On checking in the rooms we were given didn't have a balcony but the reception staff were very helpful and we were given another room. The breakfast was very good, varied and replenished. Great pool although it didn't open until 11.30am we were still able to sit around the pool side. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel in an excellent position for walking to Jerez centre and the train station. Situated in lovely landscaped gardens which are constantly being maintained. Sherry Park has recently been tastefully refurbished, it has a large sun terrace and pool with ample sun loungers as well as a small indoor pool and gym. Rooms are a good size all with balconies and large bathrooms with toiletries. Housekeeping staff ensure that your room is refreshed daily if you require. There is a day time pool bar offering a range of food and drinks, in the evening you have the choice of 2 other restaurants. I have eaten at all 3, the food and drinks were very nice and reasonably priced. Throughout the hotel the staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Loved the size of the pool area, you really felt like you were on holiday rather than in a city hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely Vermuteria for drinks whilst waiting for the kids to get ready. 10 minute walk into Jerez centre, teeming with drink and dining options. Head to Plaza Plateros and start your tapas journey through the town!

Very nice property. Rooms are spacious. Nice pool area. FANTASTIC breakfast. Unfortunately the paid parking is odd. Everytime you leave the property, you need to pay. No in-out-privilige.

Car parking is good but there is a charge of €9 per day. Pool and gardens are excellent and it is generally quiet with plenty of sunbeds. There are several dining options for breakfast and dinner. Town centre is 15-20 mins walk where there are loads of restaurants and cafes. Bar staff were very good when we asked for tap water and ice for our bottles.

Excellent hotel, superb public areas, great gym and pool. Staff friendly and helpful, food very good. About 20 minutes walk to city centre. Plenty of free parking. Jerez is a great city. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel, a short walk from city centre. Great facilities. Only disappointment was cost of parking - if you park overnight you pay the 24hr fee, but your 24 hours ends when you take your car out. Very disappointing to be charged for every session of parking, rather than a fixed fee for the stay.

Fantastic 4* hotel with were very helpful staff (especially at the front desk). The room was big and very clean with a decent balcony. The only room issues were: the lack of a coffee machine, which is sort of required in any decent hotel these days (having the balcony with a relaxing view of the lovely garden and no way to sit with a coffee in the morning or evenings and enjoy it was a pain); also having 2 single beds put together, no matter how big they are, is not ideal. The Vermuteria restaurant was a lovely place to relax and had good food and drink but there are lots of great eateries and bars near and far in Jerez so maybe that's why it was a bit quiet. The pool is very good, never too busy, decent size with love garden area and a very good bar for snacks and lunch. There were, however, a few little niggles with the pool area: a few guests just seemed to put their towels on the recliners by the pool first thing in the morning and disappear; there were also no smoking, no glass bottles/glasses and no diving rules which nobody seemed to pay any attention to. It's not a long walk to the old town but there are also plenty of very nice local bars/restaurants in the barrios around the hotel well worth exploring. Overall, top hotel with (very nearly) everything you might need and we would very happily go back.

A lovely property on the outskirts of Jerez sbout 15 mins walk to the centre. Great choice for breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Well looked after gardens around the pool. My only criticism is that although there was plenty of space there were not enough sunbeds for the number of people. On 2 of our 4 days we couldn't get one!

Excelente estancia en Hipotels Sherry Park en Jerez. El hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila, a 15 m. caminando al centro de la ciudad. La limpieza es excepcional. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno y variado (frutas frescas, diferentes tipos de yogures, pan, bollería, embutidos) con opciones de comida caliente (huevos, tortitas americanas y más). El personal tanto de recepción, limpieza y restaurante es muy amable. Un lugar para repetir sin duda.

Not recommended when travelling with babies/Children, we planned a relaxing time, and the hotel staff make sure this was not possible. First the CHECK-IN WAS DELAYED we had to wait for the room after the entry hours as it wasn’t ready; then when finally we got the room we went to take the baby for a nap, and the cleaning staff went and ENTRY WITHOUT knocking the door, and they did entry the room directly while I was at the shower, so they can just get there and see you naked without any complain. We were patient on the ongoing situation. And the next day after at the morning after breakfast the cleaning staff again took everything out to the waste of our room even our fruits, when we haven’t even reach out the check out time at 9am; and the staff proceed to open the minibar and took a drink from our minibar. This is a hotel that the staff doesn’t show empathy for families with children and not friendly for families. They are disrespectful and this is something that I haven´t seen in any other hotel, and we travel a lot. I think the sense here is just to get people to enter and go, as there is tourism massification, better to consider options if you want to have a family relaxing time .... By the way, it does not have a good parking infrastructure, if you go out to buy something it is possible that you come back and you do not find the parking space available and then you have to look for a parking space in the middle of the night, even if you pay

We were given a room right next to some scaffolding and building works. The balcony had bits of debris on it and there was continuous banging from the work they were doing. Changed rooms which was better and away from the work. Rooms are very small, staff were friendly. Breakfast was goo, checkout was fastbut checkin was slow. Selected this hotel based on the hotels.com reviews, first time I feel it wasn't a good representation of the hotel. Sorry wouldn't recommend staying here.

Nice older hotel. Parking lot by hotel which they were very kind to allow us to stay while we did activity in Jerez. . Walkable to Jerez and attractions and restaurants. Need more charging connections by the beds. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The staff were helpful, however please be aware that the photos are of rooms looking out to the pool,some rooms have a very dissappointing view. We were in room 126 pool view with a balcony. I think I would ask for room 133 so that I could take advantage of the afternoon sun. The outside pool area is lovely. The breakfast is very good and they even opened early for us. Good choice of food and drinks at both the Tapas Bar and the lounge. Great service at each location. 15 min wak into Jerez.I would recommend this Hotel.

Fantastic 4* hotel with were very helpful staff (especially at the front desk). The room was big and very clean with a decent balcony. The only room issues were: the lack of a coffee machine, which is sort of required in any decent hotel these days (having the balcony with a relaxing view of the lovely garden and no way to sit with a coffee in the morning or evenings and enjoy it was a pain); also having 2 single beds put together, no matter how big they are, is not ideal. The Vermuteria restaurant was a lovely place to relax and had good food and drink but there are lots of great eateries and bars near and far in Jerez so maybe that's why it was a bit quiet. The pool is very good, never too busy, decent size with love garden area and a very good bar for snacks and lunch. There were, however, a few little niggles with the pool area: a few guests just seemed to put their towels on the recliners by the pool first thing in the morning and disappear; there were also no smoking, no glass bottles/glasses and no diving rules which nobody seemed to pay any attention to. It's not a long walk to the old town but there are also plenty of very nice local bars/restaurants in the barrios around the hotel well worth exploring. The staff were helpful, however please be aware that the photos are of rooms looking out to the pool,some rooms have a very dissappointing view. We were in room 126 pool view with a balcony. I've been coming to this hotel for many years, I love pretty much everything about it. The lovely entrance, friendly professional reception staff who do there utmost to accommodate your requests. The rooms are very clean and perfectly adequate, with a range of toiletries. Each room has a balcony. Beautifully maintained gardens, outdoor pool and solarium are a pleasure to relax in. There are a choice of 2 restaurants, a breakfast room and lounge bar which is open until midnight. My only criticism is on occasion the staff serving the outside terrace & lounge bar are not very welcoming unlike the staff elsewhere in the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent for getting into the centre of Jerez where you can enjoy shopping, eating drinking and taking in the architecture. There are numerous Bodegas offering tours and tastings, also on offer is the Equestrian School of Art, Alcazar & Cathedral to name but a few of the options to visit.

Not recommended when travelling with babies/Children, we planned a relaxing time, and the hotel staff make sure this was not possible. First the CHECK-IN WAS DELAYED we had to wait for the room after the entry hours as it wasn’t ready; then when finally we got the room we went to take the baby for a nap, and the cleaning staff went and ENTRY WITHOUT knocking the door, and they did entry the room directly while I was at the shower, so they can just get there and see you naked without any complain. We were patient on the ongoing situation. And the next day after at the morning after breakfast the cleaning staff again took everything out to the waste of our room even our fruits, when we haven’t even reach out the check out time at 9am; and the staff proceed to open the minibar and took a drink from our minibar. This is a hotel that the staff doesn’t show empathy for families with children and not friendly for families. They are disrespectful and this is something that I haven´t seen in any other hotel, and we travel a lot. I think the sense here is just to get people to enter and go, as there is tourism massification, better to consider options if you want to have a family relaxing time .... By the way, it does not have a good parking infrastructure, if you go out to buy something it is possible that you come back and you do not find the parking space available and then you have to look for a parking space in the middle of the night, even if you pay

Fint hotel, super morgenmad og en okay restaurant på hotellet. Skrankepersonalet virkede ikke så imødekommende. Vi kom før indcheckning ifølge reglerne var mulig, men andre steder har vi oplevet, at vi kunne checke ind, hvis værelset var rengjort. Det undersøgte man ikke her.

It's a very smart, spacious, shiny place with highly attentive and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was decent. It's a bit of a way out of town. Local transport and taxis are scarce so brace yourself for a fair bit of walking if you didn't drive there. The hotel reception does seem to have taxis on standby though and they're not expensive.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Loved the size of the pool area, you really felt like you were on holiday rather than in a city hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely Vermuteria for drinks whilst waiting for the kids to get ready. 10 minute walk into Jerez centre, teeming with drink and dining options. Head to Plaza Plateros and start your tapas journey through the town!

The hotel was very nice and not too far to walk into the centre. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Wi-fi was very good. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The outside pool looked very nice but alas we did not have time to use it. Car parking proved difficult on our first night as the hotel was very busy. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room - and no water to buy from the room fridge (only beer or coke). Also whilst there was a safe there were no user instructions - we pointed this out to reception who offered to send someone to assist, but we opted not to use it instead.

Wonderful stay, couldn’t fault the hotel facilities, only disappointment was the small rooms, but that didn’t ruin our stay. Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and as we were half board evening meal, the hot food could be hotter and more variety.
