Trash experience staff has no clue what they are doing. The pool was filthy and the pillows are absolute garbage. Worst sleep i have had in a long time. I want a refund this is trash

A gentleman at the front desk the evening I checked in was very nice and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed barely had any spring left in the mattress, but thankfully, I was so exhausted it didn’t matter. *This is an interstate hotel, but the windows face away from the interstate and appear to have a double pane that shuts and opens on the inside of the fixed paneland this really reduces the noise outside from From coming in. It was silent.

We stady here for 3 nights, very quiet did not hear a door slam,people talking or was disturb by other guests coming or going. The lady at the front desk was friendly and answered all the question i had and let us in are room way befor our Check in,the room was clean and ready to go. The cleaning staff was great and greeted us with smiles and we felt welcome good staff to stay here again you bet probably in a couple of months,hope to see you guys again
