Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Verschiedene Pools für nur Erwachsene für Kinder und Animation. Das fand ich super. Das Frühstück war super, relativ gute Auswahl und Abwechslung. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht das die Liegen am Strand nicht extra kosten. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was ich super fand: wir waren sehr früh im Hotel, bis zum Check in hatten wir die Möglcihkeit in einem seperaten Raum zu duschen und für den Pool umzuziehen, bis das Zimmer fertig war. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen.

The hotel was fine and well maintained. However, as the facilities were shared with the sister hotel, it was very busy at the pool. We never got to use any of the pools in our hotel as the loungers were taken all day. Very annoying. The service and most of the staff were terrible. From the front desk right throughout the hotel. Breakfast was fine but very unhealthy. I have never seen jars of sweets left out in a buffet breakfast. All the food was was sugar laden unfortunately. Hard when travelling with children. Everything seemed to be an effort with staff. Very, very unhelpful and unfriendly. Very disappointing. The only good point was Dani who worked the breakfast service. Lovely young lad. Really friendly, kind and helpful. Best part of the holiday. The rest of the staff could learn respect for customers from Dani. I didnt like the pushiness of the staff trying to sign me up for repeat Melia business. Really off putting. I will not be returning.

Everything was good about the property except you need to pay for the beach chairs which is 10 Euros and 3 Euros for the umbrellas and the company which charges you at the beach is quite nasty and rude when you asked him why should we pay for the chairs and got angry and used bad words! That was quite a bad taste in my mouth! But staff were quite quick, helpful and friendly I give the staff 10 stars!

Great hotel at the great location, staff is very helpful and polite. Food is varied and tasty at the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like - paid Sun beds at the hotel designed area at the beach, too expensive, 15 euros per person or 60 for Bali bed. Anyway, the overall experience was very good.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area. The breakfast is great. My only con is the parking. The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area.

Hotel und Pool Bereich sind recht schön, Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig. ABER es war sehr nervig, dass andauernd Leute vom Headoffice gäste angesprochen haben um zusatzvorteile gegen Vorträge anzudrehen. Auch beim 5. nein waren sie aufdringlich und beharrlich. Das zweite war der Mangel an Sonnenschirmen. Die wenigen die es gab waren bereits um 6:00 mit Handtüchern blockiert. Zu guter letzt, es ist sehr laut im Hotel. Im Zimmer hört man jede Bewegung am Gang, im Pool Bereich dröhnt ständig laute Musik, sei es vom benachbarten beachclub oder durch die aquagym

Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok.. die Lage ist super! Ich empfehle ein Level-Zimmer, der Service umfasst gratis Softgetränke, separaten Frühstücksraum und Liegen am Meer, welche von anderen Gästen nicht genutzt werden können. Frühstück dürfte insgesamt etwas grössere Auswahl haben. Die zusätzlich per Karte zu bestellenden Frühstücksoptionen sind leide4 nicht sehr speziell und auch nicht mit sonderlich viel Liebe angerichtet. Service des Personals war super und sehr zuvorkommend.

Var där de sista 4 nätterna innan de stängde för säsongen vilket märktes att de tagit ut i förskott med usel städning vid poolen, flera pooler stängda, trasiga möbler…. Väldigt lyhört så blev väckt av städerskorna tidigt varje morgon när dom högljudda i korridorerna & drog städvagnarna på stengolven… Men bra frukost & bra (lugnare) läge för Magaluf.

This was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The Level upgrade was worth every penny; the room was spotless and had a great view, was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The Level check in more than exceeded our expectations - truthfully I don’t think I have ever received such a warm and genuine welcome. The Level amenities - private pool, dining space - were a really nice perk. The food available throughout the day and the happy hour met most of our dietary needs, although we did occasionally venture out for more diverse meals. Meliá Magaluf set a very high bar for us and we will definitely be back!

The alcohol was bad , the walls are so thin that we couldn’t sleep at night because so much noise ! Overall the pool was cold the beach water was cold I just didn’t like it at all ! Even the food was not good .. the rooms and hotel was clean

We traveled over for 24hrs hopping to have a room ready but they made us wait more than 4 hrs, my bathroom was durty , the safe did not work and the room smell like methan gas, putried, we complain dayly but they kept saying that they call us but when they did we were already out for the day, very disappointed

Nice view, sadly it was mostly blocked by a tree, evem though we were had a level floor room. Staff all vety pleasant, but sadly there was no comsierge to help with recomendations for the area. Fantastic bathroom toiletries.

Denied access to room till 1530 despite checkin posted for 3pm. Priority girl ignored me. Requested minibar cleared - took 5 1/2 hours. Requested bar and restaurant menus but told to use qr code on tv. After 2 days realised there were many qr codes! So because reception staff so unhelpful chose to spend my money elsewhere. If hotel wants to increase revenue, just put info on room, or have printed copies for those who ask….and send reception staff on customer training. Breakfast buffet was lovely and restaurant staff fabulous. Overworked on 24 April due to conference bookings. Hotel runs a 2 tier service with higher level being treated as human and lower level dismissed as scum. Hence I do not recommend and I will never stay in another Melia again! My email complaint to reception after 5 attempts to get my mini bar emptied went unanswered, which highlighted how little they valued my custom. Also Wi-Fi kept dropping out so had to rejoin over 20 times again. Guess the Level guests got better Wi-Fi connectivity. Felt like every effort made to force guests to choose The level option next booking but management need to know that this strategy will alienate many clients. Duvet on bed but no duvet cover….go figure. Sheet underneath and sheet on top that both get so tangled up in the night…..bonkers. Gym and pool lovely. Hotel spoilt by dismissive reception staff and left feeling sterile and pretentious. Not for me and they could do so much better.

Séjour en demi-teinte , chambre avec vue mais au 1er étage du coup pas de vue, supplément parking payé 30euros annoncé 10euros , pour un parking de 10 places sachant que l’hôtel a plus de 300 chambres. Petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30 mais à 10h30 pile il retire tout. Piscine avec tous transats de réservé. Chambre correct mais mal assonorisé, on entends chaque passage dans le couloir. La réception est plutôt sympathique et aidante

The room was standard slightly smaller than expected but big enough for a couple. Breakfast was very good and the pool facilities and proximity to the beach and the strip were a real asset. My only gripe was the ‘gift’ we were told was at reception which turned out to be an invitation to be presented to about a proposition the Amelia hotel group had. I could have done without a sales pitch during my beach holiday.

Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok.. die Lage ist super! Ich empfehle ein Level-Zimmer, der Service umfasst gratis Softgetränke, separaten Frühstücksraum und Liegen am Meer, welche von anderen Gästen nicht genutzt werden können. Frühstück dürfte insgesamt etwas grössere Auswahl haben. Die zusätzlich per Karte zu bestellenden Frühstücksoptionen sind leide4 nicht sehr speziell und auch nicht mit sonderlich viel Liebe angerichtet. Service des Personals war super und sehr zuvorkommend.

Var där de sista 4 nätterna innan de stängde för säsongen vilket märktes att de tagit ut i förskott med usel städning vid poolen, flera pooler stängda, trasiga möbler…. Väldigt lyhört så blev väckt av städerskorna tidigt varje morgon när dom högljudda i korridorerna & drog städvagnarna på stengolven… Men bra frukost & bra (lugnare) läge för Magaluf.

This was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The Level upgrade was worth every penny; the room was spotless and had a great view, was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The Level check in more than exceeded our expectations - truthfully I don’t think I have ever received such a warm and genuine welcome. The Level amenities - private pool, dining space - were a really nice perk. The food available throughout the day and the happy hour met most of our dietary needs, although we did occasionally venture out for more diverse meals. Meliá Magaluf set a very high bar for us and we will definitely be back!

Resort was just okay considering the price. The breakfast buffet was pretty terrible as all of the food was incredibly bland and choices were limited. The first room they gave us had a view of the air conditioning unit and two twin beds despite having booked an ocean view room with a Queen bed. The staff was abundant and helpful and everything was clean and orderly but didn't have the luxurious amenities and feel I was hoping for that I've experienced at other Melia locations. Another positive is that is well located as it was walking distance from so many shops and restaurants which was great.

Marta was super helpful, friendly, and professional Some rooms were so so. Room 222 with "partial ocean view" was a view of the industrial roof top. We paid to upgrade to a better room, which was worth it for us. Pool hours are strictly enforced 10am-6pm on all pools. Outside pool water is cold, even in August. Inside, small pool is warmer. Much of the staff can be pretty snappy if you go outside the strict rules, such as trying to get your premium level free drink 2 minutes early, etc. Adrian and Marta were great, however.

Denied access to room till 1530 despite checkin posted for 3pm. Priority girl ignored me. Requested minibar cleared - took 5 1/2 hours. Requested bar and restaurant menus but told to use qr code on tv. After 2 days realised there were many qr codes! So because reception staff so unhelpful chose to spend my money elsewhere. If hotel wants to increase revenue, just put info on room, or have printed copies for those who ask….and send reception staff on customer training. Breakfast buffet was lovely and restaurant staff fabulous. Overworked on 24 April due to conference bookings. Hotel runs a 2 tier service with higher level being treated as human and lower level dismissed as scum. Hence I do not recommend and I will never stay in another Melia again! My email complaint to reception after 5 attempts to get my mini bar emptied went unanswered, which highlighted how little they valued my custom. Also Wi-Fi kept dropping out so had to rejoin over 20 times again. Guess the Level guests got better Wi-Fi connectivity. Felt like every effort made to force guests to choose The level option next booking but management need to know that this strategy will alienate many clients. Duvet on bed but no duvet cover….go figure. Sheet underneath and sheet on top that both get so tangled up in the night…..bonkers. Gym and pool lovely. We had a great stay! We especially enjoyed the easy beach access and the great Level services. In addition, both Tatyana on the Level floor and Jonathan at the front desk helped to make our stay excellent with incredible personalized service.

The staff and service is excellent! Check out and check in excellent. The Level is worth it. Staff work hard and are very accomodating and helpful. They responded to every issue rapidly. Canadians with families must visit. Excellent hotel for families!

Hotel und Pool Bereich sind recht schön, Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig. ABER es war sehr nervig, dass andauernd Leute vom Headoffice gäste angesprochen haben um zusatzvorteile gegen Vorträge anzudrehen. Auch beim 5. nein waren sie aufdringlich und beharrlich. Das zweite war der Mangel an Sonnenschirmen. Die wenigen die es gab waren bereits um 6:00 mit Handtüchern blockiert. Zu guter letzt, es ist sehr laut im Hotel. Im Zimmer hört man jede Bewegung am Gang, im Pool Bereich dröhnt ständig laute Musik, sei es vom benachbarten beachclub oder durch die aquagym

Took some time before some responded, and When the respons came it was yealling. No good experiance. The manager of the hotel asked for the room number after we came out of the elevator. No follow up or any other consecenses. And No apoloqises.

Property is located centrally with east access to Calvia beach and many restaurants. Boardwalk like strip that has shows and restaurants at your fingertips. Hotel provided beach towels with free exchange. Bars and restaurants on site. Great property and would recommend.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area. The breakfast is great. My only con is the parking. The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold her. Trivelige ansatte, rene rom, god mat, og flott beliggenhet. Vi hadde «The Level» oppgradering noe som var absolutt vert prisen om man ikke skal vøre der så lenge. Vi var der 5 dager. Brus på glass/vann/kaffe snacks med donut, kaker, godterier +++ var inklusive under hele oppholdet. Eneste jeg kan si noe på var at det var litt kjølig der vi spiste, men det kan ha med å gjøre at vi var der tidlig i sesongen. ANBEFALES PÅ DET VARMESTE. Ta turen innom Tom Browns rett ved (ved stranda). De har god mat, snakket bra engelsk, og har VELDIG mye forskjellig:-) Ps. Var litt mye bråk fra nabohotellet innimellom. Vi liker det litt rolig rundt oss da, men det er jo tross alt Magaluf;-)

This was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The Level upgrade was worth every penny; the room was spotless and had a great view, was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The Level check in more than exceeded our expectations - truthfully I don’t think I have ever received such a warm and genuine welcome. The Level amenities - private pool, dining space - were a really nice perk. The food available throughout the day and the happy hour met most of our dietary needs, although we did occasionally venture out for more diverse meals. Meliá Magaluf set a very high bar for us and we will definitely be back!

Resort was just okay considering the price. The breakfast buffet was pretty terrible as all of the food was incredibly bland and choices were limited. The first room they gave us had a view of the air conditioning unit and two twin beds despite having booked an ocean view room with a Queen bed. The staff was abundant and helpful and everything was clean and orderly but didn't have the luxurious amenities and feel I was hoping for that I've experienced at other Melia locations. Another positive is that is well located as it was walking distance from so many shops and restaurants which was great.

Overall the hotel and location were great, we did enjoy our time there. However, there were a couple items that spoiled our overall view of the Hotel. Prior to booking the trip, we read reviews and some mentioned being charged for the minibar even though they didn't use it. For that reason, we took photos of the minibar the day we arrived and again the day we left. It was untouched, yet we were charged for it after we left. In addition, we suspected that they were reusing food from the breakfast buffet and on our last day, we noticed that some of the bacon had actually spoiled. It had the distinct sour/sweet smell of spoiled meat.

Wir waren mit Kind in der Vorsaison dort. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wirklich ALLES hat gestimmt. Super Frühstück und sehr abwechslungsreiche Speisen am Abendbuffet, frisch gegrilltes Fleisch und frischer Fisch. Sehr freundliches und flottes Personal von der Rezeption, über die Etage bis zum Service. Es gibt überhaupt keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - aber außerhalb der Hochsaison, da soll es mutmaßlich sehr viel turbulenter und lauter sein. Genießt die Zeit in diesem schönen Hotel.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help. The food was delicious, fresh and offered a good variety. Absolutely beautiful hotel, great selection for breakfast. I had a mountain view which was stunning. I travelled alone for the first time ever and was apprehensive. Didn't need to be, the staff were accomodating and checked i was ok. Helped when my uber let me down. The beds in the rooms are the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I don’t sleep well but here i slept like a baby. Quiet in the morning is unusual in hotels but i couldn't hear any noise. I can't recommend it enough. You have everything from the views to the spa and the staff.. i went out of season so it may and probably will be a lot louder in season but i don't think this would put me off. I'm booking again for October 🙂
