Le top : chambre climatisee assez grande avec balcon (vue sur la grande piscine pour notre part), salle de bain correct, le petit dejeuner buffet froid et chaud, le grand parking gratuit à 50m (attention pas celui juste derriere l hotel qui est a 11e par jour !!!) Personnel à l accueil très sympathique Le pas top : hotel immense (je pense pas loin de 500 chambres) et petits ascenseurs donc beaucoup d attente de ce côté (nous etions au 6eme etage) Beaucoup de cars de jeunes donc tres bruyants (nous avons eu de la chance notre chambre n etait pas de leur côté donc nous c etait calme) Salle repas tres bruyante

En estas fechas, Febrero, esta vacio, asi que tranquilito, cómodo, la cosa ya cambia en temporada ya mas alta. todos muy simpáticos, tanto recepcionistas, en el bar, comedor, etc muy amables la verdad. Contras: la comida, segun como seas, estas muy limitado. Aunque la comida em vivo te puede salvar. La habitación olia a tubería, del lavabo. En general, todo limpio. La.playa esta cerquita. Hemos ido varias veces en temporadas mas altas y es un hotel muy turístico, de mucho trote. Aunque esta bien.

hôtel propre personnel agréable avec un rapport qualité / prix correct un peu bruyant mais on oublis vite ce détail hôtel proche de la mer et possédant 3 piscines sur place de quoi satisfaire tout le monde Nous y retournerions sûrement car avons très apprécié notre séjour à l hôtel propreté des plages et de la ville .

Stfuttura con circa 400 camere, organizzatissima. Reception super disponibile e operativa. Belle e pulitissime le tre piscine, due piccole e una molto grande, tantissimi spazi e lettini a disposizione. Ristorazione di discreto livello. Camere essenziali, quasi tutte con ampio balcone. Parcheggi gratuiti liberi non vigilati e/o a pagamento vigilato nelle vicinanze. Centralissimo a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia con un supermercato vicinissimo. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.

I had a 3 night stay at htop olympic and it was nothing short of amazing, the staff were friendly, the facilities were im very good condition and the dining experience was very coordinated and the food tasted delicious each time. The pool was cleaned every morning and the poolside was very neat. The oly downside was that I literally had to search for the domestic staff when my room needed cleaning. I would recommend this hotel in you are ever in Calella. I had very good value for my money.

Es un alojamiento mediocre, con instalaciones que acusan el paso del tiempo y una falta de actualización. Si bien, el precio al que de oferta es bastante ventajoso frente a otros alojamientos de la zona. El desayuno es tipo buffet por un precio asequible y en el exterior dispone de pisicina. Aunque aseguran tener parkin, en horario nocturno no lo facilitan.

We had a few rooms booked as we are a big family 14ppl. Unfortunately, all of us had the same issue with the rooms there were mosquitoes, and on the first night, everyone was bitten so we had to buy something against it. The A/C was so noisy and you couldn't sleep with it on but then was too hot. I think they should look into this before the high season starts. Also, the swimming pool at the edges was not looked after (green marks). The number of lifts they have is not enough for the number of people they accommodate and has a mould smell. In the photos, they have a photo of a bar/restaurant next to the sea, the only advantage you get is that they give you a small discount for the sunbeds and umbrellas (around 2€) Looking into these issues will not rate it higher than 2starts, I must highlight that the staff is very helpful.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, even after we requested cleaning. The sheets and towels were dirty and the bathroom sink and bath tub were clogged. The water would slowly go down and leave dirt residue behind. I reported this to the receptionist on multiple occasions and they said they were going to sort it out and didn’t. We had the breakfast one day and it wasn’t too bad but it could be better. Overall I don’t think it’s worth it.

ka kkerlakken in de kamers. We waren met vrienden en hadden 5 kamers bij elkaar. Alle kamers kakkerlakken aanwezig. schoonmaakster dekt het bed weer met dezelfde beddengoed weer op. Maakt geen wc en vloer schoon. Wel elke dag schone handdoeken. Gele vlekken op de kussens en haar op de kussensloop tijdens eerste dag van binnenkomst. matras niet schoon. Schimmel en overgeefsel. Hele ved veranderd toen ik dit liet zien aan de receptie. Binnen 10 dagen 6 personen ziek geworden van onze vriendengroep. Lift bleef hangen met mensen erin. ( toevallig ook 2 ervan waren vrienden van ons) Personeel was vriendelijk zeker van het restaurant. Glazen waren soms vies. Waterkan ook vaak vies. Geen vergoeding aangeboden gekregen door het vieze matras waar ik 8 dagen op heb geslapen. Ik ga hier zeker nooit meer heen. Fotos komen niet overeen met de kamers ( niet zo lux zoals op de fotos) Buren ( jongeren) waren tot 2 uur in de nacht erg luid. De muren van de kamers zijn erg dun en je kan alles horen. Fotos niet mogelijk om te uploaden.

Je ne recommande pas, propreté à revoir (on retrouve partout dans la chambre et salle de bain des restes des clients d’avant) vétusté de la chambre carrelage cassé, le petit déjeuner incomplet.

Chambre sale. CLIM vetuste qui ne fonctionne pas du tt le petit dej peux de choix et surtt non quali . Cest bien dommage surttpour le prix paye !

I loved the hotel! the food is very good and the place looks very clean. It can get a bit busy but overall great deal for the price.

Muy buen servicio y muy limpio

La restauration est bien, et le service. Mais l’état de la chambre laisse à désiré, la chambre est sale, la literie est remplis poussière. Et la femme de ménage passe le balai partout sauf sous le lit les recoins, et dans la salle de bain.

Excelente localização e staff extremamente atencioso. Quartos, camas e banheiros limpos. O breakfast é nota 10, com bastante variedade de alimentos.

We had a lovely stay; the hotel is a little outdated, but is in great location, close to the beach, has 4 pools (including one for small children). There was a great choice of food, staff was friendly and helpful and room was regularly cleaned. Highly recommend.

No se ni por donde empezar,la habitación muy hecha polvo,echo con ñapas muy mala conservación,el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido horroroso,la maneta del balcón colgando,armarios sin puertas,llegamos y el suelo lleno de arena de playa y colillas en el balcón y mi madre no pudo utilizar su máquina de oxígeno porque la corriente no daba,en el comedor quieren abarcar más de lo que pueden,colas inmensas,comida malisima y repetitiva,sin aire acondicionado muchisimo calor en un lado del comedor,las luces saltaban cada dos por tres y las maquinas de cafe dejaban de funcionar,los camareros hacian lo que podian con tanta gente y ellos tan pocos,pobres,las tostadoras dejaban de funcionar también,en plena comida más de media hora para pagar la comida por que el sistema de pago no funcionaba,lavabos sucios y vomitados,sala de cafeteria con musica no insonorizada,se oia en las habitaciones toda la musica perfectamente,con todo esto,no volveremos,lo único que vale la pena los del servicio del comedor,los animadores los del servicio de cafetería/ piscina y la chica rubia que habla español de recepción un encanto.

Værelset var fint. Sengen meget hård

The hotel itself is good, only the room doesn’t have any acoustic, I can hear everything from outside, ever the other room, sometimes you think someone is inside the room but it’s just from outside

Very tired hotel. Room basic and sparse. The food was basic with not much variety. The dining room was very crowded at times with queues for food.

Clean property, comfortable but basic rooms. Good price. 8 mins walk to bars, restaurants and shopping street. Unfortunately there is a big negative about the hotel. It has paper thin walls. You can hear all the neighboring rooms, it's like you are in the room with your neighbours. Also the corridors outside the rooms are very echoe, if someone is talking in the corridor every one knows the conversation. When a wheeled case goes by your room it sounds like a train coming past your room. Very noisy, so would not recommend.

The Hotel Need Renovation Looks very old. The people very friendly.

The room was cool with light bedding do in the night you were cold and the thermostat blew cold air. The room was big enough but paper thin walls so you could hear everything. The noise all night was horrendous. People shouting, baging and crashing around in the corridor until 3.30 am!

Todo bastante bien y cuidado dentro de que es un hotel viejo. La comida un poco escasa. Los que nos tocaba el segundo turno ya te encontrabas que faltaban muchas cosas y todos los carros por en medio con prisas recogiendo. Y la camarera rubia más mayor un poco borde.

El metre Jordi super amable atento y simpático. La animación muy buena y la comida para el precio bien.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt von einem ärgerlichen Missverständnis geprägt. Vor der Anreise stand ich über Hotels.com per E-Mail mit dem Hotel in Kontakt. Dabei wurde mir bestätigt, dass meine Buchung “All Inclusive” beinhaltet. Beim Check-in wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass es sich lediglich um eine Vollpension handelt. Auch während des Aufenthalts konnte das Problem nicht geklärt werden. Die Kommunikation vorab war also irreführend, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich trübt. Der Service vor Ort war ansonsten freundlich, aber das Missverständnis hinsichtlich der Verpflegungsleistung hat den Aufenthalt leider negativ beeinflusst. Ich empfehle dringend, die Kommunikation mit Gästen vor der Anreise zu verbessern und klare, schriftliche Bestätigungen ernst zu nehmen

Very easy waking around . Family have the option shopping groceries is just in front of the hotel the supermarket . Lots of activities for kids . No far from the beach . Is basic hotel but the staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome

The hotel was clean but I felt during meal times there was a lack of staff for food delivery. I have never had to queue for breakfast, lunch and dinner before. The lack of staff meant sitting at dirty tables waiting for them to be cleared. The staff there were working extremely hard, but there needed to be more bodies

Great stay close to beach etc

C’était un pied à terre sur notre route pour une nuit et amplement suffisant c’est un hôtel qui vit jour et nuit bruyant du monde a gogo ça fait un peu colonie de vacances, par contre très bien situé restaurant mer à même pas 5minute à pied.

Service und Zimmer in Ordnung. Bad renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber. Gute Lage insgesamt.

Very large hotel in a noisy area and a short walk from the sea front. Very large bar area with rows and rows of small round tables and chairs. Not very comfortable and bright lights so not somewhere you want to spend time at night. However bar staff were helpful and a good range of drinks. There was a tv lounge across from reception. The restaurant was very large and noisy. You had to hunt to find a table to share and then some of the time you were looking for cutlery and napkins etc. The staff were working very hard clearing the tables but finding it difficult to keep up with the volume of people including large school/sports groups. The food was ok and good value for money but not a relaxing experience. The bedroom was ok but a bit scruffy with cracked floor tiles and bathroom door poor condition. The hotel is very dated.

Goede prijs, prima bedden, ruim balkon. Eetzaal is een ramp. Veel te veel gasten voor de capaciteit van de zaal, vaak lange rijen. En de kamer stinkt regelmatig naar riool. Vorig jaar ook ervaren. Grote groepen jongeren.

El hotel debería modernizar sus instalaciones en general y las habitaciones en particular. La comida, poca variedad y calidad media baja.

La nostra esperienza in questo albergo è stata purtroppo molto deludente. Le foto e le immagini pubblicate online non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà: camere vecchie e poco curate, spazi che non corrispondono a ciò che ci si aspettava. La colazione è stata davvero pessima: praticamente inesistente, senza frutta a parte quattro fette di pompelmo, e nel complesso molto scarsa. L’unico aspetto positivo è stata la gentilezza del personale, ma purtroppo non basta a salvare la permanenza. Struttura pessima, assolutamente non ci tornerò e non la consiglio a nessuno.

Positive things: friendly staff, nice poolareas, nice lobby and bar Negative things, bathroom in really bad shape, crashed tiles very old and damaged walls and bathtub. Only 1 kind of cocktail included in all inclusive per day and it changes every day some were really good but 2 was really bad. To get the snacks that was included in all inclusive, you have 1 meter from the sunbed to the restaurant. But you are not aloud to enter that way so you have to run up the stairs into the hotel walk through the bar, lobby and down the stairs to get the snacks. It feels like they dont want you to enjoy it. Then the meals. The food is quite ok i would say below average of an all inclusive hotel, but there is a big managment problem!! For both breakfast,lunch and dinner there is only 1 person handling the grill wich means that the que for eggs and pancakes is 20-30 minute in the morning and up to 40 minutes for .meat in the evenings. 2 out of 4 nights we didnt get any tables in the restaurant so we skipped the all inclusive and went out to town for dinner. The restaurant is more simular to a school cafeteria than any restaurant. Really noisy, long ques everywhere and when you finally reach the things you want it was empty and you have to wait a long time for the new ones. It is not the staffs fault they were very friendly and serviceminded it is a management issue were they are understaffed
