un mojito,sin preguntar tú tienes que pagarlo,en principio tú sobra si pido se que debo pagar, estádo en varios BEST,el peor hotel con mucha diferencia

Perfect stay in this lovely hotel. Great room with a wonderful and spacious balcony with stunning views. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Very clean room and also the surrounding areas. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach and a nice walk along the promenade will take you to some good bars and restaurants. We only stayed B&B and breakfast was superb, it had everything you could possibly want. We would happily stay here again.

El hotel es bonito pero hace falta renovar muchas cosas,el comedor está renovado y espectacular. La ubicación inmejorable. Las habitaciones muy antiguas y la limpieza muy justa,creo que deberían de quitar las colchas son muy viejas y no muy limpias,si dejan las sábanas blancas mejoraría mucho.

En general todo bien salvo que nuestra habitacion daba a zona de recogida basuras y el ruido de camiones a las 2am te despertaba Ademas es imposible dormir a partir de las 7 am por la luz q entra por las ventanas ( cortinas insuficientes para oscurecer )

The booking said check in from 2pm but when we tried to check in at that time they said that we couldn't have a key to the apartment that we had booked until 5pm. This meant sitting around the pool with our suitcases for 3 hours in blistering heat with a baby and a 2 year old. None of the staff were interested in helping us. The booking said check in from 2pm but when we tried to check in at that time they said that we couldn't have a key to the apartment that we had booked until 5pm. This meant sitting around the pool with our suitcases for 3 hours in blistering heat with a baby and a 2 year old. None of the staff were interested in helping us. What a disgusting way to treat a family on holiday, the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves.

Todo bien, lo único que el apartamento no estaba listo a la hora que tenia que estar y nos fuimos a comer y a la vuelta tuvimos que estar esperando hasta que vinieron con las llaves y perdimos la mañana y no pudimos aprovechar el tiempo

MAla suerte en el checking con la señora que nos atendió, no sabía ni lo que era el gasto checking que previamente había recibido, mala suerte con la habitación, de la cuál nos tuvieron que cambiar, vimos hormigas en la habitación, y cucarachas por los pasillos de la séptima plaza y por la piscina.

Perfect stay in this lovely hotel. Great room with a wonderful and spacious balcony with stunning views. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Very clean room and also the surrounding areas. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach and a nice walk along the promenade will take you to some good bars and restaurants. We only stayed B&B and breakfast was superb, it had everything you could possibly want. We would happily stay here again.

Estancia muy buena, resaltar la animación del hotel , la chica de Sevilla y los otros dos chicos fue excelente mi hija lo pasó genial , el chiringuito de la piscina y personal de este muy bueno, lo que menos nos Gustó la atención del bufé, mala y poco agradable , no encontrábamos mesa constantemente, comida buena!

El hotel es bonito pero hace falta renovar muchas cosas,el comedor está renovado y espectacular. La ubicación inmejorable. Las habitaciones muy antiguas y la limpieza muy justa,creo que deberían de quitar las colchas son muy viejas y no muy limpias,si dejan las sábanas blancas mejoraría mucho.

Todo genial menos la comida, estuvimos el año pasado y volvimos sobre todo por el buffet. Todo exquisito. Varios arroces, de verdad no arroz blanco con colorante aceitoso. Y varias pizzas, no una con maíz y pimiento y no seque más que no suele gustar a nadie y además de pésima calidad. Había wok y etc. el año pasado nos costó más barato y este año siendo más caro la calidad muy mala.

El hotel no esta mal del todo y casi arreglado. Pero quien lo gestione no tiene ni idea. 1 camarero para 70 perdonas, eso dicho por los camareros. Cocineros super lentos. Comida muy escasa de variedad. 1 tostador para 1000 personas. En fin un desastre total el bufet... para no ir jamas

Great access to the beach, decent enough room and the hotel itself well maintained. Bar service was very slow, always a minimum of a 5 minute wait to be served- drinks were good though. It would make it easier if there were self serve drinks in the restaurant- quite often we had eaten before someone came to take a drinks order. Friendly reception staff, would consider staying again

The staff very good and the man at the front was very helpful The room was very good only the outside should be cleaned as some birds had left stuff but no problem as had some at home. We have been some times and will again when on Spain

Our room had a lovely beach view. I paid for a superior room how the room needed upgraded. The public areas such as pools, bars, reception have all been upgraded and look great but the rooms need some tlc. The breakfast buffet was great selection and good quality. The only issue was the queues for drinks at the bar, not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people staying at hotel. We stayed here 3 weeks ago with less occupancy and there was more staff working in bar. I am sure this will be addressed, would still stay again.
