Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. Normally there is an option to collect your key in a coded box or something after the reception is closed. But okay, fair enough, it’s my mistake to not follow these rules. But no card payment in 2025?! That’s a big drawback which easily can be fixed. You leave it to your guests to spend 30 minutes to find an ATM and get cash. That’s just bad service in my mind. All in all I paid EUR 308 in cash for 2 nights w/o breakfast, one of which I couldn’t access the hotel. I think the hotel should be more customer focused and accommodate travelers better. When you travel unexpected things happen and then you want a hotel with some flexibility and good service, this hotel did not offer that to me.

Unser Aufenthalt war von der Ankunft bis zum letzten Tag sehr angenehm. Die Naturgelegene Aussicht war fantastisch. Auch die Käseomletts waren eine echte und sehr positive Überraschung. Wir würden nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder kommen.
