Very quiet location, beautiful trails in the back of the hotel, 3-minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Very close to the highway, so driving was very convenient. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was the same every day with limited variety of options, but doable for a couple of days.

Great location and spacious rooms. Wonderful sound proofing so comfortable enjoyment. Pool was refreshing and not overly chlorinated. Staff very friends and easy check in. Rooms are dated, carpet and shades torn ( not real blackouts when you got holes), sofa peeling and pillows were well used as are the towels. Breakfast needs help as eggs and potatoes were not appetizing

Out by the dumpster, there is trash all over the place- outside of the enclosed dumpster. But the main lady at the front desk did an amazing job, and I really appreciated her customer service- she went above and beyond

I rented here because they told me they had a heated pool, but when I got there the pool was closed.

It’s a low cost option for the area. That comes with all the presumed down-sides. The rooms seem clean, but the common areas are worn with dirty carpet. Normal neighbor noise seemed well insulated, but any unhappy babies or irate spouses going at it were clearly audible. The elevator sounds like it is ready to test the law of gravity. The WiFi is more aptly described as WhyTry. Best speed I tested clocked in at 2.7 Mbps. The breakfast was soggy hash brown wedges, soggy scrambled powdered eggs (with cheese-I think???), waffles, cereals, yogurt, toast and bananas. If you are looking for good enough for a nights rest, it’ll do. Better than the LaQuinta one exit east at a similar price point.

They had cucumber water available in the lobby, that was a nice touch. Otherwise, just what you would expect, kept up pretty well. AC unit worked very well during some hot days. One washer and dryer available

This was a deal!! For the price, this was perfectly adequate. Has a nice lobby area, clean and quiet. Free breakfast and pool/hot tub and gym. The room is clean and proper as well. Has a fridge and microwave too. It really had all I could ask for at SUCH an ideal price point. Unless you are looking for something really luxurious and fancy, stay here!!! It will meet all your needs and be a good home base for your travels in CO.

The hot tub had broken tiles being held together by painters tape. The bathtub and sink didn’t drain.

Nice swimming pool

Check-in was good. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very near Hwy 36 with access to Boulder and Denver. The hotel was very quiet. I couldn't hear any hallway noise. There was ample free parking. Bathroom had not been swept and floor was visibly dirty. Despite that, housekeeping was very evident around the hotel and quite busy. I think they are just understaffed. Daily housekeeping is not offered. The bathroom and front doors were partially painted and had holes and damage. Sheets and carpet had stains. It was kind of odd and off putting. If the hotel could make a few minor improvements, it would improve my score significantly. If you are on a budget, I think it is a safe and solid space. If not, I would consider spending an extra $30 for a better experience within nearby hotels.

The condition of the property was highly unsatisfactory. There were blood stains on the sheets, comforter, and towels. Additionally, there were croutons on the floor, fingerprints and head stains on the headboard, and various other stains on the walls. The Wi-Fi was non-functional, and the mobile phone reception was poor. The toilet seat was also unclean. Despite raising these concerns with the staff, the resolution provided was inadequate. As a result, I am very disappointed with the experience and would like a refund.

Elevator was filthy from top to bottom. Television in room was very dirty as was remote. Chair in room was stained. Refrigerator smelled dirty, and like something rotten. Very gross. Made entire room stink when the door was opened. Bed was clean, as was the bathroom.

The room and building were very clean in spite of the obvious age of the building. The service was excellent.

Very impressed by the cleanliness of this property and rooms for the price. Would stay again!

Outdated and not very clean

Room appeared clean and first glance but as you looked a little closer there was dust everywhere, shower had questionable stains all over, the sink drains let off an awful smell when the water was running and the room was in a poor outdated shape overall. The bathroom fan didn't work. The bathroom tiles were broke and wobbly and there were internet issues where we didnt have internet for a whole day. Given the fact that my wife was working remote this posed a huge problem for us. We would not stay here again.

The room was very clean. We had a king suite with sofabed. The sofabed had the linens on when we arrived. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large. Not enough towels for the three of us. Restaurants and Shopping close by.

There was nothing i enjoyed about my stay. Maybe the muffins. The entire hotel was nasty, carpets the elevator. I only trusted the muffins because they were packaged. My room was nasty not cleaned in awhile. Blood on the sheets. I tested it. I had zero faith that every room was just as gross. I cut my losses and slept in my car. I have pictures of all of this if interested.

This is just a room. Nothing specular at all. Sorry I saw a roach on my last day in the bathroom.

Very clean and friendly staff. It is an older building, but good value for the price.

Checked in at 4pm and the girl in front that helped me was super friendly helpful and made me feel better immediately after having a rough few days prior at another motel. Only dislikes were that the shower water pressure was super weak. 2nd was the outside bulding lights that shine on the walls also comes into the room even with the curtains. Woke up a few times confused like its daytime? Lol other than that upgraded to the room with a jacuzzi hot tub bath. Perfect destresser and slept ok. Super quiet never heard anyone around as well.

Good value for the stay. Room is large. Wall is thin and the shower water pressure could have some improvement. A short stay works fine for us, but if it is stretching to a couple more days, we would really need a better shower.

Wifi was spotty and I had no cell coverage in the area (AT&T). Very loud noises coming from plumbing when water turned on in other rooms. The noise woke me a couple of times during the night.

The pillows are My only complaint… the small square ones, Who are those for? Children?? A King mattress deserves king size pillows… thats my thought… But will stay there again.

Stains on the rug, no extra toilet paper roll, you hear everyone leaving their room bc the doors automatically slam shut, and I had strangers knocking on my door at 5:30 am

They need to upgrade the mattresses in the rm’s. It was very well wear out in our room. They need to upgrade the breakfast items. The eggs if you could call it that was not very good. No bagels and no meat. Biscuits and gravy was not available.

Room was noisy: could hear talking and TV from other rooms. Bathroom was in poor repair - with tiles coming off wall. Carpet smelled bad.

No one at reception desk during check in. Waited and waited.

The staff is the best part of this hotel. I’ve stayed here several times for work and the staff have always been very accommodating to me. They show they care about you by their actions. This is not a fancy hotel but it is adequate. It is clean and safe. It has a fridge and microwave and laundry facility. For the price, it can’t be beat. The only criticism I have is of the breakfast. The choices for breakfast are odd and not of great quality. You won’t get eggs and sausage or bacon. But if your thing is chicken nuggets and cold potato patties, they’ve got you covered. This is just a place for me to sleep while I’m away for work. This has been a perfect choice for me. I’ll be back.

Staff was super friendly. I got upgraded to very nice room Anjuli is super nice and always smiling.

Arrived at close to midnight but was told we could not check in because the computers were down. Made several calls to Expedia and Choice hotels and they were no help in finding a room. Amir, the clerk at the Quality Inn found us a room at a Best Western. The only person who did his job in all this.

The room and building were very clean in spite of the obvious age of the building. The service was excellent.

Our room was canceled without us being made aware. The front desk receptionist was rude and less than helpful.

We stayed 5 nights and our room was only serviced the day before we left - and only because we requested it. They state when you check in, service will be done every 3rd night but they do not replenish coffee, cups etc. You have to request everything. The staff also speaks constantly with their phone on speaker and in a different language. The included breakfast is mediocre but there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. There's also a nice walking path behind the hotel. The hotel is close to the freeway, shopping and dining. Bed and temperature of the room was very comfortable. Pillows were bulky and hard. The elevator was dingy and dirty. We will most likely stay at one of the other hotels nearby on our next visit.

When I first arrived at 12:30 am after a long drive, I went to check in. The software they use for check crashed and it took around 15 mins for the front desk agent to restart the computer and get the software back up. After a 20-25 minute check in process, I got to the room hoping to eat, relax, and watch TV. The TV didn’t work and I was too tired to call the front desk and wait for someone to come fix it. The pillows on the bed might be the worst pillows I have ever used. Super worn out, but very hard at the same time. Took a while to get comfortable and try to fall asleep using them. I ended up not using a pillow most of the night. Upon showering in the morning, the shower would not drain. I pulled the drain plug and there was a big clump of hair blocking it. The shower also leaked all over the floor in the bathroom. There was a strip of caulk on the outside of the bath where it was clear it had leaked before and they tried to fix it, but it still leaked a lot. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and there is an open space gap above the bathroom door that goes into the room for some reason. When I got out of the shower after being in there for about 5-10 mins, the entire room was filled with steam to the point I could barely see through all the fog. I had to open the window to clear it out. I get this is a cheap hotel, but I’m sure there are others the same price that are much better. The only positive was the staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Decent area, shops aren't too far away but would reccomend driving to save time and energy. Excellent customer service and staff are always there to help. Complimentary breakfast has a small selection but it's overall decent.

Great fit for those not wanting to deal with the hassle of Denver. Good location, short trip to lots of shops and food, and only 15-20 minutes from Denver. Affordable and great quality rooms super lovely staff.

I highly recommend Quality Inn & Suites Westminster - Broomfield. Room was clean and very close to shopping centers.

Nice stay for the price. Choices of food in the surrounding area are decent. Honestly it was one of the better views I’ve had for the cheapest price I’ve paid in a while, anywhere.

Nice area and convenient to highway

The breakfast was mediocre as the eggs and hashbrowns were rubbery. The beds were okay but the room had a weird musty smell. The staff though, were great. Everyone was kind, helpful, and efficient.

I booked this hotel for its location, price, customer rating, and complimentary breakfast. From our three night stay I can confirm the following: the location is good, the price is reasonable, the overall rating is exaggerated, and the breakfast is a joke. It is a clean facility with courteous staff and modestly comfortable rooms. But housekeeping did not service our room during our stay—no trash removal, new towels, etc. And the breakfast was grossly disappointing—the “hot” breakfast each day consisted of chicken nuggets, tater tots, and waffles via just one, very much in-demand waffle maker. They also had Chips Ahoy and Oreo muffins (never knew such things existed). It felt like they were catering a Little League tournament, or a Napoleon Dynamite convention. The location, price and overall quality are still selling points for this hotel, but it has much room for improvement in customer service.

We Will never stay at this place again or probably now at any Quality inn. Their breakfast they offer is Stale Chicken Nuggets and tater tots every day, which kinda makes you feel like you’re at a day care center instead of a Hotel, Needless to say we skipped their breakfast and bought our own. Also the Pillows were very old and harder than a brick! And last but definitely not least I had to call and ask for General Maid House keeping service and was told they did not offer Housekeeping until after 4 days!??! Now what kind of Hotel is this, when they are charging comparable pricing to other Hotels that gladly clean your room and restock your towels everyday?!. This place is very unprofessional Hotel and restaurant will never stay here again.
