Hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were ultra friendly, nothing was too much. Hotel is 30 minute to town, but getting the bikes from the hotel, made it really easy. Parking was great and safe at the back of the hotel. Nice pool and bathing area, as well as a well equipped gym.

It was a perfectly nice hotel but requires work and changes to be what would be a 5*. I was sold on the photos of lounging round the pool which is why I spent the £300 a night to find if I wanted the loungers round the pool I’d have to pay €150 a day each. That is insane to me. The breakfast choices were vast but you’d be lucky to find a clean cleared table to sit at. The main problem is the branding for the hotel curates luxury but the hotel doesn’t serve it. The hotel also has loungers on the beach but to use them you could have to pay €20. The experience didn’t reach the transcendence promised. If you’re reading this you’d probably go there and have a pleasant enough stay, but don’t expect lux.

A large, modern and welcoming hotel by the beautiful seafront of Sitges. There is a feeling of space in the lobby and the public areas are well-styled and softened with modern art and plants. The bar and restaurant both offer relaxation overlooking the sea. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with beautiful views from the terrace (I had a room on the 6th floor directly overlooking the sea). I would say the corridors are a bit more basic-looking than the public areas and lobby, but that wasn’t a problem. The spa was closed during my stay (November). It doesn’t state this on some booking sites, so just be aware out of season. Also, it isn’t very clear what all the various room types are. I booked a 37m2 room on Hotels, although the same room type on the hotel website seemed to be 27m2. It’s something to do with the way each higher floor is set back from the one beneath. The breakfast was very good, if a little pricey at 35 quid per day. There was excellent choice though and the quality was great. There aren’t any cafes immediately outside, except for at the next hotel up when turning right out of the hotel. The pleasant and inspiring walk into town along the promenade is really lovely, flat, and takes about 20 minutes. For me, this was a real highlight. The museums are really good and interesting, as well as the old town. Overall, I had a really enjoyable 2 night stay and I would definitely return.

The guys who work on the doors/luggage/car parking were always really friendly and helpful! Check in was chaotic, always seemed busy. Hard sell of trying to upgrade the room (wanted to charge the same as we paid for the 4 night stay again for a room with a bathtub). Also wasn’t happy that you have to pay €100 per NIGHT as a deposit. Luckily we weren’t staying for a few weeks because I have never ever had that much taken as a deposit. Ridiculous really. Room was stunning, spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was one of the best beds I’ve ever stayed in. Good touch to be able to connect a mobile device to the tv to stream Netflix/Disney etc. Pool area wasn’t the best. Old beds, poorly organised, expensive drinks and food and poor quality. Not enough beds in relation to the hotel size, and on our last day we were told there were no beds left and to go onto a waiting list. We were then forced to sit on the terrace and to order food and drinks while we waited for some beds. There were cabanas available abs also beach beds but we were told that there would be an additional cost. One of the nights we were unable to use the roof terrace as it was a 90€ event only which we were unwilling to pay. Overall the rooms were stunning, but the service and facilities need a lot of work. The hotel is also a 30/40 minute walk to the centre of Sitges. There is a constant up-sell whereby it feels uncomfortable in the end. Wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend.

Our stay was fine, nice area, however, the amenities were not available during our stay, we had issues with breakfast almost every morning and some of the staff were not the nicest, also there were weddings happening every single night here, one night the entire hotel smelled completely of cigarette smoke which was not great, the pool area was nice though and it is a short walking distance to the town center with local bus options right out front.

Stayed with my family. Got two rooms (one for wife and I) and one from my two teenagers. The hotel was perfect. Right across from the beach where they had beach chairs and a little restaurant. We also bought drinks and food by the pool which was fine. The hotel was very nicely decorated and stylish. We also ate dinner there one night outside which was great. I would stay there again

first off, hotel is beautifull and in a beautifull location. Only major problem we had was that they checked us into someone elses room by accident so when we arrived we let ourselves into someone elses room . The room was a different room type and had someone elses stuff in it. Cleaner walked in and seemed suprised we were in there. we told reception and they gave us the correct room, they didnt seem to bothered even though to me it seemed like a security issue. I dont know if they told the person whose room it was that we had been in it. That made me feel a uncomcortable in terms of safety and security. Apart from that hotel was beautifull, food was average, we wanted to go to the roof top bar but we needed to have booked it (noone told us). Id still probably go back but make a point of the security issue in the future. thanks.

We loved our three night stay. As you may expect for a mid-February stay, things were on the quiet side. And while not every single facility was open and available, the hotel felt far from being in closed-season hibernation. The restaurant was excellent and the beachfront bar was vibrant and cool, with live lounge sounds as a backdrop to the passing world of the promenade just in front. Our room was fantastic and, like the rest of the hotel, super clean. It’s also the first hotel I’ve ever been able to ‘smell’ on approach. Subtle, fresh, bright an inviting. I have often been wary of visiting resort locations in the depths of close season. But Sitges was amazing and I am now a convert. Your hotel choice in such circumstances is a critical factor and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, largely because of this hotel and its really rather lovely vibe.

Great views from room. The non private shower in the room causes some inconvenience as in our group there were a father and daughter and brother and sister. Ok for couples. At times the shower drain was emanating sewage smell

Had a wonderful stay! I didn’t want to leave. It was beautiful and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful! Very clean and smelled good all over the resort. The view is amazing in every room. Couldn’t of had a better experience!

Ground forces at this place are amazing Pool waiters, concierge team, bell boys, night watch. 5 stars. Cleaning of your room is not a priority after first night. Nor recollection of room service amenities. 1 star. Front desk, very good people, but ”the system” fails on them. Impossible for them to provide an experience in relation to cost. This place could easily have been so much better. But it feels like the management, IT-systems, corporate policies. Doesn’t justify the cost for the guests. 1-10 Location: 10 Ground staff: 9 Food: 6 Management: 2 Way too expensive and not close to a 5 star. With proper management and some alterations, it could be a strong 4 star.

Our stay was fine, nice area, however, the amenities were not available during our stay, we had issues with breakfast almost every morning and some of the staff were not the nicest, also there were weddings happening every single night here, one night the entire hotel smelled completely of cigarette smoke which was not great, the pool area was nice though and it is a short walking distance to the town center with local bus options right out front.

A large, modern and welcoming hotel by the beautiful seafront of Sitges. There is a feeling of space in the lobby and the public areas are well-styled and softened with modern art and plants. The bar and restaurant both offer relaxation overlooking the sea. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with beautiful views from the terrace (I had a room on the 6th floor directly overlooking the sea). I would say the corridors are a bit more basic-looking than the public areas and lobby, but that wasn’t a problem. The spa was closed during my stay (November). It doesn’t state this on some booking sites, so just be aware out of season. Also, it isn’t very clear what all the various room types are. I booked a 37m2 room on Hotels, although the same room type on the hotel website seemed to be 27m2. It’s something to do with the way each higher floor is set back from the one beneath. The breakfast was very good, if a little pricey at 35 quid per day. There was excellent choice though and the quality was great. There aren’t any cafes immediately outside, except for at the next hotel up when turning right out of the hotel. The pleasant and inspiring walk into town along the promenade is really lovely, flat, and takes about 20 minutes. For me, this was a real highlight. The museums are really good and interesting, as well as the old town. Overall, I had a really enjoyable 2 night stay and I would definitely return.

The property and staff were great. We liked the location but we also like to walk a lot. Maybe far for some. The only negative was the bed. We reserved 3 rooms and we all complained about how uncomfortable the beds were. Maybe just add mattress toppers?? The hotel would almost be perfect!! We loved our stay otherwise

When you book on Expedia you always get the crappy rated rooms. Our room had a great view but that was it. Right above the front entrance so very noisy. The shower and bath layout was terrible, there’s no privacy at all. It’s quite a ways from downtown and getting transportation is an issue.

Great clean place with an awesome staff.. Needed a bigger menu and not too many options in walking distance for other places to eat. The AC never came back on after sitting on the balcony the first night.. I traced it to a poor push button connection where the patio door closes.. so we made sure we wiggled the push button prior to closing the door.. thankfully my 25 years in troubleshooting electronics kicked in.

Hotel in excellent condition. Beautiful views of the ocean from your balcony room in a very large room (for Europe standards ) with comfortable bathroom. Bed was excellent. Location is a little away from City center so it’s a 20-25 minute scenic walk along the beaches to get into town.

The guys who work on the doors/luggage/car parking were always really friendly and helpful! Check in was chaotic, always seemed busy. Hard sell of trying to upgrade the room (wanted to charge the same as we paid for the 4 night stay again for a room with a bathtub). Also wasn’t happy that you have to pay €100 per NIGHT as a deposit. Luckily we weren’t staying for a few weeks because I have never ever had that much taken as a deposit. Ridiculous really. Room was stunning, spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was one of the best beds I’ve ever stayed in. Good touch to be able to connect a mobile device to the tv to stream Netflix/Disney etc. Pool area wasn’t the best. Old beds, poorly organised, expensive drinks and food and poor quality. Not enough beds in relation to the hotel size, and on our last day we were told there were no beds left and to go onto a waiting list. We were then forced to sit on the terrace and to order food and drinks while we waited for some beds. There were cabanas available abs also beach beds but we were told that there would be an additional cost. One of the nights we were unable to use the roof terrace as it was a 90€ event only which we were unwilling to pay. Overall the rooms were stunning, but the service and facilities need a lot of work. The hotel is also a 30/40 minute walk to the centre of Sitges. There is a constant up-sell whereby it feels uncomfortable in the end. Wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend.

I was looking forward to this stay having been to Sitges every year with family and decided to stay at this hotel as opposed to our usual on avenue Sofia. The reviews were excellent and therefore I had no apprehensions however we did not have the best experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has great amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. What let this hotel down was the staff and service. Having stayed at 5* all over the world the attitude of the staff here fell far below expectations. At check in there was no friendly exchange and we were asked to make a secondary payment of €100 a night which was not an authorisation but a payment in addition to the cost of the stay, I accept there is often a deposit taken but this seemed excessive and the lady was adamant it was a hold even though I showed her the money had gone. Further the added amenities which are usually included at a 5* were all requiring further payment, which we could get over but not the attitude of the staff. They did not exchange pleasantries when you saw them around the hotel and when asking a question they merely gestured or were dismissive in their response. Not alot of effort was made to speak to us in English even though we attempted to speak in Spanish too.Lastly, we could see that some guests received a better service who were spanish and perhaps regulars, as their sun-beds were saved in advance of their arrival and catered to around the pool more often. Would not return.

The best hotel I've been to. Everyone is incredibly kind and does an amazing job – from the managers to the concierge to housekeeping and the bar and restaurant staff. I could gush about all of them, but I don't have room to. I felt so sad leaving this morning. I can't wait to go back. Beautiful hotel and people.

On arrival we were asked to pay a £100 per night holding fee in advance, in case we used additional facilities or the mini bar. We explained we would not be using these and we were surprised at the amount as it equated to £400! For our party, as a family we had booked seperately 3 rooms, it was £1300! (It may well be in the small print) however it does make you feel like you are not trusted. The Receptionist was patronising and rude when we queried this and I quote said, "you do not understand! Is it you can\'t pay or you wont!". Her tone was loud and beyond rude. I will add, I remained polite but was astounded at her response to my query. It spoilt what was to be the start of a special break for a 60th birthday. We then felt uneasy during our stay. I fully understood but find the policy very surprising. If you stay for 14 nights that would be £1400 up front as a holding deposit. This seems a bit extreme and unnecessary. Rather than being in the small print, if this is to remain a policy of the hotel it should be clearly explicit when booking!!!

first off, hotel is beautifull and in a beautifull location. Only major problem we had was that they checked us into someone elses room by accident so when we arrived we let ourselves into someone elses room . The room was a different room type and had someone elses stuff in it. Cleaner walked in and seemed suprised we were in there. we told reception and they gave us the correct room, they didnt seem to bothered even though to me it seemed like a security issue. I dont know if they told the person whose room it was that we had been in it. That made me feel a uncomcortable in terms of safety and security. Apart from that hotel was beautifull, food was average, we wanted to go to the roof top bar but we needed to have booked it (noone told us). Id still probably go back but make a point of the security issue in the future. thanks.

Hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were ultra friendly, nothing was too much. Hotel is 30 minute to town, but getting the bikes from the hotel, made it really easy. Parking was great and safe at the back of the hotel. Nice pool and bathing area, as well as a well equipped gym.

The hotel was beautiful. But it didn't feel so 5-star. When we checked in we had to wait for over 10 minutes before someone greeted us. The stafff overall doesn't make the experience feels like you stay at a 5-star hotel. Location is 20 mins walk to Sitges center and 30 mins walk from train station so it's not close to town by any mean but it's in a very quite area. So we enjoyed that. The breakfast was absolutely terrrible. I would avoid at all costs. The pool staff wasn't friendly and didn't offer us any towels.

We loved our three night stay. As you may expect for a mid-February stay, things were on the quiet side. And while not every single facility was open and available, the hotel felt far from being in closed-season hibernation. The restaurant was excellent and the beachfront bar was vibrant and cool, with live lounge sounds as a backdrop to the passing world of the promenade just in front. Our room was fantastic and, like the rest of the hotel, super clean. It’s also the first hotel I’ve ever been able to ‘smell’ on approach. Subtle, fresh, bright an inviting. I have often been wary of visiting resort locations in the depths of close season. But Sitges was amazing and I am now a convert. Your hotel choice in such circumstances is a critical factor and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, largely because of this hotel and its really rather lovely vibe.

Great pool area and hotel beach cabanas and beach restaurant. Rooms are great. Staff very friendly but must be a new crew as food or drinks took 2-3 times longer than a normal bar/restaurant and didn’t always get what you ordered.

Stayed with my family. Got two rooms (one for wife and I) and one from my two teenagers. The hotel was perfect. Right across from the beach where they had beach chairs and a little restaurant. We also bought drinks and food by the pool which was fine. The hotel was very nicely decorated and stylish. We also ate dinner there one night outside which was great. I would stay there again

The hotel was beautiful. But it didn't feel so 5-star. When we checked in we had to wait for over 10 minutes before someone greeted us. The stafff overall doesn't make the experience feels like you stay at a 5-star hotel. Location is 20 mins walk to Sitges center and 30 mins walk from train station so it's not close to town by any mean but it's in a very quite area. So we enjoyed that. The breakfast was absolutely terrrible. I would avoid at all costs. The pool staff wasn't friendly and didn't offer us any towels.

No one ever helped us with our luggage, the bellboy was busy chatting with his colleagues. The window of the balcony was in terrible conditions, almost impossible to open. Coffee is the worst quality. Breakfast was ok but we were expecting better quality, sometimes it’s better less quantity and focus on the quality. Overall, it’s not worthy to spend almost 400 euros with this accommodation. Everything feels cheap.

Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,
