Hotel Tres Torres

I stayed here for 3 nights with a child. The staff are super friendly. Breakfast is great and there is a peaceful outdoor area to enjoy breakfast. There is a car park right outside and also a free car park a 2 min walk away. It is right on the sea front so a great place to start to walk on the promenade.

Fantastic stay. Couldn't recommend it more highly. We had a superior room with sea view. The room was spacious and comfortable, big bathroom with walk in shower, and the view from the balcony of the sea and the harbour was beautiful. Staff are all super attentive and friendly, couldn't fault them. We stayed for a short break for our anniversary and the hotel brought up a bottle of cava for us and a lovely hand written note. The facilities: the breakfast area, restaurant, and pool, we're all spotless and really nicely decorated. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing trip to Santa Eulalia.

Sehr stilvolles und schönes Hotel, schöner Pool und gutes Frühstück

Everything was pretty good except for a parking problem. I'd stayed here before and parked in the lot next door. Did it this time and got 2 60 Euro tickets. Free parking was supposed to be included. Bottom sheets were not fitted and were very uncomfortable and would not stay on the bed.

Pros: friendly staff and helpful and superb breakfast. Cons: there is no soundproofing between rooms. You can hear people talking and sneezing, and the noise from the TV and slamming of doors. For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing. There was also a contruction site nearby which was noisy at times. The pool area was nice but they played the same music on loop for hours - change it!

Tolles Hotel, sehr guter Service! Waren sehr zufrieden, einziger Kritikpunkt war die Dauerbeschallung am Pool, zu laut und eintönig! Ansonsten immer wieder, auch das Frühstück hervorragend! Zudem sehr, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal!

Le ménage laisse à désirer : capsules de café pas vider de la machine, poils et poussière sous le lit , pomme de douche pleine de moisi... moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Le petit dej est top. La piscine aussi. Nous ne reviendra pas dans cette ville car il y a plein de cafards y compris dans les chambres de l'hôtel.

Hotel met prima ligging, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. We begrepen helaas niet goed waarom er iedere dag tot middernacht muziek speelde terwijl er vaak na 22:00 u. niemand meer op het terras zat. Twee avonden was er ook een dj gevraagd die het volume uiteraard opdreef. Dit hotel heeft echter niet het publiek dat hiervoor naar Ibiza komt. Een onbegrijpelijke keuze. Voor de rest alles ok, maar laat a.u.b. die muziek weg zodat iedereen kan slapen of rusten wanneer hij wil.

I love this hotel. It’s clean, very modern, the team are friendly, fabulous pool and the buffet breakfast is brilliant. Great location on the marina. We will be back! Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

A good hotel as a base for Santa Eulalia and beyond. Clean hotel, courteous staff, good breakfast included, close to town centre, lots of parking nearby (although that might include wastelands close by) and, as with Santa Eulalia generally, it feels safe. Would certainly stay here again.

Alles gut und sauber

La struttura in se si presenta bene peccato per idettagli. La pulizia in camera lascia a desiderare così come le condizioni del l’arredamento. È stato inoltre penalizzante il persistente odore di fogna in camera che nonostante la segnalazione non è stato risolto. La colazione è sicuramente abbondante ma dozzinale e di scarsa qualità. Diciamo che per il prezzo ci aspettavamo sicuramente qualcosa di meglio.

Der Start war ein wenig „holprig“, da das Zimmer, vor allem das Bad, nicht ausreichend sauber gemacht wurde, auch die Kissen auf dem Bett waren bereits benutzt. Nach kurzem Anruf an der Rezeption wurde das aber sofort behoben. Die Kalkablage an den Armaturen sind sehr stark, das verwendete Putzmittel hatte einen sehr unangenehmen beißenden Geruch. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, und teilweise musste man sich unfreiwillig Gespräche von Zimmernachbarn anhören. Auch wenn Zimmernachbarn duschen gingen, hatte man das Gefühl dass jemand im eigenen Bad stand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch würde ich es eher nicht mehr buchen, aus folgenden Gründen: Ich bin Raucher, aber leider durfte man innerhalb der Anlage nicht rauchen, außer auf dem eigenen Balkon, sowie in einem kleinen Bereich vor dem Hoteleingang. Dies wurde bei der Beschreibung nicht angegeben, was meinen Freunden und mir schon negativ aufgestoßen ist. Wäre das angegeben gewesen, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Wir hätten gerne mehr Zeit im wunderschön angelegten Außenbereich am Pool verbracht, aber wenn man als Raucher ständig aufstehen und vors Hotel gehen muss, schmeckt der Sangria nicht mehr 😉 So erging es auch vielen anderen Gästen. Auch der Abwassergeruch aus dem Bad war teils sehr übel, und in Kombination mit der Hellhörigkeit ist dann der Aufenthalt schon nicht mehr so schön

Ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung war natürlich die Lage. Direkt am Yachthafen von Santa Eulalia, einige Gehminuten bis zum Center und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir hatten in diesem Hotel ein Superior Room gebucht, und das bedeutete ein direktem Meerblick. Alles andere war so wie in allen anderen Zimmern. Sehr schön ist die Poolanlage, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und man hat viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings hätte ich mir mehr Sauberkeit im Badezimmer gewünscht das Problem bei innen liegenden Badezimmern ist auch in diesem Hotel nicht weg zu putzen. Schimmel in den Ritzen und Fugen in der Dusche, an der Kopfbrause war ein dicker Kalkbelag. In den Schränken war teilweise noch Schmutz von den vorherigen Besuchern. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub toll genießen können.

Fijn hotel, gratis parkeren op 50 m, leuk en vriendelijk personeel, mooie schone kamers, lekkere bedden, overheerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, goed gelegen tov boulevard met winkels en restaurants, fijn zwembad met ligbedden en groot terras. Enige minpunt: het is er erg gehorig. Veel geluiden van overige hotelgasten, zoals wc, douche, verschuiven van stoelen en bedden, deuren die open en dicht gaan.

Great view, spacious, clean, friendly staff

All in all, it’s an okay hotel for few days, but not great. the sound proofing is not good at all, so you can’t expect a great night rest. The rooms decor is very outdated, but that’s not necessarily an issue. For me it was the noise that was a bit of a deal breaker

The hotel was amazing, the staff were terrific and the service was excellent. Food and drinks were great the only negative was I didn't find the sun loungers very comfy around the pool. This would not stop me staying here again as the location is great and a short walk to the beach.

Hotel magnífico, con un equipo genial tanto en recepción, restaurante como el personal de limpieza. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, y la piscina es perfecta para adultos y niños. Lo mejor, de todas modos, es la calidad del equipo humano. Laura, Jenny, Noah, Dani, Antonio (y perdón porque seguro que he olvidado algún nombre) son excelentes y ayudan a coordinar tu estancia para que sea perfecta

Mooi hotel, op wandelafstand van de haven waar je heerlijk kan dineren op de dijk. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt (met Cava!!). Het is een eco hotel en dat zie je in de aankleding van het hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes.

We had a lovely time and very much enjoyed the interior and exterior of the hotel which was fresh and beautifully designed. The beds were very comfortable, room clean and staff especially Laura at the front desk very helpful and lovely

Hotel is close to marina, beach and promenade. If you want to stay at the hotel for quiet time or by the pool, there’s many areas to sit and relax. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. There was a nice breakfast every morning. The rooms were a good standard. The walk in showers could’ve done with a little sealant maintenance. I was solo travelling and felt comfortable and safe in Santa Eulalia.

Magnificent from start to finish. Perfect location

It was only for one night due to flight cancellation. Staff was very helpful on the reception. I expected the room to be more comfortable. It was big room and good size bathroom. The bathroom was smelly but we were staying just a night. Breakfast has good options but wasn't very tasty. I wouldn't call it 4stars. Probably 3 stars.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly efficient staff. The breakfast choices were excellent. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return before too long.

Pros: The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. The bed is comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. They give you 2 free bottles of water a day. The breakfast has a huge selection and never runs out. There are loads of really great restaurants and shops 2 mins away from the hotel. You really don't need to leave the area for food or shopping. It's only 30mins and 30 Euros from the airport or in to Ibiza town. Cons: The walls are so thin, I could hear every conversation of the people in the room next to me. There is a vent from one bathroom to the next, and it felt like next door were in my bathroom with me! I suggest you bring earplugs if you want a good night's sleep so you don't hear people all around the hotel walking around and talking. The food and drinks at the pool bar are quite expensive. Often there weren't enough loungers by the pool for everyone at the hotel. I never got to sit by the pool, I was either around the corner facing a wall, or had to go to the beach down the road.

The superior room with sea view did not disappoint. We opted for the half board option and the food was great. Lots to choose from!

Mooi hotel, op wandelafstand van de haven waar je heerlijk kan dineren op de dijk. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt (met Cava!!). Het is een eco hotel en dat zie je in de aankleding van het hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes.

Leuk hotel met een heerlijk uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Het restaurant was lekker. Vriendelijke bediening. Toch wel een aanrader in Santa Eulària
