Best Western Plus Anderson

The plusses: Large room nicely furnished and quite. Comfortable bed. Good hot breakfast. Some staff super friendly. The minuses: a guy at the reception was not helpful at all; maintenance is poor: both sink and tub drain very slowly; the liquid soap dispenser was empty, I informed the front desk but when they serviced the room it remained empty. I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. But the lawn where to walk the dog is littered with trash and dog poop. Responsible dog owners pick-up for their dogs but unavoidably some do not and most hotels take care of that. Also the grass was mown too high-one gets very wet shoes and pants walking the dog.

Clean room and the breakfast is an actual breakfast made for you!

The room was spotless. The staff was so nice. The lady who worked the 2-11 shift was so helpful and nice she needs some sort of recognition!

If I could have a 4.5 option, I’d select it. We were traveling as a party of three, we had the two beds on the bottom floor. Check in was simple, allowed to have two keys too. Breakfast was good, good options (in my opinion) to choose from, and staff on all fronts were super helpful and welcoming! (Just can’t say anything about the late night shift staff cause I didn’t meet any of them). Room was clean, and everything worked…. But…. Our issue was the beds. All three of us are around 250-350 so we really felt how thin and firm the beds are here, especially with the softest and thinnest pillows I’ve ever had, it was really designed for petite people. Room space was adequate but in my opinion the bathroom did feel small, at least it was clean though. Hot tub and pool were clean and operational. Very good stay, I would stay again. Recommended for all, especially if you’re petite. Hopefully this helps, thank you and please be nice to each other.

Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was up to par.
