Good location and easy to walk to downtown! Some steep but short streets to get to the hotel. Room very clean and bed and pillow very comfy! Quiet and safe neighborhood!! We rented a car and the hotel has spots (15€ a day) in a garage across the street!

El parquink solamente tienen una llave para todos y un poco incómodo que tiene que sacar el coche y devolver la llave y al revés. El aire estaba aún preparado para invierno y salía calor, a veces por la noche hacia calor y abrir la ventana

This was a great location for a 3 day stop in Bilbao. The staff were amazing. Our check in guy gave us great hints and information on where to go and where to eat. Parking was easy in covered parking across the road for €15 per day. Room on 8th floor was good with a covered balcony. Only issue was there was no fridge and the wi fi was very weak.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité des transports en commun. L'accueil est agréable. La chambre était top, avec en plus un joli balcon/terrasse. Juste, il faudrait une notice pour la climatisation.

Hotel Bilbi is a serviceable option in Bilbao. The desk staff is friendly and has lots of recommendations. They have parking spots in a garage across the street. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and would work in most circumstances. We had a lovely view of Bilbao from our room on the 8th floor, and we were close to the old quarter. It worked for one night. If you are visiting in summer, you should know that the air conditioning doesn't work well: you have to have your key in the wall to operate it, which means the room has been closed up without air all day and, thanks to the weak air stream into the room when turned on, it takes forever to cool it down. When we arrived, it was nearly 40 C outside and the room wasn't much cooler. Even after having the air conditioning on all night, our room was maybe 28 C. But this is only a consideration in a summer heat wave.

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Bilbi. Desk staff were helpful and informative and domestic staff superb. My room was basic but comfortable. Everything worked efficiently - TV, Wi-fi, shower, etc. The hotel is well situated close to Bilbao Old Town.

The hotel had bed bugs. They had no more rooms available at 1 am and I had to send me to another hotel (late in the night) I barely slept and I had to wash my hair late in the night in the new hotel and I discovered some bites in my body of those bed bugs. Was a terrible experience

We booked the hotel as it was a budget choice and I had realistic expectations, the hotel lobby was really nice and modern looking ant the triple room we booked was nice and clean, the 3 members of staff we met were pleasant and also spoke great English, basically I’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse - Hotel Bilbi gets a 10 from me, a short walk down a hill with a great couple of bars on the way down, you’re in the old town within minutes. My only MINOR issue was that walking there from the nearest bus station from the airport involves working through a sketchy area which worried me a little however once there we had no concerns

Hotel ligt op heuvel 10 min wandelen van oude stad.Zeer vriendelijk personeel.Kamer is ruim en netjes,badkamer prima. Mis wel een koelkastje en kluis.Voor mij twee flinke minpunten zijn dat er geen ontbijt is en het ergste,zeer gehorig,alles uit aansluitende kamer krijg je mee.

The hotel was very close to Casco Viejo and the Mercado, excellent places for food and drink! The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and had an amazing recommendation for Txangurro when i asked!

Perfecto para una estadía corta. Tuve una habitación en la 7a planta y las vistas eras super bonitas. Muy buena situación para caminar al centro o la estación de tren. El personal muy amable, me guardaron la maleta cuando me iba y me dejaron cambiarme de ropa después.

Hotel is nice and staff was great. Excellent water pressure in the shower! Close to old city and many attractions. The unfortunate part is that there are many pickpockets about and you must be constantly vigilant.

Hotel ligt op heuvel 10 min wandelen van oude stad.Zeer vriendelijk personeel.Kamer is ruim en netjes,badkamer prima. Mis wel een koelkastje en kluis.Voor mij twee flinke minpunten zijn dat er geen ontbijt is en het ergste,zeer gehorig,alles uit aansluitende kamer krijg je mee.

Abysmal hygiene and comfort standards. Does not reflect a two star rating at all. Way overpriced for the quality offered: cannot emphasize enough how expensive this is in relation to the non existent quality. Our first impression was of the floor being sticky with dirt. There has clearly not been proper cleaning in a while, nor did it smell clean anywhere in the room. 1) Toilet broken: receptionist replied by saying “I’ll make a note of that” 2) Loose tiles in the bathroom floor that stuck to our feet. Total absurd situation that speaks volumes as to the lack of cleaning. Super slippery and dangerous. 3) Shower cabin clearly had mould. 4) Shower drain was barely functional. 5) Furniture dirty and broken, seemed like something they had collected from the curb. Bed headboards showed brown stains on the sides, clearly signaling no real cleaning happens there. 6) Bed linen barely clean, bad quality and smelled off. 7) Mattresses uncomfortable, worn out, looked very old. Did not gather the courage to take a close look: this matters as the linen was thin as paper and we were sleeping almost right on top of them. 8) AC controller barely hung off the wall, touching it felt dangerous, and it was very dirty too. 9) Thick layer of dust everywhere. 10) Stayed at another hotel the night before and it cost almost the same: the difference is enormous. All in all, avoid at all costs and especially if you travel as a family. Never again.

I have stayed at the hotel before and it is in a great location across the river from the indoor market. Close to the old part of Bilbao with its bars and restaraunts, about 15min walk to Abando metro and train station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful
