Hotel de 4* tipo familiar sin parking, y con escasez de aparcamiento por la zona, tanto que el último día me multó la policía local. El aire acondicionado de la habitación bastante regular de potencia.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are large all that was missing was tea / coffee making facilities. A great hotel in an easy transport area with amenities ear by. Entertainment was loud but fine and fun and didn’t go on too late. Room sound proofing was great. Breakfast fantastic selection. Pool was lovely. A great stay!

Difícil la.hora de buscar hamacas en la piscina, ya que todo estaba lleno o reservado con toallas sin dueño. En las comidas se acumulaban los clientes y había pocos puestos de comida, incluso un día a 1h aún del cierre de les acabaráon los burritos y quesadillas y no volvieron a reponer. Muchas personas nos quedamos sin poder probarlo por mala gestión.

Me han gustado todas las instalaciones, buenas habitaciones y limpias. La zona de la piscina espectacular, muy buen acceso a la playa. Por poner un inconveniente el ruido excesivamente molesto cuando los camarer@s recogen las mesas,se sabe que están trabajando pero no hace falta "tirar" los platos y cubiertos.

Me han gustado todas las instalaciones, buenas habitaciones y limpias. La zona de la piscina espectacular, muy buen acceso a la playa. Por poner un inconveniente el ruido excesivamente molesto cuando los camarer@s recogen las mesas,se sabe que están trabajando pero no hace falta "tirar" los platos y cubiertos.

The staff in every area are wonderful. It's a very Spanish environment which we loved. Spanish couples,families and groups of all ages and types. Food was of fantastic quality and value - and fresh different options every day. The pool is actually like two large pools, one deep , so great for swimming. Both pools kept clean and no inflatables or ball games except organised water polo. Lots of sunbeds Right on the sea. Negatives? The parasols need replacing, and the rooms are large but very basic furnishings. However spotless and bathrooms refurbished. Aircon centrally controlled and we like much cooler. But this is a Spanish hotel and like Spanish taxis, warm for us. The beach looks great but sand coarse and gritty. It shelves immediately. So overall fantastic value and thankfully very Spanish. If you want English experience wrong resort for you.

La estancia ha sido agradable porque al ser Octubre el número de personas alojadas no era muy grande y los servicios del hotel son suficientes. En temporada alta las instalaciones del hotel son insuficientes para atender de forma adecuada al número personas que pueden alojarse. Ni los ascensores, ni la piscina ni su entorno, ni el parking son suficientes.

En general está bien, recomendable para familias con hijos pequeños. Lo peor es la limpieza. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba muy sucia, fueron a limpiarla por nuestra queja y para sorpresa nuestra seguia el suelo lleno de pelusas y suciedad

Cerca de la playa cruzando la carretera. Almohadas un poco bajas. Comida del buffet poco variada y nada para niños como nuggets. Personal de recepción no muy amables sólo algunos y poca información. Personal de bar algunos cómo Juanma muy bien . La señora que cobra en restaurante no nos miraba ni a la cara Ana. Socorrista poco amable chico de rojo. Siempre con movil . Platos y copas no repasadadas y sucias. Personas podían entrar al hotel por puerta de la piscina que estaba abierta. La piscina no la limpiaban. Señoras de la limpieza muy bien. Tienda de souvenir y supermercado Coviran muy cerca. Muebles de habitación muy antiguos y rotos y suelo desgastado. De lo demás nos gustó po cercanía al mar y sin mosquitos. Chiringuitos cerca y comercio con tiendas y bares . Hicimos excursión al Cabo de gata muy bien. De lo demás el ambiente con gorriones muy tranquilo. Lidl cerca en Garrucha . Paisaje muy bonito con palmeras y captus .

Na receção foram simpáticos e acessíveis, os quartos são grandes e com ar condicionado. Tínhamos varanda com cadeiras e mesas. Um muito obrigado à empregada do restaurante, a senhora luisa, e ao empregado do bar, ao senhor Mariano, pela simpatia e excelente atendimento prestado nestes dias todos, muito simpáticos e excelentes pessoas. Equipa de animação simpática, mas havia pouca animação. Para o valor pago (600€casal) e em regime tudo incluído, valeu a pena. A praia esta mesmo ao lado do hotel, basta atravessar a estrada. As toalhas de banho são 10€ cada uma, sendo devolvido no check out.

prima hotel, maar wat ons betreft nooit meer in zo een giga groot hotel met "entertainment" ofwel pokkenherrie tot 11 of zelfs 12 uur 's avonds toe. Ook de locatie lijkt mooier dan het is, wel direct aan zee maar op 3 km van het "leuke deel" van Mojacar Playa, dus eigenlijk nogal afgelegen. Alle boeking-sites zouden bij dit type hotels moeten vermelden dat het voornamelijk een familiehotel is met 80% Spaanse families met kleine kinderen, en dus minder geschikt voor rustzoekers of senioren, dat zou een grote verbetering zijn !

Sauberkeit ..TOP, Service ..TOP .Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer über dem Speisesaal und da war es unmöglich mal Ruhe im Zimmer zu finden, ständiges Stühle rücken war die Katastrophe... Bei dem 2. Zimmer ging die Balkontür nicht zu, weil sie so verzogen war. Bei dem Sturm im Oktober ganz schlecht...Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt aber sehr langweilig. Im Gegensatz zu meinen letzten Aufenthalten in einem oder diesem Best Hotel ..war ich sehr enttäuscht !!! Wir schauen nächstes mal in ein anderes Hotel von Best.

Sauberkeit ..TOP, Service ..TOP .Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer über dem Speisesaal und da war es unmöglich mal Ruhe im Zimmer zu finden, ständiges Stühle rücken war die Katastrophe... Bei dem 2. Zimmer ging die Balkontür nicht zu, weil sie so verzogen war. Bei dem Sturm im Oktober ganz schlecht...Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt aber sehr langweilig. Im Gegensatz zu meinen letzten Aufenthalten in einem oder diesem Best Hotel ..war ich sehr enttäuscht !!! Wir schauen nächstes mal in ein anderes Hotel von Best.

Este fin de semana he pasado unos días de estancia en el hotel. Soy celiaca y tengo muchas alergias y el trato ha sido genial, sobre todo quiero agradecer a Luisa por la atención y la amabilidad con la que me ha tratado ya que ha buscado diferentes alternativas para que yo pudiera comer. El personal del hotel es de diez. Tanto recepcionistas, como servicio del buffet y especialmente la atención en piscina con el socorrista, hamaquero y todo el personal de animación. Maravilloso. La única cosa negativa a destacar el servicio de buffet del almuerzo. (El desayuno maravilloso). La comida del mediodía muy caro para lo que se ofrece y la calidad.

Personal de bar algunos cómo Juanma muy bien . La señora que cobra en restaurante no nos miraba ni a la cara Ana. Socorrista poco amable chico de rojo. Siempre con movil . Platos y copas no repasadadas y sucias. Personas podían entrar al hotel por puerta de la piscina que estaba abierta. La piscina no la limpiaban. Señoras de la limpieza muy bien. Tienda de souvenir y supermercado Coviran muy cerca. Muebles de habitación muy antiguos y rotos y suelo desgastado. De lo demás nos gustó po cercanía al mar y sin mosquitos. Na receção foram simpáticos e acessíveis, os quartos são grandes e com ar condicionado. Tínhamos varanda com cadeiras e mesas. Um muito obrigado à empregada do restaurante, a senhora luisa, e ao empregado do bar, ao senhor Mariano, pela simpatia e excelente atendimento prestado nestes dias todos, muito simpáticos e excelentes pessoas. Equipa de animação simpática, mas havia pouca animação. Para o valor pago (600€casal) e em regime tudo incluído, valeu a pena. A praia esta mesmo ao lado do hotel, basta atravessar a estrada. As toalhas de banho são 10€ cada uma, sendo devolvido no check out.

prima hotel, maar wat ons betreft nooit meer in zo een giga groot hotel met "entertainment" ofwel pokkenherrie tot 11 of zelfs 12 uur 's avonds toe. Ook de locatie lijkt mooier dan het is, wel direct aan zee maar op 3 km van het "leuke deel" van Mojacar Playa, dus eigenlijk nogal afgelegen. Alle boeking-sites zouden bij dit type hotels moeten vermelden dat het voornamelijk een familiehotel is met 80% Spaanse families met kleine kinderen, en dus minder geschikt voor rustzoekers of senioren, dat zou een grote verbetering zijn !

La conservacion de las instalaciones deja que desear. Parece más un hotel de 3 * que de 4*. No tiene termostato de temperatura en las habitaciones. Sólo 3 velocidades. Al entrar siempre un olor a tuberia muy desagradable. El bufete aunque es abundante, siempre es mas o menos igual, salvo la temática de la noche. Estube dos dias y lo preparado en el momento es lo mismo. Dos dias el mismo pescado y la misma carne. Calidad media baja de los alimentos. Café de maquina. La zona tranquila, pero para comer o tomar algo en la noche hay que coger el coche. Despues de haber estado y pagado 316€ por dos noches de diario en media pensión, solo puedo decir que me parece caro, ya que no alcanza las 4* ni por aproximación.

Definitivamente no repetiría en ningún caso. A pesar de solicitar una pensión completa nos han hecho pagar todas las bebidas, poca amabilidad con la familias con niños, no hay necesidad que la piscina esté totalmente vacía y el niño no puedo tener un hinchable porque molesta a las personas mayores y porque no es necesario porque no se va a ahogar. Si no quieren niños deberían de colocar el hotel adult only

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are large all that was missing was tea / coffee making facilities. A great hotel in an easy transport area with amenities ear by. Entertainment was loud but fine and fun and didn’t go on too late. Room sound proofing was great. Breakfast fantastic selection. Pool was lovely. A great stay!

Difícil la.hora de buscar hamacas en la piscina, ya que todo estaba lleno o reservado con toallas sin dueño. En las comidas se acumulaban los clientes y había pocos puestos de comida, incluso un día a 1h aún del cierre de les acabaráon los burritos y quesadillas y no volvieron a reponer. Muchas personas nos quedamos sin poder probarlo por mala gestión.

Difícil la.hora de buscar hamacas en la piscina, ya que todo estaba lleno o reservado con toallas sin dueño. Sauberkeit ..TOP, Service ..TOP .Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer über dem Speisesaal und da war es unmöglich mal Ruhe im Zimmer zu finden, ständiges Stühle rücken war die Katastrophe... Bei dem 2. Zimmer ging die Balkontür nicht zu, weil sie so verzogen war. Bei dem Sturm im Oktober ganz schlecht...Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt aber sehr langweilig. Im Gegensatz zu meinen letzten Aufenthalten in einem oder diesem Best Hotel ..war ich sehr enttäuscht !!! Wir schauen nächstes mal in ein anderes Hotel von Best.

The staff in every area are wonderful. It's a very Spanish environment which we loved. Spanish couples,families and groups of all ages and types. Food was of fantastic quality and value - and fresh different options every day. The pool is actually like two large pools, one deep , so great for swimming. Both pools kept clean and no inflatables or ball games except organised water polo. Lots of sunbeds Right on the sea. Negatives? The parasols need replacing, and the rooms are large but very basic furnishings. However spotless and bathrooms refurbished. Aircon centrally controlled and we like much cooler. But this is a Spanish hotel and like Spanish taxis, warm for us. The beach looks great but sand coarse and gritty. It shelves immediately. So overall fantastic value and thankfully very Spanish. If you want English experience wrong resort for you.
