Great hotel and location. The rooftop pool area was lovely with views over the sea and bay and plenty of sunbeds and a good bar area for sunset drinks and post dinner dancing. Breakfast buffet was good and staff always attentive. Otherwise mainly went out into the little resort where there were lots of good restaurants with wonderful fresh fish and seafood. The indoor pool and spa had a good selection of massaging water jets and heat treatments and felt really new ( as did the hotel) and we had 2 very relaxing full body massages. All in all an excellent hotel with very good service.. highly recommended.

We had the most amazing time, the hotel was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was a real highlight, both at breakfast and in the evenings. There was a great variety each day, and everything was cooked to a high standard. A special mention to the omelette chef at breakfast, he put so much care into making each one, I've missed my morning omelette since coming home! I made use of the gym during our stay, and while hotel gyms can sometimes be quite limited, this one was fairly well-equipped and more than enough for a good workout. We had a partial sea view room, which turned out to be perfect. We had the sun on our balcony from early afternoon through to sunset, so even on days when sunbeds were all taken, we could still relax and soak up the sunshine in peace. The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was ideal - peaceful but also well-placed for getting out and exploring. I’d highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Ottima struttura davanti alla spiaggia con personale veramente gentile e disponibile e ottimi ristoranti. Bella piscina al sesto piano con vista sulla baia. Consigliatissima!

Excelente estancia en Artiem Audax. Buenas instalaciones, ubicación tranquila y un gimnasio muy bien equipado. Se agradece especialmente la sala con ducha y vestuario para quienes llegan temprano o salen tarde: un gran acierto. Se valora enormemente que sea solo para adultos, ideal para descansar sin ruidos ni agitación. Eso sí, el perfil de huéspedes es más bien maduro, lo que puede influir según el tipo de experiencia que se busque. La habitación es correcta, aunque algo estrecha. Más pensada para dormir que para disfrutar dentro. El baño está bien, pero la cama y las almohadas podrían mejorar en comodidad. La cena en el restaurante a la carta fue una grata sorpresa: carta breve, bien diseñada y de buena calidad. Los postres son el punto más débil. No convence que algunos platos tengan suplemento (mejor que ya lo incluyan en la tarifa) ni que se cobre el agua si es la misma que el hotel ofrece en refill gratuito durante el día. La sostenibilidad es parte del sello del hotel, pero los mensajes ecológicos están por todos lados, lo que genera cierta saturación. Un enfoque más sutil sería más efectivo. El check-in online pierde sentido si al llegar vuelven a pedir los documentos. Podría optimizarse. Felicitaciones al personal: amable, cercano y resolutivo. Son ellos quienes elevan la experiencia. Volvería, si. Lo recomendaría, también.

Struttura molto bella, curata, con una vista mozzafiato su Cala Galdana. La ristorazione eccellente direi, sia a colazione che per gli altri pasti della giornata. Gradita la soluzione della camera a disposizione per cambiarsi sia al check in che al check out in caso di necessità. Nel nostro caso è stata utile al check in perché arrivati di mattina presto quando ancora la camera non era pronta.

Ein sehr schönes, mittelgroßes Hotel in bester Strandlage. Die Bucht von Cala Galdana mit perfektem Strand ohne Dreck und Schlick ist direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Tolle Poolanlage mit mehreren Pools und zahlreichen Liegen. Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr vielseitig und reichlich. Gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen das Hotel.

Beautiful location and surroundings. The hotel sits right near the beach, hiking routes, and local shops and restaurants. Upon entering, you're greeted by a stunning reception area and friendly staff. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived early. Our room was clean and tidy, although nothing extraordinary. Our balcony overlooked the trees and white villas and was a good size, with chairs, a table, and drying rack (very useful). The bed was a great size and extremely comfortable. We got a great nights' sleep! Our room included a safe and mini bar. Be warned that the glass bottles of water are NOT free (which we thought they were). The bathroom was a great size and included complementary shower gel and shampoo, which was very nice. You're provided with beach towels and we were given three tokens to exchange these during the week we were there. This is because the hotel is sustainable and encourages you to reuse towels. We found this was sufficient for the week, even though we used the towels every day, even on the beach. The pool area is lovely and you could always find a bed, even on busy days. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, which had a wide array of foods - as a vegetarian, I found there was always something to eat. We also ate a lot at The View bar. The cocktails were especially nice! However, there was definitely a black fly problem and could have done with something to deter them, like citronella candles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms quite spacious with fantastic shower and very comfortable beds. Terrific view over the bay. We stayed on the 7th floor. Rooms kept very clean. Breakfast has a choice for everyone, the staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile on they’re faces all day everyday. Plenty of sun loungers round the pool.

Großes und gutes Hotel in toller, ruhiger Lage. Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal im Restaurant (Frühstück) schien ständig genervt zu sein.

Excellent hotel. Lovely pool and mostly clean rooms- occasionally cleaner could have done a slightly more thorough job. Pool area was lovely with quiet and good sized pool as well as fresh delicious food at lunchtime. Sunbeds could be a bit tricky, right in the middle of the day, but mostly we could find something. One slight issue for us was that the offsite restaurants you could walk to were slightly limited. We got in a cab a couple of times- quite expensive- to go to better restaurants. Quality of food in hotel itself - breakfast and lunchtime, we didn’t get dinner- was excellent though.

Chambre au départ sans baignoire alors que nous avions demande une baignoire.Nous n'avons eu aucun retour de l'hôtel sur notre demande ce qui nous aurait permis de modifier notre réservation.Ils nous ont finalement accordé de changer de chambre avec un supplément .Chambres très mal insonorisées,quand quelqu'un se levait pour aller aux toilettes ou pour prendre une douche on avait l'impression que c'était dans notre chambre.On entendait aussi les femmes de ménages traîner leur chariot très très tôt le matin ce qui pour un hôtel adultes only choisi pour pouvoir se reposer est inadmissible.Le petit déjeuner est super,copieux et varié et le personnel y est vraiment efficace et amical.Mais il n'y a pas assez de place en terrasse ce qui fait qu'on vous demande de donner une heure à laquelle vous descendrez prendre votre petit déjeuner alors qu'il n'y a plus aucune restriction....on est en vacances ce qui suppose pour nous une certaine liberté.... et la salle est extrêmement bruyante.Le ménage dans les chambres laisse vraiment à désirer.La baignoire n'était jamais nettoyée et nous avons dû aller demander à la réception car les tasses à café étaient restées sales !!! Pour un hôtel comme ça cela nous paraît inconcevableEn fait ,l'île est touristique et donc on n'accorde moins d'attention aux clients.Vraiment dommage car le cadre est magnifique !!
Chambre au départ sans baignoire alors que nous avions demande une baignoire.Nous n'avons eu aucun retour de l'hôtel sur notre demande ce qui nous aurait permis de modifier notre réservation.Ils nous ont finalement accordé de changer de chambre avec un supplément .Chambres très mal insonorisées,quand quelqu'un se levait pour aller aux toilettes ou pour prendre une douche on avait l'impression que c'était dans notre chambre.On entendait aussi les femmes de ménages traîner leur chariot très très tôt le matin ce qui pour un hôtel adultes only choisi pour pouvoir se reposer est inadmissible.Le petit déjeuner est super,copieux et varié et le personnel y est vraiment efficace et amical.Mais il n'y a pas assez de place en terrasse ce qui fait qu'on vous demande de donner une heure à laquelle vous descendrez prendre votre petit déjeuner alors qu'il n'y a plus aucune restriction....on est en vacances ce qui suppose pour nous une certaine liberté.... et la salle est extrêmement bruyante.Le ménage dans les chambres laisse vraiment à désirer.La baignoire n'était jamais nettoyée et nous avons dû aller demander à la réception car les tasses à café étaient restées sales !!! Pour un hôtel comme ça cela nous paraît inconcevableEn fait ,l'île est touristique et donc on n'accorde moins d'attention aux clients.Vraiment dommage car le cadre est magnifique !!

The Pros The hotel was clean, and is in a great location next to the beach. I used both the spa and gym. The Cons It does not feel like a 4star hotel . In the rooms there was not even a basic phone directory so that you could call the spa or the restaurants independently, so you have to waste time calling reception to put you through. Service overall is not great, staff are not attentive. On my last day I ordered a desert and didn’t even get to eat it because staff took so long to bring it out and I had to leave . On one occasion I needed to change a spa booking, I called over five times and no one picked up . I was forced to go there in person only to find staff sitting there, I asked why they didn’t pick up and was met with an incoherent response. The air conditioning was not working in my room and the room did not have any usb plug ports or other niceties you would expect to see.

Due to the side of the building we were on leaving the balcony door open at night partly solved this but then we noticed a little noise early in the morning by deliveries, refuse collection and traffic in the street below sometimes

Artiem Audax met all our expectations and exceeded some. Modern, stylish, comfortable and luxurious. Our room had surely the best views in Cala Galdana. Views from the rooftop pool area were equally stunning. Really comfortable super-king bed and pillows (makes such a difference). Staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat there, preferring to go out, (except for an early evening diner-style meal at the pool cafe which was really good). Breakfast was decent and generous. BCorps credentials were evident throughout, from the water coolers to the recycled sea-plastic room trays. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rooms quite spacious with fantastic shower and very comfortable beds. Terrific view over the bay. We stayed on the 7th floor. Rooms kept very clean. Breakfast has a choice for everyone, the staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile on they’re faces all day everyday. Plenty of sun loungers round the pool.

No air conditioning :( Went in late March, inside the room was 83+ degrees (28 degrees Celsius). Tried to turn on the air conditioning but staff said they don’t have it. Gave us a fan instead and asked us to open the window for the breeze. Uncomfortable. I pay for a 4+ star hotel to at least get air conditioning, especially since hotels.com and the hotel website say it provides it. Hotel does have an incredible view at least.

Se agradece especialmente la sala con ducha y vestuario para quienes llegan temprano o salen tarde: un gran acierto. Cannot fault anything. Staff were incredibly helpful polite and always pleasant. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Facilities and food was amazing. Only negative is i wish we had stayed longer.

We arrived early in the hotel (around 9am). Rooms were not ready, which was no surprise. But hotel was not able to provide any drinks or towels before Check-in at 3pm. When we entered the breakfast room to have a coffee as we wake up at 4am we were told in an unfriendly way that we have to pay. This is not what you expect as a warm welcome for a 10 days stay with half-board. This unfriendly service continued during our whole 10 days. One day my wife was told by a waiter with name Carlos in a rude way that she cannot sit on the terrace for breakfast because other more priviliged hotel guests are waiting to take the table on the terrace. The other day we informed the hotel one day in advance that we like to eat in the a-la-card restaurant instead of having the buffet. When we came the next day, there was no reservation because they messed it up. Again, no apologies. Besides this the hotel has a continuous shortage of beach towels. There were several days where it was not possible to change them. In addition there is a maximum of 3 changes for a stay of 10 days. This is something you would not expect from a 4 stars hotel. Overall this hotel cannot be recommended to other guests.

Happy with my decision with Audax over a larger resort in Cala Galdana. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Many places onsite to unwind. Went mid-May when it wasn’t very crowded.

We had an amazing holiday here at this eco friendly and sustainable hotel. From when we walked in the front door we felt so chilled. Our room was excellent with a big walk in shower, a massive bed and best of all very comfy pillows. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of comfy sun beds to use. We went half board and the buffet choice was extensive there was always something to choose. However what made the holiday was the attentive friendly staff who made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We can’t wait until we return next year.

Truly a great week stay at the hotel. Professional staff at the front desk and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and well appreciated. The chef “Carlos” was awesome and deserves special mention due to his attention to details. A great omelet technique with professionalism! The only issue as an “adult Guest” was the lack of ambiance in the lounge/bar areas of the hotel. It’s clinical and lacks the essentials of a four star hotel for “adults only” the old tv entertainment showing home shopping network peddling is inappropriate! In particular when the lounge lacks proper music or programming for adults. A Champions League Games on two nights and we had to go around the corner from the hotel to watch a game at a classless bar? If the social director for the hotel exists; they failed to realize a proper environment needs to exist for adults. Otherwise let the children be the entertainment! Thank you!

So close to ocean and coves. We were able to take the trail right outside the hotel to two small private quiet cove beaches. The views were stunning. A once in a lifetime adventure!! The location is amazing.

Ein sehr schönes, mittelgroßes Hotel in bester Strandlage. Die Bucht von Cala Galdana mit perfektem Strand ohne Dreck und Schlick ist direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Tolle Poolanlage mit mehreren Pools und zahlreichen Liegen. Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr vielseitig und reichlich. Gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen das Hotel.

Location location location… wow on the doorstep of walkway to the beach, coastal path, jetties for boat trips, taxi ranks to go exploring, restaurants in every direction and a super supermarket for snacks and drinks across the road. Views from the pools were beautiful. Staff were fantastically friendly and attentive and the hotel is immaculately clean, well laid out and our room was great. We were on B&B basis and the variety of food at breakfast set us up for the day. Lovely hotel.

The hotel is superbly located at a walking distance from the beach. The pool is nice and provides a view to the bay. We selected a room with sea view and it was great.

Happy with my decision with Audax over a larger resort in Cala Galdana. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Many places onsite to unwind. Went mid-May when it wasn’t very crowded.

Artiem Audax is a lovely hotel with a perfect location and great amenities. We had an amazing view of Cala Galdana from our room balcony. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The Pros The hotel was clean, and is in a great location next to the beach. I used both the spa and gym. The Cons It does not feel like a 4star hotel . In the rooms there was not even a basic phone directory so that you could call the spa or the restaurants independently, so you have to waste time calling reception to put you through. Service overall is not great, staff are not attentive. On my last day I ordered a desert and didn’t even get to eat it because staff took so long to bring it out and I had to leave . On one occasion I needed to change a spa booking, I called over five times and no one picked up . I was forced to go there in person only to find staff sitting there, I asked why they didn’t pick up and was met with an incoherent response. The air conditioning was not working in my room and the room did not have any usb plug ports or other niceties you would expect to see.

Great hotel and location. The rooftop pool area was lovely with views over the sea and bay and plenty of sunbeds and a good bar area for sunset drinks and post dinner dancing. Breakfast buffet was good and staff always attentive. Otherwise mainly went out into the little resort where there were lots of good restaurants with wonderful fresh fish and seafood. The indoor pool and spa had a good selection of massaging water jets and heat treatments and felt really new ( as did the hotel) and we had 2 very relaxing full body massages. All in all an excellent hotel with very good service.. highly recommended.

We had the most amazing time, the hotel was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was a real highlight, both at breakfast and in the evenings. There was a great variety each day, and everything was cooked to a high standard. A special mention to the omelette chef at breakfast, he put so much care into making each one, I've missed my morning omelette since coming home! I made use of the gym during our stay, and while hotel gyms can sometimes be quite limited, this one was fairly well-equipped and more than enough for a good workout. We had a partial sea view room, which turned out to be perfect. We had the sun on our balcony from early afternoon through to sunset, so even on days when sunbeds were all taken, we could still relax and soak up the sunshine in peace. The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was ideal - peaceful but also well-placed for getting out and exploring. I’d highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est souriant et serviable, c'est très agréable (merci particulier à Sara à l'accueil et Manu à la piscine). Dès la réception on se sent bien accueilli. Les chambres sont claires, le lit est très confortable et tout est bien équipé (sauf la console d'allumage des lumières que l'on a découvert le dernier jour !). Nous avons pris les repas du soir avec choix du restaurant (à la carte et buffet), tout est très varié et bon. Les petits déjeuners également variés, buffet bien achalandé malgré le monde en août. Idéalement placé pour accéder aux belles plages du sud à pied ou en Kayak (disponibles à l'hôtel). Bref une très belle adresse à garder.

Beautiful location and surroundings. The hotel sits right near the beach, hiking routes, and local shops and restaurants. Upon entering, you're greeted by a stunning reception area and friendly staff. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived early. Our room was clean and tidy, although nothing extraordinary. Our balcony overlooked the trees and white villas and was a good size, with chairs, a table, and drying rack (very useful). The bed was a great size and extremely comfortable. We got a great nights' sleep! Our room included a safe and mini bar. Be warned that the glass bottles of water are NOT free (which we thought they were). The bathroom was a great size and included complementary shower gel and shampoo, which was very nice. You're provided with beach towels and we were given three tokens to exchange these during the week we were there. This is because the hotel is sustainable and encourages you to reuse towels. We found this was sufficient for the week, even though we used the towels every day, even on the beach. The pool area is lovely and you could always find a bed, even on busy days. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, which had a wide array of foods - as a vegetarian, I found there was always something to eat. We also ate a lot at The View bar. The cocktails were especially nice! However, there was definitely a black fly problem and could have done with something to deter them, like citronella candles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

grande hotel con ottimi servizi (palestra super attrezzata, disponibilità di sport, piscina esterna, spa a 22€ pp, ristorante interno, bar in piscina, scooter e auto elettriche da affittare). Quello che non mi è piaciuto da migliorare la qualità del cibo, per la cena a buffet (35€ a testa nevande escluse) tanto tanto, ma soprattutto la cena con menù fisso veramente scarsa in qualità e quantità; in piu il dover sempre comunicare l’orario della colazione (esser in vacanza e dover pensare a che ora svegliarsi) con colazione aperta solo dalle 8 alle 10

Excelente estancia en Artiem Audax. Buenas instalaciones, ubicación tranquila y un gimnasio muy bien equipado. Se agradece especialmente la sala con ducha y vestuario para quienes llegan temprano o salen tarde: un gran acierto. Se valora enormemente que sea solo para adultos, ideal para descansar sin ruidos ni agitación. Eso sí, el perfil de huéspedes es más bien maduro, lo que puede influir según el tipo de experiencia que se busque. La habitación es correcta, aunque algo estrecha. Más pensada para dormir que para disfrutar dentro. El baño está bien, pero la cama y las almohadas podrían mejorar en comodidad. La cena en el restaurante a la carta fue una grata sorpresa: carta breve, bien diseñada y de buena calidad. Los postres son el punto más débil. No convence que algunos platos tengan suplemento (mejor que ya lo incluyan en la tarifa) ni que se cobre el agua si es la misma que el hotel ofrece en refill gratuito durante el día. La sostenibilidad es parte del sello del hotel, pero los mensajes ecológicos están por todos lados, lo que genera cierta saturación. Un enfoque más sutil sería más efectivo. El check-in online pierde sentido si al llegar vuelven a pedir los documentos. Podría optimizarse. Felicitaciones al personal: amable, cercano y resolutivo. Son ellos quienes elevan la experiencia. Área da piscina, do bar, oa funcionários, a vista, o conforto, ascomodidades, café da manhã excelente, tudo uma delícia!!! Se tiver que ter um ponto negativo, seria o chuveiro que podia ser mais forte pra combinar com a elegância do hotel. Mas no fim, nada a reclamar, muito muito bom!!
Área da piscina, do bar, oa funcionários, a vista, o conforto, ascomodidades, café da manhã excelente, tudo uma delícia!!! Se tiver que ter um ponto negativo, seria o chuveiro que podia ser mais forte pra combinar com a elegância do hotel. Mas no fim, nada a reclamar, muito muito bom!!

The hotel and gaff were amazing! Great location , couldn’t ask for more. Mirela and Sorya were extremely kind - thank you ! Only complaint is around the older plumbing. Could here neighboring guests when they do wild shower or use the restrooms from our room.

The Staff is very friendly and helps out where they can. Buffet is good and Gym has a machine for everything except for the abdominal muscels. Nice Poolarea where you can only leave your towel on the laybeds for 30 Minutes according the plates. Unfortunatly nobody removes those towels after 30 Minutes but still it had enough place at the pool when we were there. The Beach is only 2 Minutes away per foot and you can find a place in natural shadow quite easily. Otherwise you pay around 23 Euros for a day for two laybeds and a parasol. On the last day we had a late flight. The hotel offered a small cabin where we were able to shower before the flight and leave the luggage in a room at the reception. Would come back for sure!

Es perfecto para una escapada tranquila, romántica, con las mejores vistas, cerca de restaurante y cala Galdana. También puedes caminar a otras calas. El bufete de desayuno es INCREÍBLE!!!!! El personal es súper atento y amable! No dudes en reservar frente al mar, para una mejor experiencia. No puedes perderte el circuito en el SPA! TODO INCREÍBLE
