Only complaint is not enough baggage carts, when we needed one could not find it as there were only 3 and people keep them in their rooms according to the desk clerk.

Great place to stay but can never catch the restaurant open and the pool wasn’t available

Clean rooms, good WiFi, restaurant onsite was good. Close access to Ft Jackson Gate 2.

The hotel was good. Great location. Right off the freeway. Many stores and restaurants close by. Very clean. Appears to have been recently updated. Staff was pleasant. Fitness area met my needs. Negatives: The AC in the room was really loud. Had to turn the tv way up to hear over it. The ice maker on our floor didnt work causing us to search different floors. The price dropped significantly upon arrival, $70/night cheaper. The hotel front desk said they couldnt help me since I booked on a third party site. I waited until I got back home to call hotels.com and they said there is nothing they can do since the reservation is done. Annoyed, I could have saved $140 but lesson learned, check the price before arrival to make adjustments if needed.

Excellent customer service. Easy to get to the front and great disable parking. They let me borrow a wheelchair.

My overnight stay was great! The room felt clean and comfy. There was a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel and it was really good as well. I would definitely recommend and visit this hotel again. The staff was also super friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit.

The pool was under renovation and there were exposed wires in the shower that made it usable

Beautiful hotel & the staff was warm, friendly & helpful. Also, the fitness room was large with a nice variety of equipment. Nice rooms.

Hotel is in a bad area lots of drug use, one elevator broken, ice machine broken, ceiling repairs above our show appears to have a black substance possibly black mold

I was greeted by a super friendly young lady behind the desk. Was checked in quickly and bonus was Mexican restaurant at hotel so we didn’t have to travel to find a restaurant.

Everything was good only problem was the bathroom tub/shower was nasty the tub had what appeared to be blood and it was on the shower wall as well the shower curtain liner had mold on it thankfully I had Clorox to wash it down

They need to make sure all the rooms the book are cleaned and stocked. I arrived checked in on one visit and the room was dirty. Second time bathroom not cleaned or stocked.

Very clean and quiet

We booked our room in advance so we could attend our granddaughter’s graduation at USC. When we arrived and checked in everyone at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the service at that point was very good. We went to room after traveling several hours and unpacked. After unpacking everything I was resting on the right side of the king bed. Shortly after my wife finished unpacking her things she decided to rest as well before meeting our kids for dinner. Once she laid down to rest she ask if I had spilled something on the bed and I said no. She got up and all of her backside was wet. We looked up to see if anything leaking from ceiling but the ceiling was fine. We got up and removed the sheets back and was just disgusted what we saw. There was about a 20-22 inch diameter of soaking pee in the middle of the bed. I called the front desk and they immediately had me a key for another room. We did receive an apology. We had to repack, move, and unpack again at that point. We were late for dinner with our children. Then after returning that night we had to take a shower. My wife had to take a cold shower because the shower stayed cold for over 10 minutes. We tried to check out the next morning but couldn’t because all the computers were down. I never received a final invoice. I’m 69 years old and was Corporate HR Director and traveled a lot. This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered!!! We had to pay double the normal price…..for what???????

Hotel very clean and staff very nice

Room wasn’t very clean. There was a hard toothpick left in the bathroom floor and no trash bags in trash cans. Floor turned my feet black

Room was dirty with stains on the walls and even ceiling. There was also mold. The sink was filled with dirty water and it looks as those there were spills on the floor. The guy at the desk was not concerned with any of our issues. The hotel looks nice on the outside. Don’t let it fool you. Worst Marriott we have ever stayed at .

We have some Cockroaches on the first room they give us. That was very nasty and scared. After they gave us another room everything was fine.

The staff was courteous and professional; however, when I arrived to my room, I discovered a dirty towel on the floor under the sink. There was also hair in the tub.

The staff was very friendly in the front desk. The room wasn’t clean properly. Leftover drink found in the fridge also no trash bags in the trash can. I think the housekeeper and the inspector didn’t check the room. Over all it was good.

The water pressure was horrible. room 430 had no water pressure. had to stand right under the shower head

This hotel has everything except a microwave in the room.

It’s a good 3-star hotel, front desk staff friendly and efficient. Miss Kimmy and Miss Kayla are particularly excellent at their roles. Rooms - both standard and suites - are spacious and very modern. Very high standard of cleanliness is evident in both of the rooms and all of the public areas. I have never tried the restaurant. Here are some suggestions: 1. The floors are hard surface in every room; they should be mopped every day, not merely swept. 2. It is a long way from the front desk to the elevator bank up to the rooms; minimum, there should be more than one or two baggage carts available at the front door. These are suggestions; overall very high marks for this property,

1st room, dirty stained linen on both beds, dirty toilet seat, stained face cloths. Requested new linens, ended up going to the front desk about it. Switched rooms, face cloths still stained dirty, bedframes had spilled remnants on it and on the floor, DISGUSTING. 2 Train horns surprised us in the middle of the night, plus highway traffic noise! Staff was nice.

Awakened after midnight by loud people in the hallway. The adjoining room the played the t.v. at very high volume until 3:30 am. Then as if that wasn’t enough, their alarm went off at 4:45 am and sounded for eight minutes before being silenced. The hotel was nice and very clean. The guest in the next room were terrible.

The rooms don’t have microwave.

Hotel looks beautiful and really love how minimalistic, open and clean the rooms are. Would definitely come back

The hotel is nice, yes but the customer service needs some serious help. They mixed up our rooms, claimed my card didn't work and had horrible attitude but I proved they did charge my card for the $75 dollar deposit that isn't mentioned

I did not get my refund of 75$ after 10 business days it has been more than 10 business days and no refund

Was an ok stay for 3 days. On day 2 our keys stopped working with our items inside the room and found out the lock itself. Took an hour of sitting in the hall to get us in with a master key. Kimmie at the front desk was awesome and refunded that nights stay! Facility needs some help but most staff was awesome!

Didn’t have the room I reserved, staff was rude and charged extra after our room was “unavailable” Then person behind me was able to get a king room, and had not pre booked. Bathroom sink was broken, bar falling off shower and TV remote not functional. For $275.00 it was absolutely terrible. I expect more from a Marriott.

When checking in Tara was very nice and made us feel very Welcome on Friday.... The food was grate The service Anton from the bar was great as well.... Checked out Sunday and Cauntrrey hopefully I spelled her name correct was grate as well very nice and friendly..... Yes this is a place to stay and yes I will book again if we come to South Carolina

Staff were so friendly! Front desk and Housekeeping both went out of their way to help me when they saw me struggling to carry my luggage and my daughter at the same time. I’m thankful to all of them for the extra help. The room was clean and comfy! Will stay again in the future!

Wonderful front desk personnel

I requested to check out a day early, spoke to the front desk in regards to the issue. I was assured I’d receive a call from the manager to sort everything out. I never received a call, e mail or anything. So here’s the scoop. I had to request towels after housekeeping came in the room despite the don’t disturb sign being up. They took all our towels (that were hung up) and didn’t replace them. Took the garbage, left no bags. I had to go to the front desk twice to request towels. Upon taking a shower the next morning, I noticed an uninvited guest. After cooler searching the pic, it was a louse! As in head lice! Stay at your own risk!

Check the rooms had problems with the rooms. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She gave us two new rooms right away and everything worked out and everything was good in the room.

This property is next to the interstate making it easy in and easy out. The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

This is hotel was nice and clean. Loved that they had a restaurant connected. It was good. Try to stay on the back side of the hotel (odd numbers?) to reduce the traffic noise.

Very nice day and very convenient and close to Fort Jackson. Which was important to us because we are a military family.

It was nice to be close to the interstate but you are also close to a busy street with a gas station and ect which made sleeping at night hard. Staff were very nice. Room ...toliet seat was due for replacing. Other than that my stay was nice.

Check in was fast and easy and the rooms were clean. The bartender in the attached restaurant was incredibly rude and unfortunately that is what I will remember the most.

Very nice lobby and room. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no complimentary breakfast.

My stay was nice. The hotel was clean. Staff was great. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact they didn’t have any type of breakfast available. I’m use to grabbing coffee and/or a muffin or fruit. ..it was also quiet
