Very nice hotel but not all amenities mentioned in the advertisement were available in November, no sun beds on the beach and the lounge bar was never open in the evening. Nice staff who always tried to be helpful..

An okay stay, didn’t quite live up to expectations. For example, on Expedia it states swim up bar- that is not the case. There is a roof top bar, but that closes at 6pm all though some days 5.30, and you cannot get a drink at the hotel. No bar at all. We stayed I assume ‘out of season’ end of March, and there does appear to be a bar, but not in use. Hotel very basic. No info provided by staff or literature of what’s nearby. Rooms are comfy. Shower needed a good clean! Mould around some areas etc. Nice air conditioning and a lovely look over the sea- which is the room we booked and paid for. Food was fine. We paid for all meals and even though food was average there wasn’t a huge choice nearby out of season. Pool absolutely freezing- not sure if this is ever used as read reviews of people staying in August and same thing. Hotel host events, one of which was up by pool bar, felt uncomfortable walking around in a bikini with people attending what looked like a funeral! Like all things depends what you pay for a stay here. I personally did not think it was great value and for not a lot more money we could have stayed at the grand which is basically opposite and looks in a lot better condition. Parts of the hotel like roof area look tired. Windows broken, umbrellas ripped etc. No trouble getting a lounger by pool even though hotel appeared to be busy. Beach right opposite which was a lovely small beach. No sunbirds on beach. We were only here for a long weekend which was fine.

Super zentrale Lage und gute Busverbindungen möglich, sauber und freundliches Personal, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl aber nicht alles immer ganz frisch (z.B. Obstsalat mit Dosenobst) aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Toller Pool auf dem Dach, viele der Geräte im Fitnessraum sind alt oder sogar defekt. Klare Weiterempfehlung 😀👍

A modern hotel situated right on beachfront very clean with good sized bedrooms. Only downside for us was the lack of bar facilities. Although the very attractive rooftop pool and bar was well advertised it was not open and the 'piano bar' was only open during dinner. Plenty of bars in the vicinity however. Reasonable breakfast with good choice but buffet dinner a little disappointing.

Geweldig hotel. Mooi dakzwembad. Fitnessruimte overtrof dé verwachtingen. Nette, moderne, lichte kamer en badkamer. Verzorgd en afwisselend ontbijtbuffel. Schitterende ligging aan een wandelboulevard met zicht op zee dicht bij het oude centrum van Arrecife.

Just had an excellent 4 days in this spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, giving local information and providing a really personal service. Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold!

Perfektes Stadthotelndirekt an der Promenade und am Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick im fünften Stock, herrlich. Alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Parken entweder in der Tiefgarage des Nachbar Hotels für zwölf Euro die Nacht oder auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz am Ende des Strandes circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

First visit to Lanzarote (we are working through the islands), and this was a great spot to stay. The city is not tourist central, which I greatly prefer, and the hotel was brilliant, for location, just opposite the golden sands and sea, and for bus and road connectivity. It was also lovely and clean, breakfast was good and varied, facilities (gym, pool, bar) on the roof were great, and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again. TIP - Choose room overlooking beach, it is stunning.

Immaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!

Had ants in the mini fridge. Informed reception who sent up a cleaner, hours later that day the ants where everywhere, in our luggage and over our items. We had to move rooms at 23:30pm when we had a early flight the next day. On top of this, the shower was broken that it was pouring out everywhere like a tap!

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war sehr angenehm, es ist praktisch direkt an der Playa del reducto gelegen und man erreicht alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs fußläufig. Das Hotel ist ca 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen entfernt, das Stadtzentrum Arrecife ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum checkin hatten wir ein paar Mängel im Punkto Sauberkeit; es wurde uns daraufhin direkt ein anderes Zimmer gleicher Ausstattung angeboten, welches jedoch auch nicht unseren Hygieneanforderungen gerecht wurde. Und wurde an der Rezeption anschließend zugesichert, das am folgetag eine größere Reinigung durchgeführt wird, dies traf auch zu und die Zimmersauberkeit war damit in Ordnung. Dazu haben wir noch einen „entschuldigungsteller“ mit frischem Obst und Wein erhalten, diese Aufmerksamkeit machte die Probleme vom ersten Tag wett. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel sofort wieder buchen, es ist relativ ruhig, gut zu erreichen, die Zimmer sind modern und das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Zudem gibt es auf dem Dach einen Pool und eine Cocktail bar und der Barkeeper Nico ( Nicolas ) war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat geniale Drinks gemixt, vielen Dank dafür! Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer läuft etwas am Limit, Temperaturen von unter 24 grad konnten wir nicht erreichen, angesichts des abendlichen Windes konnte man jedoch sehr gut Lüften. Das WLAN ist etwas langsam, reicht jedoch für den Upload von ein paar Fotos und das nutzen der sozialen Medien. Wie kommen gern wieder

We always choose a room overlooking the beach. Love this hotel, the staff are always wonderful. Only negative is very little storage place , ok if you are only there a few nights. Everything else is great.

Second time staying at this hotel. First time was with a group of friends, this time it was solo. Will certainly return again. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Bar man at the pool bar was friendly and welcoming. Great choice for breakfast every morning.

The Hotel was lovely and in a great location, the roof top pool with sunbeds were always quiet so not a problem to get a bed, also a good bar on the roof. We only took breakfast which was very good, a large selection so would suit everybody. Room was really good with big fluffy towels, pay extra for a room with sea view, definitely well worth it. Second time in this hotel and it will not be the last.

Very good value for the price, the location is excellent and the room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful view of the ocean. The only negative is that it didn't have kettle and tea/coffee. Receptionist was extremely helpful at check in.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten leider Pech, weil wir keinen Meerblick hatten. Unser Balkon ging zur Strasse raus, die am Abend und in der Nacht gerne als Rennstrecke genutzt wird. Somit war es, um draußen auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, viel zu laut. Wir haben statt dessen auf der tollen Dachterrasse gesessen.

Was put on the ground floor and the room is super small. The A/C is running air fan in the night. No ice or tea pot in the room. The front desk can't speak English. Hard to navigate and communicate. However, the staffs working in buffet are super friendly. One of them can speak English.

This was last minute booking to accompany my mum after a fall on holiday found her hospitalised. Lucky to have found this gem at such short notice. Very conveniently situated with taxi rank round the corner, nearby pharmacy, banks, shops, it seems everything i have needed has been a short walk away. Lovely clean room, lovely staff, nice food, buffet meal choices are good, the dining restaurant has small selection but delicious food. The balcony is clean with chairs and table to sit out and enjoy a brew. Beach is literally across the road with a nice boardwalk and seating areas. Already looking to book to bring my family back here. Overall a whole lot better than I expected from a 3* hotel and will return.

Muy buen hotel en el que alojarse justo en frente de la playa y a un precio razonable. Personal muy atento, especialmente Alex, de recepción, que nos ayudó y nos dio muchas recomendaciones para nuestra estancia. La ubicación es muy cómoda, se llega muy rápido a cualquier punto de la isla

Just had an excellent 4 days in this spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, giving local information and providing a really personal service. Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold!

First stay in the Lancelot since renovations and very pleasantly surprised! Looks bright and inviting and the rooms are much improved. I love this hotel and the area with a great beach across the road and would thoroughly recommend it. With a few additions (maybe more toiletries and a kettle in the room) I am certain it could be 4 Star. The staff are all very helpful and friendly but I would particularly like to thank Alvaro, who was so helpful at my check in and departure. He is a real star! My only slight disappointment (and obviously not the hotel's fault) I couldn't sleep with the balcony door open as I like to do as there was so much noise from the tractor on the beach(!) very early in the mornings and also very noisy people in the area outside the hotel late at night.

I had a really nice stay here. The room was spacious, the bed/pillow was very comfortable, it was quiet and the curtains blocked out the light well. A kettle would have made the room better as I drink lots of tea but never mind. Breakfast was included and worth getting up early for. They had milk alternatives (soya, oat and almond) which was great for me. I liked their selection of teas as well. The location is pretty and walkable. It's also close to the bus stop for bus 22, which you can easily take to and from the airport (one way ticket was around £1.20). Overall I had a very comfortable stay and would choose this hotel again for sure.

Stayed for 4 nights in early December, this is an excellent hotel in a really good position. views over the beach and sea are lovely. (Definitely recommend a sea view room) staff were friendly and helpful and hire of pool towels is very useful. Rooftop pool/terrace and bar was great too. Rooms/beds very comfortable and very clean! Breakfast was great too, lots of choice and varied. Only thing that wasn’t great is that the area in front of hotel is being dug up currently, so work going on, but to be honest it wasn’t too bad and didn’t bother us. I’m sure by Jan/Feb it will be finished and looks unsightly more than anything else! (Not the hotels fault either)

The stay was really good. Slight problems were the noise from road works outside, which seem nearly complete and if l was to be petty ' No draught beer ' but it is a lovely place to stay.

Immaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war super und die Lage des Hotels war praktisch, da man zu fast jeder Sehenswürdigkeit nur 30-45 min Fahrt hatte :)

Fantastic location on the town beach, so definately worth paying for a sea view. Lovely spotlessly clean with large bathroom. Really friendly staff from reception, to breakfast staff and house cleaning. Great choice of hot and hot for breakfast. I hope to return. clwan r

Perfektes Stadthotelndirekt an der Promenade und am Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick im fünften Stock, herrlich. Alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Parken entweder in der Tiefgarage des Nachbar Hotels für zwölf Euro die Nacht oder auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz am Ende des Strandes circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. Situated right across from the beach which at the moment is having a refurb in the promenade just outside the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and contemporary and quiet. The reception staff are very helpful and the continental breakfast was good but English breakfast not so good but coffee machines were excellent.

Spent Christmas and new year at this hotel. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a beautiful sea view with balcony. There was no kettle in the room but we asked at reception and one was provided. The staff were friendly, and more than helpful. We didn’t use the pool but it looked fine, a little on the small side maybe but that is not an issue. We were half board, so breakfast and dinner. We didn’t enjoy the food much, but again that was just us. We would never normally go half board but thought we would give it a try. There was always something we liked, but often left disappointed. The only down side was there are improvements being made outside the hotel NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, which was noisy and disruptive to all. It will look fantastic when done and the area itself was just lovely. Not to commercialised at all which we loved and we would love to come back again sometime. Finally, (cutting a long story short) Expedia cancelled our booking after a phone call I made regarding the disruption outside and my disabled husband. The front desk staff were fantastic and allowed us to stay in our room, even though they didn’t know who was paying them at the end of our holiday. Again this was not the fault of the hotel. I would consider this a 4* hotel. Only improvements would be a fridge, with tea and coffee facilities included. Thank you to all

Great spot near the beach and close to a lot of the amenities of the city. Spacious room with a nice balcony. Showers and bathroom were great. Staff friendly. Would think of booking again if i came back to lanzarote. Breakfast was decent but i preferred the cafes nearby

A modern hotel situated right on beachfront very clean with good sized bedrooms. Only downside for us was the lack of bar facilities. Although the very attractive rooftop pool and bar was well advertised it was not open and the 'piano bar' was only open during dinner. Plenty of bars in the vicinity however. Reasonable breakfast with good choice but buffet dinner a little disappointing.

The hotel was cozy let’s say the least. If you’re a solo traveller, you will thoroughly enjoy here. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Ceasar who was working during the dinner hours. Great customer service from him. The breakfast buffet was probably better than the dinner though in my opinion; there were more options etc. Overall, the rooms are stunning and bathrooms are super clean.

Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold!

Todo perfecto. Daria 5 estrellas si pudieran mejorar la variedad de la comida de la cena, lo hemos visto muy repetitivo. Ademas encontramos unas hormiguitas paseando por el contorno de las pastas del desayuno. Quizas falte limpiezay desinfeccion

3eme nuit non consécutive à l’hôtel et cette dernière chambre était beaucoup plus petite et surtout avec une vue horrible sur un toit très sale face à une façade d’un immeuble où tous les logements avaient vue directe sur la chambre. Heureusement que nous n’y avons passé que quelques heures.

Stayed for two nights in a twin room with a balcony. Overall experience was very positive with a friendly and accommodating welcome at reception. Room was functional and clean with a personal safe and small refrigerator included. There was some spots that cleaning missed in the bathroom around the shower but otherwise no complaints on cleanliness. The balcony itself did not have a view of the beach however it was pleasant to sit at in the evening. If you don't mind the usual bustle of the city and the view being more the opposite building than the beach the balcony is worth it. A buffet style breakfast was included in our stay which we took advantage of both days. Selection of fruit, hot and cold options were available along with some cereals and pastries. Hot options were different on each day, with some unusual options such as onion rings and chicken nuggets one of the days, alongside the usual fried eggs and baked beans. Overall the breakfast was good with fresh pastries and bread. A coffee maker is available as well as fruit juices. The pool and sun bathing area is located on the top floor, with an observation area overlooking the beach and ocean and pool bar. The pool is deep and clean but being high up on windy days may be inaccessible and unpleasant to lounge around at for long. The location is right on the beach with a number of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Bus station is about a ten minute walk away. If you saying in Arrecife I would recommend it.
