The grounds were lovely, however we paid for the signature level service which turned out to be a total waste of money. It was impossible to get a sunbed every day and really hard to confirm reservations in any of the a la carte restaurants. Unfortunately TRS seems to be more interested in selling day passes to other non resident guests so it was over crowded for the guests that were paying to stay in the hotel. We were also asked to pay for items that we hadn't asked for upon check out. This was eventually rectified but the manager made us feel uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money for Signature level!

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nicht schön war, dass alle Liegen besetzt waren und schon früh am Morgen reserviert worden sind. So etwas kennen wir eigentlich nicht. Der überwiegende Teil der Gäste hat dieses so getätigt. Das Hotelpersonal war stets bemüht. Es ist sehr fragwürdig wieso man trotz Signature Level noch eine Liege für 100 Euro am Pool hinzu buchen muss um einen Platz zu bekommen? Ansonsten hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden einen weiteren Aufenthalt dort verbringen.

This was our third stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it as much as ever. The food is very good and El Gaucho and Helios restaurants are well worth a visit. There are 2 separate pool areas, so if you want a quieter day in the sun, you have that option.

However the pool can be very crowded… Walkable to the beach that connects to another so for those who enjoys a swim is perfect. Also has nice restaurants on the beach. Nice rooms as well. On arrival we had a free upgrade to the suite as opposed to the deluxe room, which made the price a lot more tolerable! We did have a look at one of the deluxe rooms, it was lovely too. I think for the price you pay it’s worth getting the suite though. All inclusive was fantastic, there were a couple drinks you can’t have unless your premium - but the selection was sufficient enough for it to not matter too much. We only tried the helios restaurant, which was fantastic. The lunch options great and breakfast was the best part. Atmosphere of hotel fantastic, private beach nearby which was stunning and 3 pools. Staff were amazing, all around an unreal stay and we would come back!

In the advertisement they wasn’t specific about all exclusive package. When I purchased all exclusive package im thinking all drinks was included but it was not. Also I thought room service was included to order food just because I had all u can eat all exclusive but no room service was included. They AC went out in the room I was in even tho they gave us another room that was cool. But overall my money was not worth it unsatisfied. Also was not able to get in the pool 7 days because it was dirty. Also we requested towels and toilet paper for 24 hours they keep telling us they would bring us some but never did until next day. No room service terrible. Couldn’t even get partial of my money back do to the circumstances.

We paid extra for a panoramic sea view and our room was right next to a very noisy Taxi rank on the first floor. We reported a cockroach in the corridor near our room. Obviously they did nothing as it ended up in our room. Had to check all luggage before returning home. If you are looking for a quietish hotel then look elsewhere.

Amazing hotel, everything was 100%. We stayed for a week and I couldn't find one fault. Spotlessly clean, fabulous staff, amazing food and drinks and it felt 5* in every area. The room was lovely, bed was so comfortable and beach right beside the hotel. The breakfast, buffet and a la carte restaurants were all amazing with a fabulous choice of food and lovely staff and the bar staff were great. Sometimes there was a very short wait for drinks or tables but we were on holidays and didn't mind that at all. Pool areas were gorgeous. Can't wait to return.

Geweldige kamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Bed zeer comfortabel en toiletartikelen van hoge kwaliteit. Mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige minpunt aan de kamer was de douche. Deze lekte onwijs. We moesten dagelijks handdoeken neerleggen die elke dag weer kletsnat waren. Ook was er zwarte/gele schimmel in de hoeken. Te voorkomen door beter schoonmaken, want 1x met de handdoek eroverheen deed al wonderen. Personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk, beetje arrogant. Moesten steeds onwijs lang wacht bij de bar in de lobby en werd ook overgeslagen al stonden we er langer. Maar 2 barmannen voor honderden gasten in de avond… parkeren kun je beter op straat doen, want bij het hotel moet je betalen. Eten was prima, maar wel veel herhaling. Ik zou niet nog een keer all inclusive boeken. Alleen ontbijt. Qua locatie ook prima. Heel centraal maar niet midden in de drukte.

The hotel was chic and all the staff we met were very friendly. Unfortunately we had food poisoning on the third day which blighted the stay somewhat. As others have mentioned getting the first drink at dinner was quick, any subsequent ones were either not forthcoming or you had to try and catch someone’s eye. It was only towards the end of the stay we realised the food truck did lunch, it was only explained when checking in about the additionally charged degustation menu. We had a sea front room which made for amazing sunsets but got quite noisy as it overlooked the main pool. Easy walk into town, or opposite the hotel and across the cliff in the other direction ending up at the beach at the side of the hotel. Taxi from the airport was €36 to the hotel was €40.

Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you, the buffet food is nice and it's only 10-20 minutes walk down to the marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The pool are is nice and clean, never a problem to find a sunbed and the outside bar service is fast. There's also a private beach at the back of the hotel which is lovely. Only downsides we had was the rooftop bar is a bit pretentious but that's just our opinion, and be aware there is no door separating the bedroom and bathroom area so there is not much privacy. We were on the first floor and the view was just of a massive tree on the balcony which was a shame. Apart from these minor things, it's a lovely hotel with great food and added plus is that the bar staff take your orders around the pool but it can be hard to get their attention so it's quicker to just go the bar yourself. We didn't eat dinner there as it started trousers or formal shorts to be worn and we prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel is immaculate. There was 3 of us. We stayed in a suite with a sea view. Amazing. The main bed wasn’t an actual king size, just two twins. Not a problem though. The sofa bed was bigger. The bathroom area was amazing. Dual sinks, great lighting, and separate toilet from shower/bath area. The shower and bath is amazing, there’s a window with a glimpse of the sea. Nice touch. Bath tub for those that like that, my wife used it. The patio was amazing. Comfortable, with plenty of seating. Great views, over looking the sea and the main pool area. Outstanding The room was spacious enough.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Was very clean, modern and luxurious. Bathrooms came with L’Occitane products as standard and the rooms were very clean and modern. There are 3 pool areas, a more lively area with music from around 3pm, the rooftop pool which turns turns into a rooftop bar in the evenings, and a quiet pool. There are also 4 dining options included with all inclusive - el Gaucho, Helios and the gourmet food truck which doubles as a snack bar during the day. The food at the standard buffet was amazing too, with small dishes being constantly freshly made throughout dining. The staff and waiters were also lovely. Only improvement would be around the waiting time for drinks and waiter service round the pool, it was difficult to get served at times but other than that a lovely stay. A far cry from the party side of Ibiza but easy to get to via taxi (c. 35 EUR) if that’s your thing.

We booked for three nights at the end of August and had a signature level suite. The room was fantastic, had two balconies, a wonderfully comfortable bed, the best mattress Ive ever slept on. The shower was great as was the bath that had a stunning view of the sunset every day. The staff were always helpful, friendly and polite, expecially the reception staff and the butlers on the 5th floor. The gravity bar on the top floor was great and there were always beds available for sun bathing. The drinks were great too and it was so easy to stay up there all day in the shade drinking mojitos. The only negative for me was the food. Its definitely not five stars. The buffet restaurant was ok and had a wide variety of food but Ive been to much better places and had much better quality food. We went to the Mediterranean restaurant one night but it was a bit pretentious and again the food was average. Its also worth noting that the portion sizes were so small we asked for another course and were told that the kitchen had closed at 10.30. we ended up having to order room service because we were so hungry. This was an extra 200 euros with a bottle of wine. Overall its a great place to stay but dont expect too much of the food.

Not 5* hotel, staff in buffet, al a crate very attentive, considerate and friendly. Mini bar only stocked every 3 days. Service at bar varied, especially if there was a person with a signature wrist band, little going on in the resort. Only 2 bars, no evening entertainment Some drinks not part of AI premium, room view v good, no turn down service, average cleaning in bedroom, despite the maid being tipped very generous.. for just shy of 3k for 5 nights for 3 adults x 1 room, very expensive had better accommodation and facilities in a 4* in canaries. Would not return to hotel or Ibiza.

Communication with the staff was the worst! I had to go to the reception desk soooooo many times for issues and more then once for the same thing! Butler service is pointless because after 3 days trying to get confirmed for one of the 2 reservation dinning options she books me the one that I didn’t want and when I went down there it wasn’t confirmed! We just left the hotel to eat out downtown! The only thing that saved this hotel fe getting a complete zero in my book was SOME of the bartenders MARCO, MISHA,SANDRA,ANNA, And one more but forgot his name every one didn’t acknowledge us when we sat at the bar would tend to other people of other races or pretend to be busy! Would not stay here again!

I came to this resort expecting relaxation and hospitality, but instead I left hurt and disappointed after experiencing blatant racism. From the moment I arrived, I felt singled out and treated differently from other guests. Staff members were noticeably less friendly, gave dismissive responses to simple requests, and even ignored me while assisting others who came after. What should have been a peaceful vacation turned into a series of uncomfortable encounters that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. No guest—regardless of race—should have to question whether they’re being treated fairly or valued equally. I brought my concerns to management, but the response was defensive and dismissive rather than apologetic or solution-oriented. It’s extremely disheartening that a place promoting itself as “luxury” could lack such basic decency and cultural sensitivity. I hope the resort takes this as a wake-up call to provide proper diversity and sensitivity training to their staff and to genuinely address the discrimination happening under their roof. Until then, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone who values respect, equality, and basic human dignity.

Nice hotel with great staff. Be careful - reception states the In room Minibar is free but actually this is limited to retain items only! This should be clearer. We did not get a room upgrade and also had to ask a few times for the free gift stated with our booking.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut aber weit weg von allem. Für einen reinen Hotelurlaub wäre es gut aber wenn man Feiern gehen will und viel unterwegs ist zahlt man viel Geld für Taxis. All inclusive… jedes extra kostet… so zum Beispiel alle Getränke mit Red Bull oder vernünftigem Alkohol wie Grey Goose Vodka… Das Personal war nett außer am Tag des Check Outs. Ich habe extra vorher Late Check Out gebucht und bezahlt. Um 12:00 Uhr stand der erste Mitarbeiter vor der Tür und wollte dass ich das Zimmer verlasse. Habe ihm gesagt dass ich Check Out um 14 Uhr gebucht hab. Soweit ok. 10 Minuten später stand er wieder vor der Tür und hat mich als Lügner betitelt und dass ich nichts gebucht habe. Nach einem Streit ist er wieder weggegangen und meinte er prüft es noch einmal und kommt zurück. Er kam aber nicht mehr. Habe zumindest eine Entschuldigung erwartet. Beim Check Out an der Rezeption hieß es dann dass alles ok mit dem späteren Check Out ist.

Le TRS Hôtel à Ibiza est plutôt un 4 étoiles avec un super rooftop et un bon emplacement près des restaurants et de l’animation de Saint-Anthony. Il faut absolument être véhiculé : tout est à minimum 20 minutes à pied, et Ibiza-ville est à 35 minutes. Les taxis sont très chers. La literie n’a été changée qu’une seule fois en 10 jours, et les petits déjeuners manquent de diversité. Le service au restaurant est correct mais sans plus. Je recommande pour un séjour court de 3-4 jours maximum. Saint-Anthony est très festif, idéal pour les 18-30 ans qui cherchent ambiance et fête. Pour un séjour plus authentique, mieux vaut viser Saint-Eulalia.

Amazing hotel - we didn’t want to leave! The standard of the food was the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort, along with the choice of drinks on offer to non-signature level guests like us. The staff were all super friendly and we enjoyed the daytime atmosphere at the main pool. Would visit again!

Great all inclusive hotel, with fantastic facilities and staff. Only drawback is lack of vegetarian food options. When spoken with management about this they did try resolve matters, but to little avail.

This was our third stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it as much as ever. The food is very good and El Gaucho and Helios restaurants are well worth a visit. There are 2 separate pool areas, so if you want a quieter day in the sun, you have that option.

Loved the breakfast and the pool. Gravity Bar was terrific! Staff were helpful and always had a smile. Carpet was quite worn for a 5 star hotel (4th floor).

We got all-inclusive but its not a true all- Inclusive certain drinks like a simple margarita on the rocks was an additional charge. Room service was outrageous for very mediocre food. Also paid $150 euros for A birthday suprise for husbands bday they did the surprise on the wrong day with the wrong bday message to me instead of my husband ).thats a lot of money for incorrect service. But the cake and meat and cheese board and wine were really nice and the room has a great view and was very clean

End of season sunshine. The hotel at this time of the year is I assume much quieter which suited us as this was our second visit. We were upgraded to Signature Level at check-in and welcomed by the same receptionist as last year with warmth. The food is more than satisfactory in the main restaurant, there really should be no problem finding something you like, the quality is also very good. The Gaucho steakhouse was excellent and we really enjoyed lunch at the food truck. Staff were friendly and attentive. All said a job well done TRS Ibiza. Oh, and hands down the best place to see the sunset - The Gravity rooftop bar!

This hotel was one of my Favourite ever all inclusives! The food was absolutely unreal, you have to book the restaurants that are included but make sure you do because they are incredible. The food was served like a Michelin star restaurant! There were a few pools to choose from to relax around and the rooftop pool was stunning especially at night as the pool faces the sunset! This hotel is an absolute must. The staff couldn’t do enough for you! I wish I had longer here and I’ll definitely go back! 5*****

We stayed for x2 nights when we arrived I couldn’t get a booking for either of the a la carte restaurants on both nights but I explained to them only here for two nights and they accommodated me in both! The pools were fabulous we came off season so plenty of space around the pools Loved the roof too pool and bar Will come back again for a x3 day break for sure Breakfast fantastic we didn’t pay for the upgraded all inclusive but if your into old fashioned and negroni you better go for the ultra! A really decent all inclusive
