Si te gusta la tranquilidad de los pensionista este hotel es para ti, si te gusta una atmósfera mas joven entonces no! Nuestra habitación era justo a lado del terminal de los buses, muy ruidoso para nosotros, sobretodo por la mañana! El jardinero vino a trabajar en nuestra veranda justo mientras nosotros estuvimos allì!! No pudimos creerlo, una total invasión de privacy... Por lo que te ofrece el precio no coincide, hay otros hoteles en la misma area que tiene una ratio servicios/precios mejor. Sobrevive mas de reputación! Nos encanto que era solo para adultos y la piscina es buena, el restaurante siempre lleno que no era posible elegir tu mesa, por lo meno se podia aparcar! Overall it was a couple nice stay.

We recently stayed at Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia in Gran Canaria and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and genuinely luxurious without being over the top. The setting is beautiful — tucked away in lush gardens and just a short walk to the Maspalomas dunes and beach. It feels very private and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a lovely terrace to relax on. The attention to detail really stood out, from the daily housekeeping to the little touches that made it feel special. What really made the stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy — it felt very personal. The food was also a highlight. Breakfast had plenty of choice and great quality, and dinner felt like a proper fine dining experience each evening. The pool and spa area were perfect for unwinding — quiet, clean, and never too busy. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality hotel in Gran Canaria, I’d highly recommend this place. It’s not the spot for nightlife, but for peace and comfort, it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely be back again .

Utrolig bra hotell. Rolig beliggenhet, utmerket mat, perfekt rom. Kan ikke klage på noe ! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and unreservedly recommend it to others.
