The Grupotel was easily the best choice of hotel for us as a couple: quiet, but close to town, chilled but had things to do and didn’t feel very very busy. The pool and surrounds is very nice and comfortable with sun loungers all around. Only one day(of 7) was there an issue with people “reserving” beds with towels but not appearing for the entire day. The walk to town which is mentioned in lots of reviews is actually a short step into town.

Dejligt hotel med en skøn beliggenhed. Kort gåtur til byen og lystbådehavn med masser af handel og restauranter ca. 10. min. Morgenmad rigtig god og varieret. Pool stor og lækker, let at få en solseng både i sol og skygge. Poolhåndklæder kan fås mod betaling af 10 Euro i depositum. Kan byttes til rene når man ønsker det. Personalet er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Parkering er gratis, enten foran hotellet eller i parkeringskælder. Vi kunne altid finde en plads. Der er rent og velplejet overalt. Hotellet trænger dog til at blive opdateret, værelserne er store, men interiøret er gammeldags. Den eneste rigtig negative ting at sige er vedr. aircondition på værelset. Det larmede ligesom at have en bil til at stå i tomgang. Jeg kunne ikke sove med den tændt, så vi måtte svede hele natten. Aircondition køler også rigtig dårligt, selvom det kørte dagen lang kan det ikke køle værelset ned, selvom vores værelse lå på havesiden og kun havde sol på om morgenen. Hotellets teknik mand kom og kiggede på det da vi påtalte det, men han sagde at det kørte normalt. Hvis de opdaterer aircondition vil jeg helt sikkert bo der igen.

Enjoyable stay, good solid hotel with good amenities. Enjoyable snacks and drinks although food only on offer 12-3pm in the bar. We didn't take the buffet breakfast or evening meal option. Pool was a little cold due to time of year and it is a very quiet hotel popular with older couples. A little walk about 15 minutes to town or about €7 taxi ride. Good access to coastal walk, about 10 minutes walk to nearest beach. Some may find it dated and it is very traditional in set up but good value for money.

A wonderfully relaxed hotel, with lovely pool and excellent spa area. Not a modern hotel, but just 15 min walk from Santa Eulalia Marina and plenty of waterside restaurants and bars. Although the walk is very hot with little shade. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia. Very clean, lovely staff, pool and pool area were great and never overcrowded. Great choice and quality of food for breakfast and dinner.

Hôtel qui peut et doit beaucoup mieux faire. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles qu’il affiche. C’est une bonne résidence de vacances mais pas un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits les draps n’ont pas été changés. La nourriture reste bonne mais plutôt sous forme cantine que restaurant. L’hôtel mérite des travaux de rénovation surtout dans les salles de bains et le changement de literie.

We loved our stay here! The breakfast was amazing, so many wonderful choices there. The staff was absolutely lovely. We even received an upgrade to a balcony with sea-view which was fantastic. It was so great to be able to hear the waves at night. A quick walk and we were at a bustling promenade with lots if options for dinner. We also loved the pool and there were always enough sun beds around (we definitely weren't early birds). The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. Everyone was so friendly - from the lovely lady at reception who helped us book a restaurant for dinner and spa appointments (they have a spa too!), the team at the bar and house keeping. It was my friend's birthday and they must have seen this during the check-in process and even prepared a little surprise. We definitely loved it there and would like to come back :)

Bel hôtel. Très propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Par contre les serviettes ne sont pas changés tous les jours. Assez bien équipé. Je recommande fortement. C’est paisible idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. Il y’a un supermarché à côté ce qui est pratique. Et j’ai aperçu un arrêt de bus pas loin.

A clean, spacious room with lovely sheets and towels. Sunrise from my bed was a stunning addition. In fact the whole hotel has a spavious feel with large lobby and bar area. Don't expect up to the minute decor or music but more of a traditioal/older vibe, that said I love it as the sea view rooms are so tranquil and the pool always has a space and shade. It is not a place to see and be seen but is a truly relaxing holiday within walking distance of the centre full of restaurants and bars and a large supermarket on your doorstep. The spa is a great bonus too. I will be back!

Even though it is outdated I did find it to be a relaxing enjoyable stay. I only had one major issue and that was the beds are rock hard. 2 nights of waking up with bad back pain. If they are going to update anything they should start there! Also, it’s a 20 minute walk to the port if you plan to take ferry.

Modern well equipped hotel in a quiet area, a 15 min walk from the resort centre. Large comfortable rooms with good facilities and an attractive landscaped pool area. Food excellent and varied with staff that couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. What’s not to like? Hope to be back soon.

Lovely hotel, looking a bit tired and could do with a facelift. The staff are lovely and friendly. It’s in a quiet area within walking distance to the town. The rooms had little niggles which are probably due to the age but the fridge wasn’t very cold and the aircon, although on, wasn’t very cold and couldn’t be turned up or down.

We had a nice welcome from receptionist and a stay in a very comfortable room with lovely balcony with a sea view. The room was a bit dated décor wise but in very good condition and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast choice was first class with a great selection of food and drinks available (It is certainly good value for money) I recommend an omelette or a pancake which the chef makes to order in front of you. We were only staying one night so didn't use the pool but a quick walk round revealed a super pool and garden area with many areas to relax. We had a nice welcome from receptionist and a stay in a very comfortable room with lovely balcony with a sea view. The room was a bit dated décor wise but in very good condition and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast choice was first class with a great selection of food and drinks available (It is certainly good value for money) I recommend an omelette or a pancake which the chef makes to order in front of you. We were only staying one night so didn't use the pool but a quick walk round revealed a super pool and garden area with many areas to relax. A kettle is provided however there is no tea or coffee provided. Our room also had a refrigerator. If in the area again I would be very happy to return.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, man hörte die Nachbarn reden und ein extremes quietschen der Möbel. Die Putzfrauen waren auch morgens sehr laut und haben auf den Fluren laute Gespräche geführt.

Grupotel is a great hotel. We had a very nice room, daily cleaned (if we wanted) and very comfortable with everything we needed. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional. The hotel belongs to a great area: close to a few beaches and town. Very highly recommended!

We stayed for two weeks. The hotel was fine, but it is rather dated. This is the first time we’ve encountered a hotel charging extra to use the in-room safe – a basic amenity that is normally included anywhere in the world. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were lovely and helpful.

I have given reviews of excellent for this hotel which we have now visited several times. We had breakfast which was excellent and we had lunch each day in the bar area which was also excellent. The only thing which I cannot describe as excellent was the evening meal which for us was unbelievably bad. We had spoken to quite a few others at the hotel who had all agreed with us. In fact some of them were returning guests and some said they would not be coming back. All in all the hotel is worth going back to. The staff especially the young bar staff are a delight. I would just say someone needs to check out the evening meals from cold vegetables, small amounts of cheese, On another note the entertainment could be better. no crackers for cheese.

Excellent hotel .could do with a make over .The staff where excellent especially pat at reception,who went far and beyond on her duty’s. Only a couple of small things to pick up on .could do with some more coffee machines and a bigger grill to cook the eggs on to slow.I would go back again.

Perfect for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms spacious and comfortable, try to get one overlooking the pool area. Breakfast and dinner more than acceptable, limited eating out options close by but town centre just a 15 minute walk. Lovely beach with restaurants a pleasant walk away. Staff friendly and accommodating, no hesitation in staying here again.

Nette Hotelanlage, schön ruhig gelegen und ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand entfernt. Vor dem Hotel leider kein Sandstrand, für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Schöne Poolanlage mit vielen Liegeplätzen.

A wonderfully relaxed hotel, with lovely pool and excellent spa area. Not a modern hotel, but just 15 min walk from Santa Eulalia Marina and plenty of waterside restaurants and bars. Although the walk is very hot with little shade. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely quiet balcony with sea view. Food was fresh and varied. Lovely fresh fruit and fish, eggs and meat cooked in front of you. Pool very clean and plenty sun beds. Entertainment was ok. Excellent food and drinks a very reasonable price at the pool bar.

Hôtel qui peut et doit beaucoup mieux faire. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles qu’il affiche. C’est une bonne résidence de vacances mais pas un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits les draps n’ont pas été changés. La nourriture reste bonne mais plutôt sous forme cantine que restaurant. L’hôtel mérite des travaux de rénovation surtout dans les salles de bains et le changement de literie.

Lovely pool deck. Most staff were friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. But, there were a number of areas for improvement. No hand soap in bathroom (not acceptable in a post Covid era), we had to request it from the front desk; Antiquated safe, for a fee, again to be requested from front desk. The food buffet for breakfast and dinner was substandard, often meat was undercooked or overdone. Quantity over quality was the focus. Always forced to eat in cafeteria style dining room, there should be outdoor options considering people are coming to enjoy the weather and the outdoors. Lots of lobby area underutilized, furnishings are very dated and look like a retirement home setting. On a positive note, evening entertainment was quite good. This resort seems to be geared towards seniors, it’s missing a fun vibe.
