This was our second stay at Hotel Bernatt 11. It is a lovely hotel that is close to the beach and a short walk to Calella town. It is always clean and tidy and the staff show pride in their work. Food was lovely as always. The pool has been updated this past year - looks really nice with the additional paddling space for little children. The materials used in the revamp are coming away, so it seems that it will need to be redone again soon.

Hotel fantastico, personale gentilissimo, in particolare modo Carlos, il portiere notturno. La colazione strepitosa, sia come location che come varietà e qualità e anche scenografica , con lo chef che preparava uova al tegamino e pancakes in diretta!!! Le camere belle e confortevoli...super pulite! Una bella piscina e si può raggiungere il mare a piedi!!Peccato aver prenotato solo per una notte!

El hotel en general muy bien, la piscina es muy bonita pero bastante pequeña, el restaurante muy bueno y el servicio perfecto, deberían avisar que en la pensión completa no entran las bebidas, aunque suele ocurrir en bastantes sitios. Lo peor la habitación, parece ser que está reformada pero creo que nos han dado la peor, el baño sí está bastante bien y la habitación la habían pintado pero las colchas daban sensaciones de ser una habitación de los años 70, y el suelo en bastante mal estado, el resto de habitaciones parece ser que tienen parquet y mejor pinta, pero esta estaba para mi gusto bastante mal, además no se esmeraron mucho en limpiarla, el suelo estaba lleno de arena, molestaba al andar descalzo. La carpintería de aluminio muy antigua, no ajustaban las puertas, y el balcón o terracita, demasiado pequeña para ser una habitación triple. Todo en general muy bien, sobretodo con otra habitación

Hôtel plutôt agréable mais l'environnement n'est pas fou. Que de vieux building hôtel où d'habitation qui laisse un paysage très moche. La piscine était agréable mais petite pour le nombre de personnes qui souhaitent s'y baigner. Restauration correct mais vite répétitifs alors que nous n'y sommes restés que 2 jours. Spa en supplément mais agréable pour 1h avec un temps réservé famille accessible aux enfants. Bref bien mais pas fou

Beautiful hotel, clean and tidy. Welcoming and accommodating staff and always happy to help. Really good selection of food each day at the buffets. Only thing, the childrens entertainment (mini disco) started a little later than we had anticipated (21.30). However the ladies who ran the mini club from 17.30 were amazing, super friendly and my daughter (4yrs) loved them. I would highly recommend this hotel, as it was perfecf for our first time abroad with our little one. The beach was about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the town centre about a 10 minute walk. Good location

Nous avons decouvert Callela par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel et je fut une belle surprise... L'hôtel est tres bien placé a proximité de la plage et des commodités. Pour ce garer nous avons le parking en supplément pour plus de tranquillité. Le personne est super sympa et souriant. L'hôtel est propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Apres le top c'est le spa, en famille au calme en petit comité, on a plus envie d'y sortir... Une belle decouverte et on reviendra c'est sûr...

Chambre confortable et propre mais gros problèmes d'insonorisation. Repas et petit déjeuner variés mais des efforts à faire sur certains plats surgelés qui ont vraiment trop le goût de l'eau. Le spa est agréable car nombre de personnes limité et horaires sans enfants mais l'eau, le hammam et le sauna ne sont pas assez chauds pour se détendre. Espace salon bar très bruyant entre les enfants qui jouent et la radio trop forte. Ensemble bien mais des améliorations à apporter

Toujours un très bon acceuil, notre chambre était très propre, serviettes de toilette remplacé tous les jours et lit refait.... Restaurant au top, très bon choix, varié tous les jours et des spécialités, et le monsieur qui gère la salle est très sympathique..... Trois ou quatre fois que nous venons, et en Mai prochain nous reviondrons à l'Hotel Bernat. Félicitations aussi à tous le personnel!!

Pienso que no es un hotel 4 estrellas. Las puertas de los cuartos no cerraban bien al igual que la puerta de la terraza, se escuchaba el ruido del pasillo y de la calle; tomando en cuenta que pareciera que también entre cuarto y cuarto no hay una separación; todo se escuchaba.

Es la tercera vez q me alojó, el buffet genial como siempre, si embargo la habitación floja para 4**** sup,el suelo de parque levantado mobiliario muy viejo....lo estoy comparando con mis anteriores estancias, es un poco sorprende que siendo habitaciones dobles hubiera tanta diferencia a otras veces

Séjour de trois jours en couple dans cet hôtel où le personnel est très sympathique. Il est très bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre où la ville de Calella est à découvrir. Par contre, pour nous, après avoir déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 4 étoiles, celui-ci ne les mérite pas, trois suffisent. La nourriture est basique, industrielle, pas de folie. Les chambres propres mais demandent un rajeunissement, peinture des portes etc. Les serviettes nous ont été changées le second jour. Détail, mais quand on séjourne dans un 4 étoile, on s'attend à un standing supérieur. Seul, le personnel remonte la note.

They advertise they have AC. Technically correct but AC is throttled to the point where you effectively don't have AC in your room. Unable to sleep with the heat we had.

Un double vitrage serai souhaitable. les couloirs en parquet ne sont pas forcement silencieux non plus. Les balcons sont vraiment collés et quand on se penche un peu on voit tout ce qui se passe chez le voisin. Voila pour le négatif qui est important pour les avis. Sinon l'hotel est sympathique et asssez bien situé.

La estancia a sido muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas, hubo un error con la edad de la niña y antes de llegar ya nos lo habían solucionado, todo perfecto, la comida muy bien, el spa muy bien, el personal muy atento y amable, un chico de recepción con gafas muy simpático y amable, una señora rubia también encantadora, en general hemos estado muy bien, totalmente recomendable.

Fue todo muy bien. A la llegada tuvimos un pequeño problema con la habitación pues viajaba con mi hijo y nos dieron cama de matrimonio pequeña pero lo solucionaron al instante. Todo muy limpio, el personal muy atento y agradable, la localización : muy cerca de todo. El buffet, correcto. Si hay algún pero, es la señal WiFi, que no funciona bien.

Toujours un très bon acceuil, notre chambre était très propre, serviettes de toilette remplacé tous les jours et lit refait.... Restaurant au top, très bon choix, varié tous les jours et des spécialités, et le monsieur qui gère la salle est très sympathique..... Trois ou quatre fois que nous venons, et en Mai prochain nous reviondrons à l'Hotel Bernat. Félicitations aussi à tous le personnel!!

This was our second stay at Hotel Bernatt 11. It is a lovely hotel that is close to the beach and a short walk to Calella town. It is always clean and tidy and the staff show pride in their work. Food was lovely as always. The pool has been updated this past year - looks really nice with the additional paddling space for little children. The materials used in the revamp are coming away, so it seems that it will need to be redone again soon.

Lage: Super, 150m zum Strand und in 3,4 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Calella. Zimmer: Nicht schallisoliert, daher sehr laut, hier und da beschädigtes Mobiliar, Zimmer würde ich als "ausreichend" bezeichnen. Die alten (noch nicht renovierten) Zimmer sind schrecklich, glücklicherweise konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Sauberkeit: Okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Personal: Sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Verpflegung: Frühstück sowie Abendbuffet sind hervorragend, viel Auswahl, frisch und lecker. Preise: Die Preise für Getränke im Restaurant und an der Bar sind sehr fair. Fazit: Wer einen Platz zum Schlafen mit guter Verpflegung, nettem Personal und kurzem Weg zum Strand sucht ist hier richtig. Beautiful hotel, clean and tidy. Welcoming and accommodating staff and always happy to help. Really good selection of food each day at the buffets. Only thing, the childrens entertainment (mini disco) started a little later than we had anticipated (21.30). However the ladies who ran the mini club from 17.30 were amazing, super friendly and my daughter (4yrs) loved them. I would highly recommend this hotel, as it was perfecf for our first time abroad with our little one. The beach was about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the town centre about a 10 minute walk. Good location

I had a renovated room and it was generally okay. My only problem and inconvenience was that the drinks were not included as I had ordered. Additionally, when I asked for ice, I was told that 4 cubes cost 1 €. At this hotel, everything is charged extra, so consider having some extra money for anything, including the in-room safe, which is also at an additional cost.

Hotel fantastico, personale gentilissimo, in particolare modo Carlos, il portiere notturno. La colazione strepitosa, sia come location che come varietà e qualità e anche scenografica , con lo chef che preparava uova al tegamino e pancakes in diretta!!! Le camere belle e confortevoli...super pulite! Una bella piscina e si può raggiungere il mare a piedi!!Peccato aver prenotato solo per una notte!

El hotel en general muy bien, la piscina es muy bonita pero bastante pequeña, el restaurante muy bueno y el servicio perfecto, deberían avisar que en la pensión completa no entran las bebidas, aunque suele ocurrir en bastantes sitios. Lo peor la habitación, parece ser que está reformada pero creo que nos han dado la peor, el baño sí está bastante bien y la habitación la habían pintado pero las colchas daban sensaciones de ser una habitación de los años 70, y el suelo en bastante mal estado, el resto de habitaciones parece ser que tienen parquet y mejor pinta, pero esta estaba para mi gusto bastante mal, además no se esmeraron mucho en limpiarla, el suelo estaba lleno de arena, molestaba al andar descalzo. La carpintería de aluminio muy antigua, no ajustaban las puertas, y el balcón o terracita, demasiado pequeña para ser una habitación triple. Todo en general muy bien, sobretodo con otra habitación

Séjour de trois jours en couple dans cet hôtel où le personnel est très sympathique. Il est très bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre où la ville de Calella est à découvrir. Par contre, pour nous, après avoir déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 4 étoiles, celui-ci ne les mérite pas, trois suffisent. La nourriture est basique, industrielle, pas de folie. Les chambres propres mais demandent un rajeunissement, peinture des portes etc. Les serviettes nous ont été changées le second jour. Détail, mais quand on séjourne dans un 4 étoile, on s'attend à un standing supérieur. Seul, le personnel remonte la note.
