Bra hotell med trevlig pool. Lite slitet och en liten bit bort från centrala Sitges.

Hotellet som har 4 stjärnor lever inte upp till det. Ganska slitet och relativt trångt rum. Balkong vette mot grannar i privat hus som hade en papegoja som skrek. Ett vattenfall på hotellet var också störande. Frukost och städningen var mycket bra.

Friendly reception staff at check in, quite a far walk to our room from the main building (we had to go underground through a tunnel to a conference centre and up to a satellite building - never seen anything like it!). If you have any ailments maybe ask for a room in the main building. The room was very rough around the edges, scuffed paintwork, chipped doors, water damaged bathroom etc) and absolutely zero noise insulation in the room. You could literally hear everyone in the hallways, other bedrooms, outside. If you like privacy/sleep this isn’t for you. Our room also overlooked a private villa so we had screaming kids right outside our room and with full visibility right into our room. The staff were pleasant enough but sometimes you would walk past reception and not even get a ‘hola’. The pool area was nice and spacious, probably the best feature of the hotel. This hotel definitely isn’t a 4 star, would be a 2 star at a push, but we got a great price on it. If it’s a bargain price I would say I’d stay again, but not at the ‘normal’ prices.
