The toilet in the room would not flush then it overflowed. The property did not have enough staff to keep wild kids from running around beating on doors at all hours of the night. There was no creamer for the coffee which was terrible. The halls were nasty and the room was just clean enough to keep me from leaving due to the fact that I had an event to go to the next morning. The air conditioner in my room sounded like a shop vacuum. Will never go back there!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially for $215 a night. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t as described. We expected a bathtub but instead had a roll-in shower. While the carpet appeared clean, the suite felt dingy and poorly maintained. There were no trash cans, and the kitchen cabinets were covered in dried spills and residue. We specifically booked a suite for the pullout sofa bed for our son. Unfortunately, it had no sheets, the mattress was visibly dirty, and it was incredibly thin and uncomfortable. Our son ended up sleeping in the king bed with us, completely defeating the purpose of booking a suite. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were also empty, which was frustrating for a quick overnight stay when we hoped to avoid unpacking toiletries. Breakfast was another disappointment. I prepaid when booking, yet there were no plates, little food remaining, and no staff available. After finally eating, we were handed a bill. Despite showing my receipt, staff suggested charging my card. I then showed our Hotels.com reservation listing breakfast as complimentary and had to insist the charges be removed. For $215, I don’t expect luxury, but I do expect cleanliness, usable sleeping accommodations, stocked amenities, and reasonable service. I’d stay again only in a pinch, as the overall experience certainly didn’t justify the price.

We had a great overnight stay. William was amazing at check-in! He handled whatever convention that was checking in so gracefull⁰y! Sorry about your car though, but you stillhave your life! Things will get better!! Breakfast was good and hot! The kitchen and bar staff was so nice and friendly to mkkkkiny granddoll and myself.
