Fairfield Inn & Suites Dixon

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel looked immaculate and smelled fresh and clean in every area, from the lobby to the room itself. Everything was spotless and clearly well-maintained. We called ahead to request an early check-in, and the team was wonderful in accommodating us seamlessly. On top of the beautiful facilities, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—10/10, highly recommend!

Room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Definitely recommend in the Dixon area.

The stay was great! I will be making more reservations. The room was very clean and well set. Nice fluffy towels and full size pump bottle of shampoo, cream rinse, and body wash, in lavender scent The staff was exceptional! I had a problem with the TV and they immediately upgraded my room to a king suite and moved my luggage to the new room. NICE!!! I give them a full recommendation. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so comfortable.

This was our second time this year staying at your hotel. The first time we had issues with the cleaning staff never cleaning our room etc. and leaving their personal water bottle in our room. We had hoped that the staff had worked out the kinks however that was not the case. We stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival I had to ask the front desk to have our room vacuumed as there was old crusty macaroni on our floor in multiple places. He was nice enough to take care of it as the cleaning staff had left. When we used the restroom there were dead black ants on the floor along with hair so obviously the cleaning staff did not do a thorough job at all. When we left the room the next morning, I let the cleaning staff in the hallway know that we would be leaving and would not be back until early evening so they could clean our room and that we needed towels. The girl handed me towels and said they would take care of it but never did. By the time we left on Monday morning all our towels were piled up in a corner and no staff had ever been to our room. My mother-in-law lives in Dixon, and we initially were very pleased that there was a nice hotel to stay in. Very disappointing. Lisa Cowley

Everything was amazing!! The front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast bar had such a variety of choices. The hotel had a brand new smell, very clean. I would absolutely stay here again!!
