Room was nice. Staff was nice. Hot tub was in horrible condition, unusable. We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Disappointed. Shower was lukewarm.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Sauna was not working properly; does not get very hot. Hot tub not working at that time. Pool was fantastic. On the first floor, I loved the porch onlooking the pool, peaceful. No breakfast but coffee is available. Staff friendly and kind. Enjoyed my stay overall.

This hotel has been remodeled/updated in the rooms so the rooms are nice. Ours was clean and bed was very comfortable. Fitness room, however, was terrible. Equipment is older and not maintained. Do NOT use the treadmill unless you want to get hurt. . Staff was very nice.

It’s a modern, family run hotel. The room was nice, and it’s in a quiet area, just not a ton to do. The gym was open 24 hours, but almost every machine was broken and the dumbbells were lacking in variety. It was also connected to the hot tub(24 hours as well), which meant you often workout to the sounds of loud music from other guests and splashing. This also makes the gym humid, not ideal.

We've stayed here three times this year, traveling to CA and back. The hotel is clean, management staff friendly. We love that the rooms feature a real step-in shower, although they need to quit giving bars of soap and little squeeze bottles - upgrade to dispensers. There are dining venues right there and others convenient in the city. The area seems fairly safe for parking. The only down side: there's no elevator. So those with limited mobility must engage a room on the first floor.

Property sits right along the freeway, so it's pretty noisy. The room was clean with the exception of all the dirt under the bed. All of the lighting in the room uses harsh "daylight" type bulbs, rather than a "soft-white color lamp. The staff were all friendly and professional. They responded to requests for additional towels, blankets quickly and efficiently. Overall, my visit was adequate, but wouldn't stay there again.

The outside of the hotel is very unassuming, but our room was immaculate. Loved sitting on the cute little balcony overlooking the courtyard while we enjoyed the crisp night air. Check in and check out we’re both very easy. Parking was not assigned so it was a bit of achallenge to find parking.

The room was really nice. However it was very loud. Other guests talking, screaming and letting doors slam woke me up all night. And it’s right in the highway. Add some earplugs and it would be great.

Had lots of Pros: Clean big room with k bed, 2 armchairs, desk, low cabinets to put luggage & shoes on, lots of plugs, microwave, and fridge. rectangle shower and good water pressure. We had second floor with small balcony and 2 comfy chairs and table. We enjoyed jacuzzi, water filter by lobby, and FREE coffee/chocolate/water machine. Tea would be good. Good location if your traveling around and near flagstaff, right off freeway exit. And near Sam’s club. Also, one of the better priced hotels for days we came. Cons: Hotel felt like a motel trying to be hotel. Rooms were plain, could use colored wall, wallpaper, something to liven it up. Lobby carpet and stairs were looked grubby and needed some work and replacement. No elevator made hauling luggage a bit difficult. Bed was bit uncomfortable for me and my husband. The bed would prevent us from coming back. Not the worst but not great for our backs. Also no breakfast, but we knew, just would be nice.

The worst sleep of your life. Was assigned room 251. At first things seemed ok, nothing exceptional, but a good room for a decent price. We didn't use any of the amenities, which seemed, at least at a glance, to be ok. All we wanted was a shower and bed for the night before snowboarding. The shower was nice, similar to a La Quinta or Hilton. The beds were awful, hard as a rock with absolutely no give and the pillows were paper thin. The freeway is clear as day coming through the single panel windows and the AC unit is incredibly loud. Had we checked in earlier we would've looked for a refund to go elsewhere. Maybe an hour of sleep at best.

Not a great experience with the front desk. Gal who checked me in chose to argue about the pet fee which I had received an email two days prior that it was $35 one time plus tax. Even after I showed her on the phone she was snippy. The hot tub was broken. The part never came in and it was never fixed as promised before I left. Judging by the color of the water and tiles it had not been fixed for months. The ice container had the plastic liner still in it from the last guest. When I took it up front to get a new liner and have it cleaned I had to call the front desk twice. It wax 1/4 mile round trip from my room to the desk . No coffee maker in the rooms - who does that. The fob to the side door stuck several times for multiple guests. I had to report that too. For a pet fee- the pet area is across the parking lot - all gravel - no grass. And the restaurant is not on premises. This is good for one overnight stay. It is remodeled . The rooms are vinyl plank flooring so no pet urine smell which was awesome and it was an updated room. Better customer service and coffeemaker in the room would have given it a higher rating. Lower your pet fees and don’t argue with guests.

We had a great time, check in was super easy and the front desk clerk was very helpful. When we got there, our first thought was that it was an older hotel. But it has been updated and we were very impressed with everything.

The hotel it’s self was average. My issue was with the staff. First they told me I didn’t have a reservation. Then the next time I called back with the reservation number they did have the reservation. I asked for adjoining rooms and I was told I’d need to call the day of my reservation for that. I called the day of and I was told they don’t have adjoining rooms. When I arrived I was told there weren’t any adjoining rooms available. Then the manager came and told me they don’t have any adjoining rooms on property. All of the staff were telling me different things. Then they tried to charge me more than they were supposed to. Fortunately they changed the price to match what my itinerary. When we went to check out, the manager was standing awkwardly outside my room just staring at me. It was very uncomfortable and weird. Then after an awkward silence of him staring at me he asked if I was checking out. Check out wasn’t for two more hours. The whole experience was frustrating and then creepy. I will not stay at this hotel again and I suggest nobody else stay there either.

Then the next time I called back with the reservation number they did have the reservation. I asked for adjoining rooms and I was told I’d need to call the day of my reservation for that. I called the day of and I was told they don’t have adjoining rooms. When I arrived I was told there weren’t any adjoining rooms available. Then the manager came and told me they don’t have any adjoining rooms on property. All of the staff were telling me different things. Then they tried to charge me more than they were supposed to. Fortunately they changed the price to match what my itinerary. When we went to check out, the manager was standing awkwardly outside my room just staring at me. It was very uncomfortable and weird. Then after an awkward silence of him staring at me he asked if I was checking out. Check out wasn’t for two more hours. The whole experience was frustrating and then creepy. I will not stay at this hotel again and I suggest nobody else stay there either.

We've stayed here three times this year, traveling to CA and back. The hotel is clean, management staff friendly. We love that the rooms feature a real step-in shower, although they need to quit giving bars of soap and little squeeze bottles - upgrade to dispensers. There are dining venues right there and others convenient in the city. The area seems fairly safe for parking. The only down side: there's no elevator. So those with limited mobility must engage a room on the first floor.

Dirty Birdies restaurant next door is a quick walk and your basic no frills sports bar but good service and food was good. Free breakfast at the hotel was pretty basic so we didn’t even partake. Just small pastries, fruit and cereal and milk. Great location near the main freeways in Flagstaff.

Last hotel of a 2 week western canyon sister trip before returning home. It was in a busy location & wasn’t sure how the stay would be but we were pleasantly surprised and pleased. Young gal that checked us in was very nice. Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Had been updated, but No wall art which was surprising as the lobby had beautiful metal art pictures of various canyons. We stayed 3 nights. There was no breakfast served but you could go to the bar/restaurant next door and they served breakfast along with other foods. It’s a very loud, busy bar but great friendly staff and good food. Each evening we had dinner there. It was convenient. Hotel parking was Not ample but it worked out. Would choose this hotel again.

VERY convenient walk within the parking lot to Dirty Bird restaurant / bar with good food breakfast lunch dinner. Other restaurants within walking distance across the street. Liked the hotel. It is at a convenient location if you want to visit Grand Canyon and Sedona almost in the middle. Couldn’t use their Sauna, gym or pool but they have all of these. Their coffee machine does have a lot of options to choose from and it was complimentary.

We stayed here for one night with the family for a soccer tournament. It was very conveniently located off of the freeway. My kids especially loved the free cookies in the lobby. The room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and parking was very easy to navigate I would recommend this for families.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. It was nice to walk around barefoot and not have the bottom of my feet or even my socks be black. We have found our permanent place to stay when we visit Arizona. We have family & friends in the Phoenix area and will commute from Flagstaff the day we wish to visit just to stay at the Elev8. Highly recommend 150%.

The pool was closed for the summer and unfortunately the hot tub broke down over the holiday weekend. But everything else was absolutely excellent!! Great staff! Many choices for the coffee and creamers! Nice snack area! In hey those hot chocolate chip cookies are great!!
