We stayed at Hotel Sunway and made full use of their free bike rental. We used their pool, hot tub, playground and activities. The restaurant wasn't great for vegetarians so we preferred to buy our own food from the supermarket and cook in the apartment kitchen. Everything we needed, we were taken care of and I highly rate the staff. Great location. Great amenities. Affordable price.

El wi fi no funciona bien en las habitaciones, el parking se paga aparte, de las 2 hornallas que trae la cocina una no funciona del todo bien, hizo que se corte la luz de la habitacion al prenderla y algunas habitaciones no tienen pared que divida los ambientes (solo un gran armario que separa la habitacion del living). Bien pero no es lo que representa en las fotos. Ademas ambas piscinas tenian el agua muy fria, ninguna es climatizada.

Nothing seemed to conflict the service level. Yes, I would update some facilities - gym, tabletennis bats and balls - as well as the parking structure. But service everywhere - and seemingly the managers good mood and attention to detail stared the happy and very accompdating staff. Pls don’t fill this hotel as we want to come back ourselves!

The hotel was lovely and clean, We had amazing views from our spacious junior suite. The hotel pools were a great bonus especially as it was so hot. the free sunbeds at the beach were a great addition too,

The apartment was spacious and had all amenities required including ,microwave, kettle,cutlery and utensils and even a washing machine if needed . This was a great advantage as due to the stormy weather I couldn't venture out every day for lunch and or dinner with my kids so we bought essentials from the minimart attached to the hotel.The property is a little dated in furnishings etc but is well maintained and kept very clean with fresh towels almost daily and toiletries topped up . The breakfast was more than satisfactory and there was ample choice between hot and cold buffet with live station for eggs ,pancakes and waffles that kept the kids happy. There is a large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi,although we would have spent more time in the pool had it been a bit warmer. The games room has table tennis, pool table and a bar football table to spend some time .Have been to Sitges many times over the years but my first stay in this hotel, its a quiet location right on the sea front and a half hour walk to the main centre, cabs are easy to get but can cost almost 20€ one way which is steep IMO ,however the hotel has ample bikes offered gor free rental if you choose to be active and want to get the town straight road all the way . The staff are very friendly and helpful as and when required.

The location is at the end of the seafront and serviced in the daytime by the L2 bus between the hotel and the train station and market. There is a minimarket which is convenient for basics in the basement. The apartment, itself, had a wonderful sea view was spacious, comfortable and clean and the daily housekeeping was carried out to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and there was no external noise. The shower was powerful. The Wi-Fi worked. The facilities for cooking were limited as there were only two rings, the pots and pans were large and it was difficult to fit two items on at the same time. The staff in reception, the Vento bar /restaurant, the breakfast area and housekeeping were all friendly, polite and helpful.

Right on the sea front, we had a lovely apartment and large balcony, very quiet area, with the tourist train stop right by the hotel which will take you in to Stiges. Nice pool area, with small covered playground for children. A handy supermarket below the hotel where prices and choice were good. Would stay here again.

Property has a good location close to Sitges City Center (20 - 25 min walking) Be aware that the room pictures are misleading. Rooms with ocean view don’t offer a full front view, but rather a distant side view with a front view of the golf course. We raised that concern at the front desk and they told us that we needed to request front sea view ahead of time, yet this information is not available on the property description. Their bikes lack of proper maintenance and most of them have flat tires, are rusty or like in our case, bikes were not on the designated spots. Parking inside is a bit inconvenient, not an easy way in and out. Last but not least, if you would like breakfast, make sure to pay in advance, otherwise you may ended up paying 60 Euros for 1 adult and 2 kids for a buffets full of sweets. Overall, I would not recommend this place, there are better options for less or same price.

Amazing rooms - clean - everything you need! Absolutely the most amazing views from the very large balcony! Pools were clean and easily accessible. Staff was very helpful - although not everyone knew English well. This was fine as google translate worked! Amazing beaches & shopping at the other end of the beaches. A train ran from end to end for easy access. Easy to see why this is a 5 Star hotel / apartments!!! Definitely would come back here!

Disappointing Stay at Sunway Playa Golf Hotel My recent stay at the Sunway Playa Golf Hotel was a letdown despite the friendly staff and well-presented general areas. The core issue was the rooms, which were extremely basic and showed heavy use, definitely not deserving of a four-star rating. My so-called Junior Suite was misleading. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a second bed squeezed into the living space. This meant there was no dedicated area to relax; the entire space felt cramped, and the small balcony was poorly furnished. The linens and towels were also below standard, with some towels being threadbare—unacceptable given the price. Facilities were equally worn. The indoor heated pool had missing tiles and a persistent scum line on the siding where guests had etched names, making the area look tired and dated. Location-wise, the hotel is a trek from town (the tourist train is an option), and it suffers from significant noise issues. Functions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday blared loud music until 1 AM, preventing sleep. Even without the music, noise traveled easily from other rooms and from furniture scraping on the floors. While the staff are great, the overall experience—from the quality of the 'suites' to the noise and poor maintenance—means I cannot recommend this hotel. There are much better, quieter, and cheaper options in Sitges.

All of the main communal areas of the hotel are model and stylish. We booked a superior double with sea view. The actual room and en-suite was tired and dated in decor, WiFi very patchy even though maintenance tried to fix it. The room was very clean and view from the room was fantastic. The pool area was very pleasant with plenty of sun loungers. The walk into town takes approximately 40 minutes along the beach front. The morning breakfast was fantastic, we also had lunch which again was very tasty. Overall this is a good hotel to visit with friendly staff.

We haven’t get WINE! Got AC issue. The room only reached 22°C, so I set it to 24°C, but it stayed below 23°C. Staff tried to help, but nothing changed, so they provided a blanket. The room is large and seems unable to handle outside air. The entrance faces outdoors, allowing outside air to enter from both sides.

The hotel is excellent. It is the last one on the boardwalk facing the sea. The staff is very attentive and the room we stayed in was large, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The views of the sea from the balcony are spectacular.
The hotel is excellent. It is the last one on the boardwalk facing the sea. The staff is very attentive and the room we stayed in was large, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The views of the sea from the balcony are spectacular.

The apartment was spacious and had all amenities required including ,microwave, kettle,cutlery and utensils and even a washing machine if needed . This was a great advantage as due to the stormy weather I couldn't venture out every day for lunch and or dinner with my kids so we bought essentials from the minimart attached to the hotel.The property is a little dated in furnishings etc but is well maintained and kept very clean with fresh towels almost daily and toiletries topped up . The breakfast was more than satisfactory and there was ample choice between hot and cold buffet with live station for eggs ,pancakes and waffles that kept the kids happy. There is a large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi,although we would have spent more time in the pool had it been a bit warmer. The games room has table tennis, pool table and a bar football table to spend some time .Have been to Sitges many times over the years but my first stay in this hotel, its a quiet location right on the sea front and a half hour walk to the main centre, cabs are easy to get but can cost almost 20€ one way which is steep IMO ,however the hotel has ample bikes offered gor free rental if you choose to be active and want to get the town straight road all the way . Right on the sea front, we had a lovely apartment and large balcony, very quiet area, with the tourist train stop right by the hotel which will take you in to Stiges. Nice pool area, with small covered playground for children. A handy supermarket below the hotel where prices and choice were good. Would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was enormous, the big terrace overlooking the waves was fabulous, the bed was comfortable, and the extras, like a capsule coffee-maker, terrycloth robe and slippers, and a refrigerator, made this stay really memorable.

Hotel bien ubicado, muy buenas vistas al mar, pero le hace falta renovar mobiliario y estancias. La sostenibilidad es de cero ya que el aire acondicionado no se puede regular, te aconsejan en recepción que abras la ventana para no congelarse dentro, todo un contrasentido. La junior suite que nos ofrecieron no cuadra con las vistas de la propaganda. Cama correcta. La carta de almohadas brilla por su ausencia. Personal de recepción agradable.

The hotel is amazing, the location is just gorgeous and the facilities are perfect. Lovely clean rooms, 2 pools, a gym, very plush. The only thing letting this hotel down is the service of the staff. They’re not friendly, not helpful and make you feel quite uncomfortable. In both the hotel and the shop adjoining. I wouldn’t let it put you off staying here, I’d just say it’s a good idea to be aware

the hotel is good and the view is amazing , but if you want to enjoy your holiday try to avoid the deputy manager M.M., i dont know how some one like him can work in hospitality business , jose on the other side was the best he solved our problem in a very professional way .

Rented an ocean front room with a kitchen. Very nice and highly recommended! However, hotel management staff suddenly and without warning cut off the electricity to our room. This prevented us from using our kitchen while making breakfast and using the bathroom (no lights) for about 2 hours. Hotel manager was difficult to deal with and did not help us with our problem. He identified himself as sub director “M.M” and was rude and confrontational over a simple issue. Very unusual experience. However, the general staff at the hotel were good. Front clerks helpful and cleaning staff excellent.

I was not able to make the first night of a 2 night reservation because my flight to BCN was cancelled. After showing proof of the flight cancellation, they refused to give a refund. The room was not upgraded. The bed is tiny. The bathtub is not easy to get in and out of and the floors are slippery. The cabinets in the kitchen had water damage. The a la carts restaurant for breakfast had one waitress for 15 tables. A solid 3 star hotel.

The hotel is very nice, we checked into the hotel in the evening only one member of staff at reception. Check in took half an hour or so and not much information given regarding pool opening hours restaurants on site etc. I had to make a noise complaint as the apartment above was playing thumping music at midnight. Despite my complaint this went on until early hours. Staff were friendly, the room and hotel was spotless, and the indoor pool was hit especially with my children. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

L’hôtel est très agréable, idéalement situé face à la mer et à proximité du terrain de golf, bien qu’excentré du centre de Sitges. We stayed in this apartment in November and had stayed at Sunway Playa Golf and Spa previously. The location is at the end of the seafront and serviced in the daytime by the L2 bus between the hotel and the train station and market. There is a minimarket which is convenient for basics in the basement. The apartment, itself, had a wonderful sea view was spacious, comfortable and clean and the daily housekeeping was carried out to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and there was no external noise. The shower was powerful. The Wi-Fi worked. The facilities for cooking were limited as there were only two rings, the pots and pans were large and it was difficult to fit two items on at the same time. The staff in reception, the Vento bar /restaurant, the breakfast area and housekeeping were all friendly, polite and helpful.

All of the main communal areas of the hotel are model and stylish. We booked a superior double with sea view. The actual room and en-suite was tired and dated in decor, WiFi very patchy even though maintenance tried to fix it. The room was very clean and view from the room was fantastic. The pool area was very pleasant with plenty of sun loungers. The walk into town takes approximately 40 minutes along the beach front. The morning breakfast was fantastic, we also had lunch which again was very tasty. Overall this is a good hotel to visit with friendly staff.

On the first day, turned up 30 mins before breakfast ended and everything freezing, limited options as they didn’t replenish anything, churros rock hard and sausages undercooked. Second day went early and same again, the staff in the restaurant apologised and spoke to reception but said there is nothing they could do as no one else has complained… rude

Property has a good location close to Sitges City Center (20 - 25 min walking) Be aware that the room pictures are misleading. Rooms with ocean view don’t offer a full front view, but rather a distant side view with a front view of the golf course. We raised that concern at the front desk and they told us that we needed to request front sea view ahead of time, yet this information is not available on the property description. Their bikes lack of proper maintenance and most of them have flat tires, are rusty or like in our case, bikes were not on the designated spots. Parking inside is a bit inconvenient, not an easy way in and out. Last but not least, if you would like breakfast, make sure to pay in advance, otherwise you may ended up paying 60 Euros for 1 adult and 2 kids for a buffets full of sweets. Overall, I would not recommend this place, there are better options for less or same price.

The hotel is incredible both in location, on the beach, quiet and beautiful. the room we had was a 2 bedroom with kitchen and was perfect for us. the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. the only minus to this hotel is the evening restaurant. We went there 3 times and there was not many other patrons (5 other tables) for a few drinks and tapas and each time the service was worse. I'm not sure the staff really wanted to there and as we eventually had to get our own menus and eventually ask for service. The food itself was good but compared to the other places in Sitges we went this was by far the worse for service. We overlooked that from a overall perspective and would definitely recommend others to the hotel, just not the restaurants unless updates occur.
The hotel is incredible both in location, on the beach, quiet and beautiful. the room we had was a 2 bedroom with kitchen and was perfect for us. the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. the only minus to this hotel is the evening restaurant. Beautiful location and views. Lovely front desk staff. Restaurant servers at Ventó are not the friendliest and the food was mediocre but the breakfast staff that hotel offers is fantastic and so was the staff.
