Moyenne de 3 étoiles, service tout inclus très flou, un coup sur deux il faut payer en supplément. Globalité du personnel assez désagréable. Point positif pour la piscine. Je mets une étoile supplémentaire pour la prise en charge remarquable de mon enfant blessé.

Reservé una habitación para 3 personas, una de ellas es un menor, pero mide 1,80cm con lo que LA LITERA INFANTIL ERA -RÍDICULA- para él. La recepcionista debería haberse dado cuento de ello... y no darnos una habitación así. Además de estar en el edificio ARMADILLO que está en el extremo más alejado de TODO. El mobiliario muy viejo y sucio. Y el aire acondicionado INEXISTENTE con la calor que hacía... no habíamos sudado tanto en un hotel en LA VIDA!!! Mi hijo y mi marido con las camisetas totalmente mojadas!. Optamos abrir la ventana, que aunque estábamos a 30º se estaba mejor. Lo mejor de la estancia, la piscina y el restaurante (el personal del restaurante muy amable). Por el precio que pagué por una noche, sinceramente, he dormido en hoteles de 5 estrellas que no tienen comparación. No repetiré en este hotel.

Oppholdet på Hotel El Paso var skuffende. Rommene fremstår gamle og uoppdaterte, og vårt første rom hadde tydelig mugglukt. Vi fikk heldigvis byttet rom, men standarden var fortsatt enkel. Buffeten var under forventning. Mye av maten var kald eller lunken, og varmelampene virket ikke. Enkle barneretter måtte varmes i en mikrobølgeovn i spisesalen. Utvalget var lite variert, og flere retter manglet smak. All Inclusive fungerte dårlig i praksis. Det var få ansatte som kunne ta imot bestillinger på alkohol, og på kveldstid var kun én bar åpen. Dette skapte lange køer, og mange gjester bestilte flere drinker samtidig for å slippe å stå i kø igjen, noe som økte ventetiden ytterligere. Parken har gode attraksjoner, og flere ventetider var kortere enn oppgitt. Kveldsshowet var underholdende, men paraden hadde gjentakende musikk som virket lite gjennomtenkt. Totalopplevelsen var preget av utdatert standard, svak matkvalitet og lite effektiv All Inclusive‑håndtering.

Airhockeyn var trasig och biljard/fotbollsspelet var slitet, ac funkade lite halvt, blåste men väldigt sakta så det var varmt i rummet fast vi hade på kallaste och högsta blås. Övrigt var jättesmidigt med tivoli så nära.

Avoid at all costs. It’s criminal to think they’re passing themselves off as 4 stars. More like 0 stars. Over an hour to check in. 95% of the “plants” are fake. Room is in disrepair. Our mattresses were dilapidated and I’m not exaggerating. The leaned at a 45 degree angle and it felt like sleeping on rocks. Walls are paper thin. And the domestic at 1:30-2AM did not help matters. No A/C in the lobby, hallways or restaurants. A/C broken in rotating rooms. Ours was — told staff at 5pm, they put a card in the room to keep the broken a/c running. It was over 30 degrees when we came back at 11:30pm. Had to ask repeatedly in order to change rooms (they wanted to send someone in the morning — like I’m paying to sleep in an oven?!). If you go “all inclusive” nearly everything has an up charge—does not exist. The food is abysmal. Think: theme park food at the worst US theme park imaginable. Huge let down. Even the guests were rude. Oh and plan on bringing your own towels—they only give you 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person—no extras—and do not supply pool towels. There are ZERO amenities like a shower cap or even complimentary bottled water in the room. No mini bar. And the hotel cafe/bars don’t open until 5pm. This place is a total dump. PortAventura is great, but not at the expense of staying here. AVOID.
