Hotel Samos

The only thing ok was the room After I made the booking I realized I booked one day early . Within 3 min I contacted Expedia to help me fix the booking and as always failed me . I showed up at the hotel after a long journey exhausted and my booking was canceled . 😡 had to pay more by rebooking there . the front desk guy and pretty all of the staff not friendly at all . Really weird place . The food is at best edible .. I got there and also was told the hotel was closing on 10/31/ 22 so in the end I had to move hotels . Would never return or refer Expedia to anyone .. Expedia messed my booking up I’m the past .while ago .I decided to give it another try . And I regret doing so .

A good clean cheapish hotel, walking distance to the beach. Food is pretty good.

First off the breakfast included was terrible. The bread was white and had no texture at all. The scrambled eggs was overcooked and smelled funny. The juice also smelled weird, almost as it was overdue. The rooms looked way nicer on the pictures than in real life. The aircondition was leaking so a technitian had to come three times. One time he forgot some tools in the bathroom and we told the cleaning ladies two times but they didn\'t understand and just let the tools lay there. So I had to take them out myself. The cleaning lady also didnt come one dayeven though we took out the "please clean" note. I don\'t understand how this hotel has 4 stars at all. Its not that great. Since this hotel has 9/10 on this site we had high expectations that was not filled to the slightest. There are only young british who comes here and they make lots of noises in the hallways at night. The worst thing about our stay was the constant smell outside in the streets. Smells like piss, tobacco and puke. Anywhere you go in Magaluf this smell is with you. I\'m so relieved to be back home and to enjoy a decent meal. Not worth the money! I would rate this 3/10 but will give it 1/10 because of its absolutely underserving 9/10 general score.

The hotel had great amenities and activities on the property as well as close to public transit stops to get around the area. The pool area was great and the room had an amazing view. There were plumbing issues when we first arrived so staff were in our room when we got there but were quickly resolved. Overall the hotel was very nice and a great get away.
