The best and saving grace for this stay was Brandy. She went above and beyond helping me. I'm handicapped and would have not been able to get any breakfast at all because I could not get downstairs until a local Dr. loaned me a wheelchair. The first day I could not get breakfast at all. The second day she was gracious enough to bring me yogurt and coffee which was great. The third day I was able to get downstairs, she helped me because I could not reach the food. What a blessing she is! I will now compare handicap hotel access to her. Some of your staff were busy telling me what they could not do. She was busy telling me what she could do and actually did it! If she leaves your hotel I will find another hotel. I could not have managed without her. She needs to be commended for her compassion to someone who is going into hospice due to advanced heart failure and cancer. Your maintenance man was also awesome. He installed a handicap shower hose for me. Going forward you should automatically have handicap shower hoses in all handicap rooms with out the guest making a special request. The shower seat is located too far back on the tub for the hose to reach well. Consider getting a shower seat that can be moved forward as well. Lastly please move the handicap rooms closer to the elevator. I almost passed out walking to the room with a walker. Room 318. I'm on oxygen and the temperature in the halls was stifling causing me to gasp for air even with oxygen. Thank you !
