I had a lovely stay here. The hotel was in good condition and the staff were helpful. The roof-top patio and spa area is pleasant. The immediate area is not as lovely. It is set on a fairly busy street with a Getraenkemarkt and gas station directly across - so lighted red signage is a main component of the view from the windows. It is about a 10 minute walk to the lake.

Das Spa hat mir sehr gut gefallen,das Fitnesscenter ist etwas klein mit nur 3 Geräten. Beim Auschecken war vor mir ein Ehepaar aus Düsseldorf,die wohl direkt über das Hotel gebucht hatten,denen gab der junge Mann beiden noch eine Flasche Wasser mit,mich hat er nicht gefragt.Mir geht es nur um die Geste,ich kann mein Wasser schon selber bezahlen

Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Aufpreis von 18€ pro Tag. Dies war nicht ganz transparent oder zumindest wurde dies vorher nicht kommuniziert. Das Hotel ist einwandfrei, das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war in hervorragendem Zustand.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig würde ich kritisieren, dass die Nachttische leicht staubig waren, was stärker wurde wenn man die Kissen aufschüttelte oder die Bettdecke. Das wae für mich als Allergikerin etwas schwierig. An mangelnder Reinigung lag es nicht, da ich sehen konnte wie der Housekeeper dort sauber machte. Vielleicht gibt es ein antistatisches Reinigungsmittel oder es liegt an der Bettwäsche.

Im Bad wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt. Der Teppichboden ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Personal war super freundlich. Frühstück war sehr reichlich.

A really excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I liked that the room had a safe, however for a forced or hotel I would’ve expected an ironing board to be included within the room and not have to request it at reception. The room was large as was the bathroom and it was a quiet building as well, very well insulated. The first couple of nights it was very hot and it was nice that the room had air-conditioning. I do feel that the breakfast was rather expensive for what it was, that is probably only the - point in my feedback.

Nice short walk to the S-Bahn. Not even 30 min with the train to the Central station. Nice surroundings and a quiet part of München made our stay what we needed after a long day at the fair.

A really excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I liked that the room had a safe, however for a forced or hotel I would’ve expected an ironing board to be included within the room and not have to request it at reception. The room was large as was the bathroom and it was a quiet building as well, very well insulated. The first couple of nights it was very hot and it was nice that the room had air-conditioning. I do feel that the breakfast was rather expensive for what it was, that is probably only the - point in my feedback.
