Good clean hotel. Beds very hard. Always queues for dining room. Mad rush for sunloungers Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner.

Hotel was clean but parking not good.

Établissement trop bruyant, l’état des chambres désirer , ménage mal fait, qualité de la nourriture médiocre ! Trop de mondes ! Personnel pas souriant ! Les douches au bord de la piscine ne fonctionne pas, une queue monstre pour avoir un transat

Toutes est génial sauf le parking non disponible Il faut chercher un endroit où stationner et ça peut prendre plusieurs heures pour trouver une place non sécurisée.

The hotel was good value for the price I paid (which was extremely low) . If you don’t expect luxury it is fine. The positive: -It was extremely clean, which is hard for the volume of people -The rooms are sparkling new as if they have been refurbished yesterday - it was crazy cheap - the location was amazing. You could reasonably walk to port Aventura , it is only 6 minutes more than their own hotel The bad: -the food quality in the dinner was very poor. Not that it seemed old, just greasy and mostly stews (but the price was so ridiculously low that I purchased it as a contingency if I was too tired to to go out) -the elevators were dark, small and in bad shape , with graffiti in them -I had to park on the street because their parking was full and it was not easy to do so Overall I would go back but with realistic expectations

I didn’t like being told on check in that the hotel only had two floors open I asked for top floor. Too many school kids too. No warmth in rooms AC cold only. Food was lovely but too many people in restaurant couldn’t hear for the noise. Gym not working and €25 a week for safety box.

El hotel en general esta bien,acorde a su nivel.El gran fallo es que las habitaciones las limpian muy tarde(14:30-15:00)y muy por encima.Estuvimos con dos bebes de 20 meses,y la mayoria de los dias no pudieron echar su siesta en la habitacion,con el calor que hacia,encontrando sitios para descansar.La comida genial,zumo natural en el desayuno.Tostadas hechas a la brasa,y tortillas al momento en la plancha,igual que las carnes y pescados.La piscina saturada,todas las hamacas ocupadas desde las 9 de la mañana.Aun asi,nos parecio muy comoda la piscina infantil

Very good customer service, helped out a lot with directions and suggestions in the area, along with getting a taxi to Reus. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was a massive buffet and was worth the extra few dollars. Also there were no language barriers and it is a great place for English-speaking tourists. Only knock was the elevators were not in good shape.

El área de alberca un poco deteriorada

The Belvedere is a nice hotel. However, the rooms are very small, plus the sliding bathroom door doesnt give much privacy. Also when booking, I requested a low floor, but on arrival we were put on the top floor! The pool was nice, and great for the kids with a couple of slides to keep them entertained. The food was good and plentyful.

A good 3 star hotel very clean and staff friendly

In conclusion, I recommend the Hotel. Our experience with the full board service and food was very good. The hotel's location is also ideal, being in close proximity to both the sea and PortAventura. The only notable drawback was the room cleaning service, which only involved changing the bedsheets and lacked thorough cleaning. Additionally, we had to remind the staff multiple times to replenish soaps and shampoos.

We booked this hotel through hotels.com as it stated check-in was from 12 noon. We arrived with our baby needing changing, feeding and to sleep, only to be told check-in is 2 o clock. They didn’t seem to care that they were incorrectly advertising check-in time as 12 - it still says 12 on hotels.com. They didn’t try to accommodate us either, just got told we could leave our luggage. Pretty poor customer service. When we finally got the room, it wasn’t bad. Small, but 2 large beds which was nice. It was fairly modern, but not the cleanest. When walking barefoot you could feel the dirt on the floor on your feet. There was a yellow blob of what looked like kids play slime on the wall for the duration of our stay - 1 week. A bit grim. There was a dead hornet on our bathroom floor until the day before we left. I know I could easily have moved it, but it served as a good indicator as to how poor the cleaning was. The food, choice and service in the restaurant was pretty decent. We always managed to find something we liked. They have food being prepared freshly in front of you, which is nice. The pool, both adult and kids weren’t bad, but busy and not the cleanest. There was a plastic Ohtels beaker floating in the middle of the slide in the kids pool all week, and the sides of the adult pool weren’t very clean. The doors to the pool area are locked until 10 then there’s a mad rush for beds. Crazy. For the money, this hotel isn’t bad at all, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Mitigé ! Alors parfait pour l’emplacement pour ceux qui veulent se rendre à Port Aventura, beaucoup de place de parking devant l’hôtel. Assez propre dans l’ensemble, hormis la poussière sous les lits… Nous avons passé deux nuits agréables par contre la troisième nuit nous sommes tombés sur un bus d’adolescents qui n’ont pas arrêtés de courir, crier et claquer et toquer aux portes jusqu’à 3 heures du matin, un enfer pourtant je suis tolérante, mais là personne n’intervient… impossible de contacter la réception, il y a un téléphone dans la chambre mais pas branché et pas de prise téléphonique… Sans parler du personnel qui traîne les chaises de l’extérieur pendants 20 minutes à 23h30 en faisant un raffut d’enfer assez incroyable pour la tranquillité des occupants. J’ai même une vidéo, cela me semble être du jamais vu.. Du coup un peu refroidi par la fin du séjour…

Booked via hotel.com booked a room with 3 beds, received email confirmation of 3 bed room, on arrival hotel stated they don’t do 3 beds per room ( they used to prior covid ) 2 beds was not suitable for a teenage child and 2 adults, forced to them pay full price for an additional room and the hotel were not bothered in the slightest that the website advertises 3 bed in a room and it’s not what you receive. Staff are rude and talk about you in Spanish, food choices are poor who wants to eat last nights carrots for breakfast, hardly any fresh fruit in the morning, needs to be more to cater for then size of the hotel. Overall very limited choices & under cooked pancakes in the morning. We couldn’t eat there for the rest of the stay. Rooms look nice since modernisation, but they are not cleaned well, hair and dirt accumulated in bathroom. After being out all day, domestics left room door open and on day of departure I was getting dressed and a member of staff walked in an hour before we had to leave. This hotel used to be a really family friendly hotel in which we used to love coming too. I would not stay at this hotel in the future.

Chambre très sale. Sol poussiéreux et je ne vous parle même pas de sous le lit ! Les murs sont très sales ! L’ameublement est dégradé. Le personnel n’était pas très aimable. Notamment au restaurant. L’eau de la piscine est trouble et rempli de cheveux La nourriture est peu variée il faut toujours faire la queue pour aller manger.

Ohtels belvedere er et godt hotel med de fasiliteter man normalt trenger. Som de fleste hotel i sør-europa er det ikke brukt for mye innsats på forbedret støy og akustikkforhold. Sengene er harde og dyna er et tynt laken- Frokosten er bra - men kapasiteten på de tre kaffemaskinene er litt snau. Det burde vært egen seperat tank for Tevann og svart kaffe utover kaffemaskinene. Alt i alt et godt hotel som jeg gjerne besøker igjen

Nous sommes partis en famille à 4. Avec deux enfants de 18 ans et 11 ans. Au niveau des commodités, l'hôtel se situe à proximité de la plage et des boutiques ainsi que Port Aventura. Concernant les repas, nous étions en demi-pension, petits déjeuner et dîner en buffet, beaucoup de choix et pour tous les goûts. La piscine est agréable, des transats disponibles et un snack. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Seul bémol, la chambre est un peu petite mais suffisante pour un court séjour. Des animations sont proposées tous les jours.

Muy bien ubicado para ir a Portaventura andando y al centro también. La comida bien, la animación muy bien y la habitación rehabilitada, muy bien

The Belvedere is a nice hotel. However, the rooms are very small, plus the sliding bathroom door doesnt give much privacy. Saw lots of negative reviews before arriving yes the rooms are slightly small but both beds were larger than an average single so take that into account . We stayed half board, the breakfast wasn’t great but the lunch was better. If we went back it would be room only as there are lots of restaurants nearby especially the grapevine that did a fantastic breakfast. Location wise the hotel was good with a 10 min walk to the front .

El hotel en general su estado, servicio, instalaciones, ubicación y comida, todo excelente. Habitaciones un poco angostas deberían ser un poco más amplias, en la habitación apenas se podía caminar entre las camas y la pared. Lo que si no me gustó es lo difícil no decir casi imposible de conseguir estacionamiento en el área donde está el hotel por la concentración de hoteles en el área.

We have just returned from our stay and we really enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Raymond on the animation team , they are so nice and friendly,the rooms are clean and nicely equipped, the beds are a bit firm . Food was nice and plentiful, in all a great place to stay , oh and pool is lovely but very cold .

Lovely property, great rooms - amazing pool. VERY standard food options and the bar was not very atmospheric. The staff I met were lovely though and really wanted us to relax. Concierge and management were completely the opposite though and very rude, even at check in. I’d go back just for the staff and the guests we met who come year on year - I would eat outside though

Groot hotel aan de rand van Salou, maar dicht genoeg bij het centrum om er in 10-15 minuten naartoe te lopen. Groot met leuk zwembad en terras met diverse bars.

Personnel gentil, disponible et efficace. Restauration : variée et bonne. Petit bémol : avenue passante avec des fêtards nocturnes. Mais bon, on est en Espagne

Ce sejour etait parfait. Rapport qualite prix on ne peut pas mieux faire. Le buffet un delice et varie chaque jour. Chambres spacieuses et modernes, literie confortable. Services proposés au top : piscine, spa ... Situation de l'hotel excellent : a 15minutes des parcs d'attraction et de la mer. A 5 minutes de tous les commerces. Quartier bien animé mais non bruyant pour passer une bonne nuit au calme.

Booked this hotel as it represented great value for a short trip to PortAventura theme park. Perfectly situated only a 15 minute walk from the park, and only 5-10 minutes to the beachfront. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, full board buffet style was ideal for the stay, with plenty options locally for a change of scenery.

Hotel muy bueno, destacaría la comida. Cómo crítica, las colas para acceder al comedor, aunque iba rápida la gestión.
