Very friendly and helpful staff and the hotel was at a decent location for the town and beach. The downside was th ‘value for money’! This hotel was by no means cheap and I would expect a better standard of room, a nicer (quieter/ calmer) dining room environment and not having to put up with being woken up by young groups of residents in the middle of the night for the price paid

Daytime reception not particularly helpful. Spent 20 minutes driving round trying to find secure parking area later to discover workmen had the gate open so you couldnt see the sign. Nice clean car on entry but muddy when leaving. There was a kids football convention on.we were asjed to use restuarant at specified times which we did. Kids playing football on landing running up and down corridors without masks. In the dining room kids everywhere and not sittibg with teachers.again running around with no masks. When we visited restaurant at specified lunch time it was full. When i went down to reception i was told well the restuarant opened at 12.30. Our time was 14.45 so no good telling me its been open since 12.30 when we were asked to stick to allocated times. Restuarant staff and the young indian man on reception were all very good.they should notify you if its over run with children. having children myself i was appalled at thevlack of respect they had for adults and the teachers were clearly not interested

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, en famille, avec nos deux adolescents. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits très confortables et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont variés et de bonne qualité, avec un choix tout à fait satisfaisant. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, souriant et compétent, ce qui contribue vraiment à la qualité du séjour. Quelques petits points négatifs toutefois : le manque de transats autour de la piscine, ainsi que le comportement parfois irrespectueux de certaines familles, notamment en termes de bruit. La salle de restaurant est très grande, mais peut également être assez bruyante, notamment en présence de nombreux jeunes enfants. Malgré ces quelques désagréments, nous gardons une très bonne impression de notre séjour et recommandons volontiers cet hôtel pour des vacances en famille.

Grosse arnaque. Les photos sont très trompeuses, surtout celles de la piscine. En réalité, elle n’a absolument rien à voir avec les photos : elle est bondée, bruyante et ressemble davantage à une piscine de centre de loisirs qu’à celle d’un hôtel. Elle ne donne pas envie de mettre même les pieds dedans. La chambre est correcte, mais l’insonorisation est catastrophique. En passant dans le couloir, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’intérieur des chambres, et une fois dans la chambre, on entend également tous les bruits extérieurs. Impossible d’avoir un minimum de calme ou d’intimité. Autre point négatif : il n’y a pas de véritable sèche-cheveux. Celui installé dans la salle de bain est une simple soufflerie quasiment inutile. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel déception total surtout au prix qu’on a réserver Et vraiment photo qui n’a rien avoir !
