NYX Hotel Ibiza by Leonardo Hotels-Adults Only

Second time staying at Nyx Ibiza, great vibe. It’s definitely a perfect place, it has everything you need. The Dj during day by the pool and the sunset bar was perfect. Everyone was lovely. Thanks, will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at NYX Ibiza. The hotel has really fun décor and there are loads of areas indoors and outside for lounging around. Loads of sunbeds so you don't have to worry about reserving the best spot - there are loads of 'best' spots. The hotel is really well located in the centre of the bay, a 10 min walk along the promenade to the marina and the main area for restaurants and clubs. There are some good eating options close by as well though. The bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel. Our room had a sea view and was a generous size. Comfortable bed and good shower. The coffee machine was a nice feature. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the outdoor seating area was great for people watching. In the evening we enjoyed the DJ providing chilled out vibes with perfect views of the sunset. This is a quiet hotel away from the clubs but within easy walkable distance of everything.

Great hotel great music by the pool

This property was ok. When we got there the themes were very cute. We loved the quirky-ness of it. But as we were there I noticed little things. Staff were very dismissive, not helpful and sometimes rude. My biggest issue is I asked the front desk about parking they said they don’t have parking themselves but to park in street and the parking lot to the side of the building. We parked in the lot. With check in they gave us info about property and hours of places throughout. Well, a day and a half later, we went to check out and our car was completely gone out of the lot. I went to talk to the staff about it. They said the city towed it. I didn’t understand why and they said “ we had signs all around our hotel saying that there was an event and there was no parking. I told them I was not told this information when I checked in. Not everyone reads every sign all around the hotel that are posted but the sign also didn’t say anything about already parked cars. Just “ no parking” it also didn’t say anything about getting towed. If this was something they knew about they should have mentioned it at check in.. or at least when I asked about parking, say something. The hotel and manager were very rude. The front desk people kept rolling their eyes at me and the manager said it wasn’t their responsibility to tell me. This hotel just seemed very off. There are so many other great hotels nearby that I HIGHLY suggest you stay at.

I was there for 3 nights as I was DJing so we didn’t stay at the hotel much, the area is great , shops across the road , local food eateries nearby , right on the beach , although the pool area is pretty great the beds are taken up very quickly and no one monitors this. The hotel itself is very clean, beds are comfy and rooms although a little small are for for purpose. The hotel is quirky and colourful , drinks are reasonably priced in the bars , sadly no lunch options but they have a food truck that sells fast food options . We went for half board and we were on a schedule but I probably wouldn’t choose this again , the buffet was ok .

Pool etwas kleiner als erwartet aber das Meer direkt vor der Tür ist einfach traumhaft - gute Verbindung in jede Richtung durch Haltestelle direkt am Hotel. Alles was man braucht um Ruhe zu haben aber auch Party zu machen - perfekte Mischung. Im Zimmer alles super, statt des Strandeis was sicher gut aussieht aber nicht wirklich bequem ist gerne einfach 2 nette bequeme Stühle, MiniKühlschrank kühlte nicht wirklich und wir haben den TV nicht verbunden bekommen aber das war auch kein Drama. Buffet war manchmal etwas einfallslos aber im Großen und Ganzen ok. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Personal super nett! Preise auch an der agar typisch Ibiza nicht günstig aber Getränke ok

The parking is an issue

Excellent hotel. Great pool area, large rooms with great aircon and a balcony with sea and sunset view. Buffet breakfast options was first class and high quality. Drinks at the bar also top quality. Location is perfect to the beach and a brief walk along the promenade into the heart of San Antonio

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit kompetentem und sehr freundlichen Personal. Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr beqeuem. Sunset Terrace auch sehr schön. DJ am Pool und der Terrace hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Der Strand unmittelbar vor dem Hotel hat uns positiv überrascht.

Leider war das Abendessen am Buffet eher kalt als warm (jeden Tag, bei 13Nächten)!! Es gab eine große Auswahl, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch beim Abendessen, aber allgemein keine 4 Sterne wert!! Beim check in wurden einem nicht alle Informationen gegeben. Wenn man an der Bar etwas haben wollte, musste man erst wieder zur Rezeption, um zu sagen, dass man etwas auf sein Zummer buchen lassen möchte. Der Zimmerservice wurde nicht sauber durchgeführt - es waren immer Wollmäuse auf dem Boden, Handtücher fehlten, Aschenbecher wurde nicht entleert. Der Strand vom Hotel war mit einer der Schönsten. Es gab eine Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel. Man konnte vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel super fahren.

Property was filthy and be aware it is for a very specific type of traveler. Not family appropriate. Definitely a young adult place to party

Overall, a good experience, however, there were a few ups and downs. Firstly, the food selection for all 3 meals was amazing, best buffet I have had yet so far. Bar service was pretty good as well, loved the edible straws with the cocktails. A few bad points which let the down the experience, was upon arrival, we were given the wrong room key which led to a lot of back and forth. After getting our right room, which the decorations were pretty awesome, we almost cut our feet open on broken glass on the floor. Raised it with reception but nothing really came of it. They said they would clean it but we already removed the glass from room. We was kind of hoping for like a apology drink on the house or something. Furthermore, we booked a double room, saw on the website & in person rooms with double beds but we ended up with two twins, singled out. We asked if there was anything they could do about this and the best they could offer was a double sheet to try and hold beds together. As most will know, this doesn't hold the bed together at all. Admittedly we made a mistake on booking, thought we got full inclusive but booked full board (Full inclusive not even available on their website). We only found out this on arrival which after delayed flights and issues with taxis was the last thing we wanted to hear late at night. It is what it is but to then be followed round during our meals to ensure we only had water was condescending and down right embarrassing.

Room was comfortable with a lovely eclectic theme running through the hotel. Bathrooms are a little dated and mine wasn’t cleaned thoroughly with hair left in the tiles from previous guests, mentioned to front of house staff several times to tell the cleaner however didn’t get effectively communicated. There are definitely options at the breakfast buffet however food is cold, halogen heaters don’t make a difference.

This hotel was really a surprise. Clean, large rooms with a terrace by the sea that was each sunset a miracle of colours and lights. Foods ia alai excellent staff was really kind and helpful. I surely will come back again to Nyx hotel. come

Great hotel! Had an amazing stay. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful! Would recommend for big groups or couples as it was very peaceful and by the water. Was very beautiful

Some of the cleaning staff were rude and they didn’t clean the rooms properly.

My room had the worst bathroom, it’s not up to standard. It had a discoloured bathtub, molds in the tiles, old towels and 2 bottles of liquid soap for hand,hair and body all in one. The room was alright, buffet was great and location is convenient. The cleaning service wasn’t the best but all other services were decent.

Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel gut, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich es erneut buchen würde. Ibiza selbst hat mir sehr gefallen – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, aber möglicherweise in ein anderes Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich als eher mittelmäßig. Ich kenne in dieser Preisklasse deutlich bessere Hotels. Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber, könnten aber ein Upgrade vertragen – besonders in Bezug auf Einrichtung und Komfort. Ich hatte ein Queen-Bett gebucht, bekam jedoch zwei Einzelbetten, die leider leicht auseinanderrutschten – das war etwas umständlich. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war wirklich schön, das war ein Highlight. Weniger begeistert war ich vom DJ-Programm jeden Abend von 20 bis 23 Uhr. Manchmal war das Set gut, aber insgesamt für meinen Geschmack etwas grenzwertig laut. Am Donnerstag, den 31. Juli, lief allerdings ein besonders gutes, angenehmes Set – so etwas in der Art würde ich mir öfter wünschen, vor allem für Gäste, die es gerne ruhiger mögen. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut und vielseitig – hier habe ich nichts zu beanstanden. Das Abendessen hingegen konnte mich nicht überzeugen, ich würde daher empfehlen, eher auswärts essen zu gehen. Das Personal war freundlich, wenn auch etwas aufgesetzt im Auftreten – aber insgesamt bemüht. Zusammenfassend: Es war okay, aber ich bin aus dieser Preisklasse einen höheren Standard gewohnt. Für mich persönlich war das Hotel kein Totalausfall, aber auch keine klare Empfehlung zur Wiederholung.

Overall just ok, our bedroom door was broke the whole time, air con is terrible we were told keep the curtain closed at all times and it was September so not the hottest of time. Terrible lighting in the room you basically can’t see to get ready at all. Wardrobe space minimal, rooms overall very small. Paying deposits for a towel strange felt very 18-30’s holiday vibes. Staff not helpful a little bit like they couldn’t be bothered when we asked for help with a couple of things.

We were very impressed with the NYX Hotel in Ibiza. The location was excellent with a great view of the sunset. The food was very good and the room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

Location was good, receptionist very grumpy but manager was good

The front desk management wasn’t very friendly. No hello no acknowledgment at all. The most helpful and friendly person was the guy named Athios in glasses behind front desk . And all the staff in bar, breakfast room. Will definitely come back again

Amazing hotel! Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday trip location. Great area, beautiful facilities, food is awesome, they even have a candy bar! Staff is so kind, even brought us a bottle of champagne for free for my birthday. Thank you NYX Ibiza, we will definitely be back!

Loved everything about it. Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms were great. Loved the food, especially breakfast and food truck at lunchtime. Cocktails and drinks were really good and very well priced. Hotel overall just had a really nice vibe, guests were of all ages. Free sweets and retro arcade game machines were a really nice touch too. Would definitely book again.

Inefficient staff - they were not keen to help and became annoyed when I asked where our taxi was after 35 mins and they said someone else had got into it. Often a queue at reception, with 2 staff serving the same people. Amazing views or the sunset from the hotel. A convenient location, about a 15 min walk from San Antonio. Right next to O beach, ending about 11.30, so no noise after that. There were people around us deciding when to ‘take their gear’ and people walking around the pool selling tickets / if you asked for said gear they could get it for you too. Depends if that’s what you’re looking for. A super trendy fun hotel itself, just shame about the unhelpful staff and the other people staying there.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, conveniently located and the staff were just wonderful Laura greeted us on our arrival and was such a pleasure nothing was too much trouble, she took photos for us, was very informative about the area through your stay and even booked us taxis Would highly recommend

This is the 2nd time we have visited this hotel. The first time it was an Aluha hotel in 2019. Overall, I can understand why it has changed to adults only hotel. The size of the pool isn't really big enough for families. However, the hotel enjoys a great location. The downside is that it is popular eith stag and hen parties who can get a bit rowdy. Nothing major, but if you are travelling as a couple it does spoil the atmosphere a bit. The bed was the most disappointing aspect. The two single beds are not wide enough. However, the aircon and cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Breakfast cannot be faulted and the staff are all fantastic. A special mention too for Abi. What an all round lovely guy who does a fantastic job. We were so pleased to see he was still there even after all of the changes.

Hotel maravilloso y muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de toda la movida de Sant Antoni, al lado también de la parada del bus que te lleva a cala Comte, caña tarida, cala bassa, y al aeropuerto. Desayuno completo y muy bueno. Piscina y terraza súper bonitas y con vista al mar y al atardecer. Repetiré seguro!

Super Unterkunft mit toller Lage direkt am Strand. Die Strandliegen kosten jedoch 7€ extra. Essen war in Ordnung und die Zimmer waren sauber, hell und modern. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes 4 Sterne Hotel. Zum negativen bleibt zu sagen, dass wenn man Abends an der Strandpromenade langläuft alle 30 Meter von Afrikanern angesprochen wird, ob man Drogen kaufen möchte. Dies empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm.

A little further out from downtown. Did not get the triple room I booked and instead got a double, but paid the same price. Was not informed until I got into check in.

The main selling point of the hotel is of course the location, right in front of the sunset and away from the more noisy parts of the strip. Bus stop right next to it to take you easily to the airport. The only caveat I had was that we booked the deluxe room but got a superior one which should have been mentioned at check in. Otherwise lovely hotel and staff who did their utmost to make our anniversary a memorable one.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room is more modern than the photos show. The breakfast and dinner buffet were consistently great, and the location was safe and convenient.
