From someone who travels quite a bit, the overall stay was acceptable with the free breakfast being better than similar hotels. The Front Desk staff were very pleasant. Conveniently located to several restaurants as well. There was significant road noise in the am / evening. Towels are rough and I wished for better quality. Also, plenty of parking available, I would stay here again.

They are renovating the hotel and we were not advised of this. The bedside lamp in our room was broken and when I complained was told there was nothing that could be done. Seemed under staffed. some rooms across hall from us were kept empty. Breakfast was good. Would not stay here again. Sign seemed to be that they were proud to keep hotel open during renovation.

The lobby was under remodeling, and the main entrance was blocked the day we arrived

Even though they were renovating at the time, the environment was clean and friendly.

I didn't like being on the second floor. I tripped over some "supplies" in the corridor a time or two. Not what I expected for a 250 per night stay

They were remodeling my floor-next door! Trying to visit with my son (whom I see only twice/year) while saws and hammers were pounding was frustrating. Second day they were ripping up the hallway carpeting and started replacing it. Drywall dust, debris, and carpet glue was not pleasant

Very hard to find in the dark--signs hidden behind restaurants and large trees. Renovation on-going in lobby and breakfast area.

The property was very easily accessible to the interstate. I think it will be better in the future but the property is undergoing renovation and has a lot of wear and tear. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy, and we had arrived after 10pm. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

When booking the location should notify/advertise they are under construction. There was a smell and trash all over the hall floors from construction. was asked to move because of plumbing. There is only elevator, was expecting a better facility for the price paid per night. Styed in one of the new model rooms and 110 plugs are limited still beat heat/air unit, bathroom was small and tight.

This was our first time at Holiday Inn Express and our room was very clean and modern. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about local businesses and how to get around town. Our two night stay couldn’t be better!

We booked a last minute overnight here during a road trip. The hotel was very nice and clean - the only complaint was a hair on the shower floor along with a crack in the shower tub. Breakfast was excellent, and offered several options including healthier choices that most hotel breakfast's don't (egg white omelet and turkey sausage). We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy, and we had arrived after 10pm. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Hotel was very clean and quiet. I’ll be back to this hotel.

Very clean and recently renovated. Property is an older building and unfortunately its bones are creaking. Room 121 heard every move the residents above made. It wasn’t loud walking, it was creaking of the wood, sounds like an old boat creaking with the waves. Light in same area would dim and brighten as it pleased. But over all, if I had not stayed in that room, it was very nice and the staff was very pleasant!

Quiet. Comfy bed. Huge room (ADA type) and nice renovations in progress. Typical Hotel breakfast set up. Nothing special but fine.

The hotel was clean. The staff professional and friendly. The bed was terrible, way past its useful life. Seriously, big soft spots at the most used places.

It was just a 1 night stay we was in town for a wedding. Ubered out and back no problems. The rooms are spacious and clean.

On the map, this property looks as though it is conveniently located. It is anything but. There are no good restaurants nearby. The nearest full-service restaurants are a minimum 15-minute drive on major roads. Speaking of roads, the road noise at this property is absolutely staggering. They should pass out ear plugs as they do at properties that are near railroad tracks. To top all this off, we had to call hotel staff at 1:30 in the morning to get the people above us to stop making such incredible noise. We\'ve never heard anything like it at any hotel where we\'ve ever stayed. We are FREQUENT travelers. Although you can\'t blame hotel staff for the noise above you, you certainly can hold the hotel itself responsible for the conditions that allow noise to travel that "well" through the floors. The noise was similar to jack hammering. It would have been horrific at any time of day, but at 1:30 in the morning it was obscene. And, even on top of that, at 6:00 in the morning, after getting very, very little sleep, the alarm clock went off in our room. Clearly, a previous occupant set the alarm. Hotel staff need to check this during every cleaning for new occupants. It might not have been so horrible if we had been able to sleep during the night. Worst night\'s sleep in a hotel. Ever. If you\'re looking for a place to sleep, eat at a nice restaurant, and enjoy the sounds of nature, this ain\'t it! On a positive note, breakfast was excellent and staff were uniformly friendly.

The hotel is great. The stay is great. The room is great. The policy for the $150 deposit is ridiculous. I stayed there four nights ago and I still haven’t received my deposit back..

Our experience was excellent! Jason was amazing as manager, Jade at the front desk was welcoming, and Juan cooked the most amazing breakfasts! This is an incredibly well run facility!

Beautiful place and great staff

The staff was super nice and helpful. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working so I went and asked for a fan and they gave us a whole new room. I was super impressed.

Stay was good, Booked a Queen Suite and from what I was told the manager changed it since he felt I didnt have enough people to fill the room I guess. Never got a clear explanation as to why my room was changed to a regular room 2 queen room.

I had no problem with the stay, I had a big problem This Holiday inn wanted a $150.00 Deposit out side My room charge. The Lady at desk said I would get in back soon as I checked out. It's been 5days and I still hvnt. received My $150.00 deposit. I'm pissed upset and feel Ya'll are serious Stereo typing Ur guests. Bills are Here and Ya'll are still holding My $150.00 deposit. I asked her why so hi I never had to pay that much. It's always been $25.00 to $50.00. I guess ya'll only want rich people in ya Hotel huh? She said it's that high due to renovations. Why is that the customers issue and cost? I will share to ALL My friends and family and warm them of ya'll $150.00 deposit required...

I had to book two hotel rooms and it required double of the deposit like a temporary standard hold. I still have not gotten back my money! The hotel stated they released it the day of my check out and my babk said they did not release anything. I now have to wait for my bank to investigate this which may take 10 business days! I book often at hotel and I never experienced anything like this!!!!

This hotel is located just off of the 985 with great access to Lake Lanier! The staff is incredible, from Jason to Jade to Juan who makes incredible breakfasts every morning! Not your typical Holiday Inn!!!

The room was clean and well maintained. Everything worked as it should. Restaurants and shopping close by. Included breakfast was very good.

Made a last minute reservation as we were passing through town. Typical Holiday Inn Express, clean, comfortable, and good breakfast options.
